Chapter 5
Zira's POV
I made Eri a necklace similar to the Izu amulet. More in the form of a choker so that she would hook it on anything and it would stay under her neck. It has the same properties except for opening a portal because she is still too young for that but she will be able to communicate with us through it.
Eri was just taking a nap when I suddenly felt an influx of anger and immediately knew that someone had pissed on Izuku, and hard. However, to my surprise and pleasure it faded away quite quickly.
I was glad that my lessons with him on controlling emotions in given situations were starting to work. When I looked at my watch I saw that he had finished school and would be home in a short time. I decided to start dinner and had a hunch to do more and followed my hunch. I was 75% sure that Izuku would bring someone home and I suspected it would be his Homeroom Teacher Shota Aizawa. He told me that they have a strong bond and secretly told me that he sees him as his dad.
Some time later
I finished the necklace and was checking our dinner when I heard Izuku and pulled the dinner off the fire. I went to the front of the room and sauntered over to see Eri hugging Izu and the older man behind them. This must be his teacher I thought as I looked at the handsome man. Izuku's question roused me from my thoughts
'' Were you good to your aunt'' he asked
'' She acted like an Angel as always'' I replied pulling their attention to me. Izuku smiled at me
'' Hey Zi'' he said and hugged me tightly
'' What happened at school Izu? Who upset you so much?'' I asked and before he could answer
''It's my and my fellow employees' fault. It's more Nezu's but I also take the blame.
Due to the fact that there is not much infirmity about you and Nezu called Izuku to talk. He misspoke and that caused his anger'' he replied
''Let me introduce myself My name is Shota Aizawa and I am your brother's Homeroom Teacher in the U.A.'' He introduced himself
'' Nice to meet you Mr. Aizawa'' I said
'' Call me Shota'' he said
" If you will call me Zira'' I said and we shook hands. There was silence for a moment
'' Dinner is ready. Go wash your hands and go eat,'' I said
''Yes you too Shota,'' I added seeing that he wanted to protest. He nodded and followed Izuku to the bathroom. I took Eri in my arms
''Ready to eat Princess'' I asked and she nodded happily, we sat down together and soon the guys joined us.
We ate in peaceful silence '' Delicious as always Zi'' said Izuku and Eri nodded in agreement. Shota looked at me impresed
'' Did anyone besides these two say you are a great cook'' he said
'' They didn't have a chance because I only cook for my family'' I said with a smile. He nodded
'' Their loss because this food is heaven'' he added and I blushed a little. I thanked him and finished our dish
'' For why don't you go watch something I'll clean up here'' I said
''Let me help you. I know I'm a guest but I came unannounced and I want to help'' said Shota and I nodded. I chased Izuku and Eri out of the dining room and started cleaning with Shota. I did the dishes he wiped
''Ask,'' I said suddenly' at his surprised face I continued
''I know you have questions for me and I will try to answer them,'' I said and he nodded.
He took a deep breath
'' If it won't be hard for you to answer you can tell me why you live with Midoriya family'' he asked gently
'' It will be better if we take it outside. We will take a walk in the garden'' I said and we went outside. We sat on a bench near a small waterfall
'' My mom and Inko were friends since childhood, they treated each other like sisters.
Mom was 4 years older so she cared for Inko more and took her under her wing. So it's no surprise when I was born Inko became my Godmother'' I said
'' But that's not what you meant right. However, for you to understand you need to hear from the beginning. Believe that there are wizards and sorcerers in the world'' I asked and he nodded
'' My Dad was a wizard and he also had a Quirk. His Quork was the control of the elements and we had Summon. I got both these Quirks for that I am powerful and I am a witch. For this you understand why there is little about me in the system'' I said and gave him a moment to think it over. After a moment I continued
'' I was 5 years old when we were adopted by criminals, they worked for what organization. We were just coming back from the doctor to check what Quirk I got and there must have been an outpouring of information.
They attacked quickly managed to mom quickly hide and dad put a bariere around me so none of them could touch me. When the police and the heroes finally got to where I was my parents were dead and our attackers were gone except for who beat Mom and Dad. I was immediately taken to the hospital and had only a few bruises. Inko was informed from the quit and not a whole five minutes of my stay there appeared with her husband.
When I got only in her arms I started crying, she was there with me when I gave my testimony and thanks to that they were able to catch most of them. It took me six months to accept that my parents were no longer coming back and I slowly got used to living with Inko. She enrolled me in therapy to help me with what happened and I can say that it helped me. I swore within myself that I would do everything to make them proud of me and I can say that I am doing well.
When I found out that Inko was pregnant with Izuku I made a second vow that I would be the best sister in the world'' I said with a smile
''And you did a very good job. If you had heard how he defended you at Nezu's office. I thought I would have to react because I thought Izuku would attack Nezu for what he presumed you to be'' he said and I laughed a little. I looked at him
'' He has been like this since he was 8/9 years old. Many boys and adult men have applied for me. I went on a couple of dates but only so many because they only went for my looks and not my personality. They didn't care about my hobbies or who I wanted to be in the future. They just wanted a pretty housewife who only cooks, cleans and takes care of the kids. It wasn't me and without paying attention to them or bad comments I reached my goal.
I wanted to do it for Izuku and the other children so that the same thing would not happen to them as it did to me. I know you are curious about what I do so I will give you a hint. Izuku wants to be a hero like me and you, but he prefers to work in hiding like me,'' I said and gave him a moment to think. After a while the realization appeared on his face
'' You are a hiding Hero: Shadow," he said impressed and surprised. I laughed at his expression
''You are his mentor. I'm right or wrong," he said and I nodded.
There was a quiet silence between us and I looked at my watch and it was already 6:00 p.m. and I knew I had to make dinner. I got up
''You're staying for dinner and for the night and I can't hear but'' I said and went into the middle of the house. I quickly made us something for dinner.
After dinner, I prepared Shot's clothes for sleep and showed him his room. After that I went to Eri's room for our evening song
''Ready for bed Angel'' I said and she nodded. I took a deep breath:

When I finished singing, Eri was asleep and dressed, I went to my bedroom. Snow and Night were waiting for me there. I jumped into a quick shower and when my head hit the pillow, I fell into a quiet deep sleep. What I didn't know was that I had two extra listeners.
