It was november third when the lupins arrived at Godric's Hollow, Remus looked at his lover not sure if he could pursue going to the funeral, it was too much. The death of one of their best mates only three days ago and now they are attending James and Lily Potter's funeral.
“Sirius, i don't know if I- I can do this it's all too much” sirius looks back at Remus with many feelings seeping thru his eyes, then suddenly he looks back down to his lap where his best friends crying child.
“Moony we have to, for him..” Sirius looks down at baby harry. “He needs to know that his parents didn't die in vain, he needs to know how strong they were, we shan't raise him in a life filled with lies.” Remus looked down at baby Harry and nodded his head agreeing.
“For harry..” he whispers while leaving the car, and opening Sirius's door so he can get out.
The 2 lovers walk slowly toward where the ceremony will be taking place wishing it was some awful joke. It wasn't. They knew that. But one could dream.
*few years latter r*
“SIRIUS WHERE THE HELL IS MY TIE??” Remus yelled while frantically looking around. He began Lifting up the couch cushions. “PADF-” Remus turns around fast running into Sirius holding his tie.
“Yes love?” he said chuckling, handing Remus his tie. Remus' face flushed slightly at the sight of his husband, he had his hair tied back in a half up half down bun, with a flannel shirt unbuttoned without an undershirt showing his toned abs, black pants on with 5 year old Harry in his arms.
“Like what you see darling?” Sirius smirks, knowing damn well that Remus is dying inside.
“Padfoot not the time, i've got to go open the shop, see you tonight.” Moony leans over peeking Sirius's lips. Sirius gladly excerpts the brief kiss wishing him a good day at work.
Sirius sets Harry down into his play pin and begins making eggs and toast. Sirius soon took off his flannel. In the distance his radio plays Cherry Bomb by the runaways, eventually starts to sing along…

clapping and giggling noises come from in front of him. When he noticed this he looked up and saw little harry cheering him on, laughing at his forgotten audience he bows then picks up harry and watches some tv.
*Meanwhile*
The doorbell chimes as the customer walks in, first one of the day. Remus waves politely and gets back to stacking the books on the bookshelves. Someone rang the front bell but he ignored it hoping kendall would get to it. But by the fifth time someone had rang it to no one's\ avail he decided to walk over there.
“Hello there! Sorry my other coworker was supposed to be running the counter but it seems she's gone. Is there something I could help you with?”
“Well yes, erm I was told to buy a book about animagus?” He scratched his head a bit. “ I was wondering if you had any recommendations?” he questioned while looking at the cafe portion of the store. “Also 1 black coffee, 1 iced coffee, and 2 poppy seed muffins please.” he politely requested while looking around quickly as if in a hurry.
“Ahh yes I can get you a few books to choose from, and from here or to go?” Remus asked while summoning the books.
“ To go, and I'll take all of them.” he said looking at the pile of books. Remus looked at him questionably but put them in a paper bag anyway.
“All right, two poppy seed muffins, 1 iced coffee, 1 black coffee, and 3 books on animagus.” remus muttered adding up the total. “ anddd in total that will be three galleons and two sicles please” he told the strange man while putting the food containers into a to-go bag and placing the cups into cupholders. The man mutters a thank you after paying and swifty walks out of the store. “ that was…. Odd.” Remus muttered to himself while trying to figure out why kendall wasn't there.
*few hours later*
Remus sighs closing up the shop a bit early, today was running a bit slow.. He thought to himself looking at his watch at 2:30. Hopeful that it won't be as slow as it was today, he was taking the rest of the month off so Sirius could have himself some me time instead of having to take care of Harry all the time. Sense Remus was the owner of “Witches corner” , noble to booklovers and their sweet taste buds! He could take time off to give Sirius a break from harry. Kendall would be paid double time with Sirius there some times to cheek up on things while Remus is watching harry.
Remus fumbles with the keys to their house as he was trying to hold everyone's lunches he made at the shop. Eventually he managed to open the door to be welcomed to Sirius and Harry peacefully passed out on the couch with the tv playing a random cartoon. Remus chuckled to himself, placing the food and keys on the dining room table. Quickly snapping a picture of the two cuddling together before taking Harry to his bed and placing a blanket on top of Sirius. Remus believed he two deserved some time to himself so he put the food into the fridge and turned the tv off. He walked into the library and put the radio on a low volume. Finding a good book, Remus curled up into one of the love seats and began to read.
Sirius yawned releasing he fell asleep looking around he realized moony had gotten home and put harry to bed. He fumbled with the watch on his wrist, soon releasing it at 8 o'clock. “Shit”.
Sirius swiftly got up and headed to the fridge. He had some food with a note on it.
“Sleep well my love? Hope so yours and Harry's food are in the containers. I'm in the library dont worry.

Sirius heated up their food while walking toward the library. When he entered her instantly found Remus glued to a book. Chuckling to himself he quietly walked over. Sirius over hurd remus singing along with the song that seemed to be playing. “ You sound lovely my darling..” he whispered into Mooney's ear. Startled moony blushed, turning his head to see sirius.
“Did i wake you, sorry I-”
Quickly annoyed by Moony's rambling,Sirius grabbed his face and started passgently kissing him. Somehow ending in a result of Sirius on top of Remus, the book is nowhere to be seen. “Love, do me a favor and shut up” sirius whispered quickly kissing remus’s ear lobe going down to his sweet spot. “sirius …” remus quietly moned “what about har-”
“He's asleep” sirius cut him off slowly unbuttoning remuses shirt.
