Unspeakables RE-WRITE

They arrived back in the living room of Sirius' house and Harry stepped out. Harry was shocked to find it empty but then he checked SATURN and realised they had arrived in the morning not evening as well as everything else.

"I'm piloting next time, you still missed the right time and year, it's been a year and a month also it's a Wednesday not the Monday since we were last here and it's the morning not evening!" Harry exclaimed staring at the Doctor and Harry did not look impressed.

"Erm whoops…. No actually this will be better it won't shock Sirius to much seeing you only a day later with everything that has changed within you…. Leave it alone we got here a year later than I planned, but we have a lot to do remember now we are back. You will have to phone Sirius' mobile off yours you took it off all their phones they must be wondering about that!" The Doctor spoke affronted at being called out by his driving just because Harry could get the TARDIS to go exactly where he wanted her to, the Doctor thought the TARDIS only did that because he was a tot and she had a real soft spot for him. However, both adult Time Lords now knew their cover story.

Harry just rolled his eyes, both Harry and the Master knew how bad the Doctors driving was, he left the bloody breaks on while trying to travel for Rassilon's sake. Harry went to his old room and grabbed his phone and dialled Sirius' mobile.

"Harry?" Sirius asked down the phone.

"Hi Sirius!" Harry Replied.

"I've been worried sick it's been over a year! I couldn't reach you no matter what I tried!" Sirius exclaimed loudly as soon as he realised it was Harry who had phoned him.

"We had a lot to do Sirius sorry, anyway, where are you? We've come back for a week, I thought we could catch up, we were meant to arrive last year but a month later. But I wasn't driving." Harry answered. Harry again threw another look at the Doctor.

"Right…. Well come straight to the hub We're all here at the hub working, come over and we can catch up properly Harry. I couldn't contact you for over a whole year! You can explain what is going on!" Sirius told Harry not sounding impressed at all over the situation still with a louder than normal voice.

Harry agreed to meet Sirius, only the three Time Lords knew Harry James Potter was going to die today and everyone bar Sirius were going to forget the Master was Harold Saxon and that Harry was anything other than the Masters and the Doctors son loomed by them both, so all three set off to meet up at the hub.

"Hi Ianto can we go on in?" Harry requested of Ianto who was manning the tourist office that was the face of the Cardiff hub.

"Hi Harry, go on they are expecting you I was told to close up once you got here and to meet up in the main chamber. Give me a second to lock up and I'll come down with you." Ianto told Harry but as he spoke the last the Doctor pointed his screwdriver at the door and locked it fully so no one could get in or out, not that Ianto knew. Ianto nodded and then followed them all down, Harry leading the way. Harry had just entered the hub when he was grabbed in a hug by Sirius, who could easily lift him up because of his small stature he had lost quite a lot his mental years now he only looked between eight and a quarter and eight and a half instead of nine and three quarters, he knew it would take another one hundred and eighty seven years in physical years before he was classed as an adult and was one, in around seventy six years he would look like a young teenager not as he looked now, Something Sirius commented on.

"Do not mention my bloody age Sirius just drop it I will drop you! I'm Sorry but we all need to talk everyone!" Harry first talked to Sirius and then shouted to the rest grabbing everyone else's attention at the end and they all came over to him.

"I'm sorry about this Jack and team I know we've been gone a year and a month, but I need you to kill off Harry James Potter he's dead, he suddenly passed away a week ago in a car crash while crossing a road it was his own fault but the car was wrote off the driver skidded trying not to hit him and hit a tree killing not only Harry James Potter but also the driver in the car, but you all took care of it including the cremation and getting rid of my ashes you did the investigation as you provided the profile for me being here. Harry James Potter has to die. That back profile needs scrapping completely. Very soon you will all be obliviated of anything to do with me and about SATURN until I reintroduce you to her. The name Harry James Potter will be dead to you. I was never put into your files or introduced to any of you I will have a new name now as a Magical Time Lord. The Masters and the Doctor loomed son. Also the Master as you can all see looks nothing like Harold Saxon and you are all going to forget about the Master, you will think that you did the work for Harold Saxon, but everything else you did to cover up it was the Master who really did it will go. This is necessary! If any agency on Earth knew just what I am now capable of they will come for you all! Just to get to me! I can be that dangerous if anyone ever tries to attack me! So, you will all be obliviated of my real name, image and life as well as the Masters to protect you all! Gwen, Owen, Tosh, Jack, and Ianto you will be obliviated of the name Harry James Potter and image of him and conversations you had with him and such as will anyone else that you shout out to me who has accessed my file or met me. The Doctor and the Master will help get at the ones you don't have clearance for, I will find them and obliviate them of myself. Jack you will remember helping the Doctor trying to find me but not succeeding and the Doctor leaving to meet up with the Master who you have never met... Or you are all being obliviated of even knowing me and the Master and you will not see any of us again ever!... We will not return to Earth ever again, sorry!" Harry Explained to them all, Sirius had gone whiter than white.

"Is that really necessary Harry?" Sirius asked shocked at what he thought was about to happen.

"Yes Sirius, but you Sirius are going to give a Magical vow never to repeat to anyone the truth other than to us three and when we are only on our own either together as a group or individually and never with anyone else around or be able to communicate the truth to anyone else any other way either, if you wish to talk about my real past you will have to ensure you are alone with us and put up a silencing spell the rest of Torchwood will think that you hid me even from them so that I could not be found out, you knew it was imperative no one knew I was a Time Lord tot because of working for Torchwood before I came to live with you and that Lilly and James couldn't have children but had Magic as well as were able to protect themselves it's just sadly they died protecting me, so you took me in and looked after me until my dads' could collect me again as you had become my official oath bound godfather within a month after I was left with James and Lilly as they didn't know if the Doctor and Master would be back as they didn't know if they would win the Time War or not so they wanted to ensure I had someone to live with and I wouldn't end up in the system if they died it will prevent you from ever talking about me even under torture or accidently letting anything slip about my true past unless you can guarantee no one will be able to hear or get the information out of you or from you as I said you will be able to discuss it with any three of us either together or separate but only the three of us. The rest of you will be obliviated as I said of me and of the Master as well as SATURN and Jack will only remember trying to help the Doctor find me a year and a month ago. You will all do as I've asked no option everyone, I am deadly serious what I have become if it was ever known about would get you killed just trying to get at me, I can be that deadly now! One way you aways will be able to call us for help from now on as you will all be introduced to us and it will be offered to you, I will still see you but better-timed next time also probably brining along my two dads', so you don't miss me so much and you will get to know them, the other option is we leave! That will mean no one will ever see us or be able to contact us three again at all. I will obliviate my entire life from you all when you met me just over Five years ago! Then I will obliviate anything to do with the Master from your minds. You will never be able to get in contact with us. None of you can contact me at the moment unless I'm on the planet through my mobile which I will be destroying if you don't agree and none of us will be on the planet for it to have worked anyway. The TARDIS will block all of the ways the Earths communications could contact us. As I explained briefly it is that serious to you all!" Harry Explained first to Sirius and then the rest of them and he was very serious none of them had ever seen him like this he was normally so laid back and grinning over everything other than on the day he lost his universe that had devastated him and they knew if they didn't agree this would do the same. Sirius nodded and agreed first as he wasn't losing anything, there would just be things he couldn't tell others. The other also all nodded and agreed eventually after looking at each other and the two older Time Lords they could see that the Doctor and Master would let him do it Jack was the next to agree making the rest of his team agree after him as he knew the Doctor and Harry the most.

"Right, thank you everyone this really is the best option you will still have us in your lives probably more now actually and better timed as I said so all of you get to work killing me off so I can obliviate the name and interaction and let's be quick people I want this done and then you all altered." Harry told then all. The Torchwood team, the Master and the Doctor got to work deleting Harry from the world, a lot more people that they thought had got through the firewalls so much for secrecy and they didn't want to do this originally Harry thought to himself. In fact, after eight hours of deleting himself from anyone on Earth, it got that bad the Torchwood team and the Master and Doctor decided on deleting Sirius from coming through the vail and gave him a completely new background, so everyone would think that Sirius was born on this Earth and lived here until he came to work for Torchwood. Harry used the timelines to obliviate all of the people who also knew about Sirius coming through the veil while the Torchwood team, the Master and the Doctor again went after any information accessed about him coming through the veil also. The Master was going up the wall his son had been accessed in the files by more people than the days they had spent together so far. Sirius was even worse he was shouting out names, dates and places and his voice was getting more louder and angrier the more people he found had accessed his file, Harry just kept on going through even more people. Another six hours later and they had finally finished deleting Sirius from everyone who knew he had come through the veil, Harry had cramp from sitting for so long and he needed the toilet. Once it was done the Master double checked everything on the computers to ensure no one knew about Harry who would now officially be the Doctors and his loomed son while Harry went and relieved himself. Once finished at the bathroom Harry came back in, then Sirius shouted out for Lilly and her partners name off the Master and Harry had to start on that as well, anyone who had come through the Vail had been recorded by the spy agencies that knew about it. Even his mother and her teammate and so Harry was back down the timelines again removing his mother and Charlotte Peterson from anyone who knew about them while everyone again deleted the information on them. the Master was going mad at how unsecure their computers were they even checked to make sure there was nothing on the computers about the Master which thankfully there wasn't. Harry then got the Magical vow off Sirius that he had taken a week to write out so there were no loopholes and ensured that Sirius would be warned about it if he was going to say or give away information on something he shouldn't to anyone other than them three. Harry then stated to obliviate everyone from the Torchwood team other than Sirius of everything they knew about the Master and himself, Harry then ensured the infinity formula, along with the mobile number Harry used was removed from all of the phones that had it except Sirius he kept Harrys mobile number as he wasn't meant to know about SATURN. Jack would only remember the times he had seen the Doctor outside of Torchwood not that any of them had ever been to it or that he had met the Master or Professor YANA all the whole team bar Sirius remembered now was helping out Harold Saxon identify that the Toclafane seemed alien on all their scans and sending the two who killed him through the black courts for deliberately lying to the Prime Minister over extraterrestrial life, arranging to kill him and actually doing it. In all it took twenty hours. Eventually they were finished. The Master and Doctor released a toxin that would knock them all out with Sirius' permission, so they thought it was natural then they used SATURN to get back to Sirius' house and to the TARDIS. The Doctor piloted it for two days later knowing that the others would be back in work by then. The TARDIS arrive with the usual Vomp, Vomp Vomp, it did when the Doctor drove. The Doctor stepped out first with Harry behind him and the Master behind Harry.

"Hi Jack and everyone, Jack we did it we found him! Sorry everyone Jack was trying to help me track down the Masters and my son if we've not met, I'm the Doctor a Time Lord and I would like to introduce you my other half the Master and to our son the Arbitrator who we found a year and a month ago hiding with Sirius I'm sorry Sirius I overshot by a year we were only meant to be away for the month and then we were coming back to see you. He was loomed by the Master who is my partner and me then sent into hiding on Earth, the people we left our tot with unfortunately died so he eventually ending up with Sirius I can't believe that he was right under our nose Jack the whole day you helped me!" The Doctor explained to the whole room.

"Hello everyone, you must be Sirius' co-workers it's nice to meet you all I've heard so much about you but Sirius would never let me near here because of what I am, we came back so I could catch up with him but let me send him SATURN'S frequency and the infinity formula first then you can introduce yourselves to me and the Master and the Doctor for those that don't know any of us I think there is only Mr. Harkness and Sirius who knows the Doctor and Sirius knows all three of us. I only know the names of everyone working here and what you all specialise in not who you actually all are or what you do as Sirius said a lot of it is covered under the British Secrecy Act, he will now need the formula after my dad's gave me SATURN and I won't be spending all my time on Earth it's better than my old mobile that only works if I'm on earth unless I put it on there but I'm always forgetting it or leaving it in my bedroom!" Harry introduced himself and then explained about the Master and the Doctor then SATURN. Harry then brought SATURN up and inputted the infinity formula again and then sent it to Sirius. Ten minutes later everyone split up after greeting the young Magical Time Lord, the Master as well as the Doctor who they had heard the most about through Jack, all of them apart from Sirius and Jack finding out why they had never met them, Sirius giving his excuse and the fact he had never actually met the Master and the Doctor until they came for their son, but he knew just what Torchwood one was like. Eventually they all split up. Jack took the Doctor and Master off to one side of the hub to find out how they had manged to find their son, the Master explained that he had gone through the birth and death records and found out that the caretakers they had left their son with were dead and from there it led to Sirius. The Master offered him a better firewall after seeing the one he had running especially after he showed Jack all the people who had hacked into it and explained it was how he had got at all the birth and death records just not through Torchwood, Jack was very grateful for that and thanked them both for it when he saw what the Master meant the Doctor agreed it was a good idea while they did that Harry talked to Sirius on his own. Things were going well for Harry and Sirius, Harry was catching up on what Sirius had been up to while he was away for just over the month but knowing they had got the timing wrong so were a year late, things were going well between the two when Harry suddenly turned to Jack and shouted out 'No' only for Jack to continue his statement.

"And this says you've been gone for five years a month and three days! Not a single month like you said!" Jack said to the Doctor and Master.

"What!" Sirius shouted out of his mouth who turned to stare at all three Time Lords one at a time.

"Thanks Captain Harkness, now I know why Time really doesn't like you!" Harry snapped before turning to the Doctor.

"You left him with a fully intact Vortex Manipulator without the transportation or Time travel facility last time you saw him after using it to try and find me? But you left everything else working on it! Why did you not stop those sorts of functions on it? It's only one bloody line of code to remove they are tied in together those two functions and you can see in the timeline what Sirius is going to do now because of it. I'll have to remain forever on the TARDIS, he's already missed a year and a month of me and if I visit him again, he'll try to put a bloody tether on me…. And no that isn't a suggestion, the first time I returned and then travelled into the past you would be dragged with me only to land ten miles away from me in the bloody desert! I'd spend a sodding week looking for you even with full Magic seeing timelines and once I did find you, you would be half dead!" Harry started having a go at the Doctor and finished on Sirius coming to a shout at the end of his little rant over Sirius' next action.

Everyone stood in shocked silence at the outburst, this younger Time Lord was not like the other two. Sirius realised that another five years as a full-time tot back with his real dad had altered him more than he realised, Sirius swallowed a lump in his throat.

"Oh!" Harry exclaimed as he saw the timeline move further on.

"That is why I didn't stop it or remove the programming the last time I saw Jack I only removed the two features as you said while he helped me look for you, Sirius has to realise that while you're still his godson and love him with all your hearts, that you have changed in certain aspects but still at your core you're you. He needs to understand that and that each time he sees you now that you are no longer in hiding, you will have grown more each time. You are the Arbitrator just like we are the Master and the Doctor as we've said, you will be address as the Arbitrator as is your right you are the only Magical Time Lord left in this universe. Also, Sirius wants to see Disney land again after you visited it with him while being hidden. As I got the year wrong and we said we were only away for a month, I thought we could all go on a trip to the actual Disney world one together as an apology since you liked it so much while you've been back with us and for him to spend some more time with you." The Doctor spoke seriously through it all. The Doctor knew the number of times Harry had gone to Disney world before traveling in the TARDIS with the Master and him was on a weekly basis, but the Doctor couldn't tell the others that also he knew he was in enough trouble messing the year up like he had with Rose Tyler the first time after traveling with her plus they were all lying to keep the Master and Harry safe from not only Torchwood but any that found out about them.

"Fine but Captain Harkness is not coming with us, he's making me feel sick looking at him for too long, sorry but my dads' are right Time really doesn't like you! You, Sir, are a constant where there shouldn't be one!" Harry explained, he hadn't noticed it before, but Jack made his head hurt now when he looked at him it looked like he had a halo of yellow around him. Harry turned to the Doctor.

"How did Rose Tyler hold that amount of power in her and come out completely intact when none of us would, even you didn't Pere you told me, it killed every cell in you within seconds causing you to regenerate, but she held it in, piloted a TARDIS, brought Captain Harkness back from the dead and then gave him Time to live his life and scattered the daleks atoms across Time and space before releasing it and she was only human?" Harry asked in surprise and shock to the Doctor, even though he'd not seen the events, the Doctor had told him about them but for her to do that to Jack he'd not understood before, but looking at Jack he did now, that type of power was extreme but couldn't come out and say that.

"Because that was the type of person she was, she had only once seen the power of the soul of a TARDIS as you know, but she still did it still believed enough to hold it all in for so long…. She couldn't at the end it was beginning to really hurt her looking through all of Time and space and that was what she did, she scattered them into atoms throughout Time and space all at once. She held the Skaro Degradation to a standstill and laughed in their faces… Nothing seemed to faze her…. Yet I can still see the devastation as she was trapped in the other universe no longer able to travel in the TARDIS with me before I found your dad again after the Time War thinking he was trapped in the Time Lock as well." The Doctor spoke out loud in a pain filled voice over losing Rose, the Master put his arm across the back of the Doctor's shoulders in support not knowing much about this Rose Tyler other than what he had been told like his son, he knew Harry had been in the Doctors mind to see his life, but he hadn't yet.

"She was a very brave woman Doctor who obviously cared about you, you could see that in your goodbye that you showed me, all I have are pictures of my caretakers and my time with Sirius now." Harry replied just as gently, trying to help as always but being careful again in what he said.

"I know I have both of you now you've found me again and Sirius is still my godfather, I know I'm not all alone but it's different to those you were really close to and knew the truth about you for so long that you then lost so suddenly plus it's you who always tells me not to say never as it is such a long time, we just have to keep a look out for signs of the Bad Wolf if they are out there then we know she has unfinished business and TIME won't be constrained by the whole of reality much like DEATH isn't, if she needs to return she will do so without cracks in the universe, you even removed reality travel from SATURN so I couldn't do it accidently!" Harry continued on gently. The Doctor looked over at him seeing the look on his face as did the Master.

"What do you mean son?" The Doctor asked.

"DEATH and TIME are equal Deities, they are the two main Deities for the whole of reality you could say, but there is only one of each, if the Deity TIME interfered with Rose Tyler, then she could easily move her to our universe even easier than SATURN can and she wouldn't leave behind cracks within a universe either if the Deity did it." Harry explained.

"That was the Deity DEATH you saw? The actual Deity? and you obviously talked a lot more than you've shown us son!" The Master Spoke in shock but also in understanding. The only time Harry had spoken while dead was to his dead Headmaster supposedly but it was obviously the Deity easing him into who HE really was. Harry looked between the Doctor and the Master then he sighed he hadn't meant to let that slip.

"Yes…. I've met the real Deity DEATH… But…. I can't show you and neither can I tell you what we talked about while I was with HIM other than what you saw and that was to ease me into meeting HIM with what nearly happened on our home planet before you hid me to keep me safe…. I thought, what was the point in saying I had met DEATH. Someone who you feel follows you around Pere, because you don't see the lives you have saved only those that you couldn't. I know what you are known for by DEATH and that is ensuring not too many people die who shouldn't if you didn't go to the places the TARDIS went, and you didn't investigate, then a lot more deaths than what should happen, would. That's about all I can tell you both. HE holds the rest between the two of us as it should be I suppose." Harry answered gently more to the Doctor than to the Master. Harry had gone thoughtful though as he spoke at the end.

Everyone from Torchwood was looking at him in shock again, it was not exactly normal even for them to meet someone who had spoken to a Deity never mind DEATH even Sirius was looking at him in shock when he explained it. Nobody seemed to know what to say to get past the fact that this young Time Lord had met the grim reaper.

"Anyway, what else have we missed for the last year and a month? other than my rent to Sirius, it was due three days ago?" Harry asked in humour trying to move things along he didn't like all the staring it reminded him of the Real Unspeakables when he was called Harry James Potter, it was one of many reasons he wanted his name to be changed but not the main one that he would never tell anyone.

"I only let you pay rent because you demanded I take the money. It's your home you are my godson a hundred years from now you will still have a home to come back to, you know how long lived we are as normal Magic users it was your decision to get a job hiding who you were to help out, I was happy to look after you." Sirius explained, upset at Harry for making that type of joke. Sirius had loved Harry since he was born when he first was allowed to hold him, Harry would always have a bedroom in any house Sirius owned and Sirius had told Harry this before when he was left floundering after losing his home universe.

"I know but I could help out and I wanted to. I still feel like an adult in my head even if I'm young in body, I could and can glamour myself if I need to and it was only over the internet I worked with as we agreed I could…. Anyway, we need to draw down on Pere's UNIT account we need food for the TARDIS!" Harry explained to Sirius and then the others.

"You know before we found you, I was once asked how long I stayed away from the Earth at a time and Rose answered five days or was that just how long the milk lasted, all the planets in the galaxy and cows had to come from Earth. That's why I had us put so much of it in stasis knowing we would be in the Time vortex for a while until you adjusted to being back with us. All down to Cows!" The Doctor spoke reminiscing with a smile on his face.

"Okay then we obviously need a lot of milk again and food, it's a good job I can cook, or we would have starved, I nearly did when I first started to get to know you both, we lived on pancakes for twelve months, I actually enjoyed a bowl of oatmeal after that!" Harry declared with determination. Don't get him wrong they were great pancakes but after twelve months of nothing else and constantly being sick while trying to come to terms with seeing Time, he wanted a different meal, even still feeling the Time shifts he cooked because of the pancakes.

"You enjoy my pancakes son you always want them for breakfast!" The Doctor declared he looked affronted just because he couldn't cook a roast dinner didn't mean he wasn't great at making pancakes.

"Yes Pere, for breakfast. Not for breakfast, lunch, dinner and an evening snack. For a full twelve months because you wouldn't let me cook you wanted to take care of me and get to know me as your son properly now you had found me and you didn't trust dad to cook because we got engrossed in a game in the lounge while getting to know each other that first night and he burnt the chicken until it was black he can actually cook unlike you, you just wouldn't listen to the pair of us!" Harry argued right back. For twelve months all Harry had done was eat pancakes and then throw them up getting used to looking at all the timelines he saw over that happening with the Master.

"Fine I'll let the Master have another go at cooking tonight, Let's go shopping then and stock the TARDIS up, but we need milk were nearly out anyway, so it all works out! Again, I'm sorry about the time being out but you needed to see your godfather to properly reintroduce yourself now to him and for him to adjust to you knowing you would gain a Magical Time Lord name, also the Master needed to be introduced to the rest of the Torchwood team Jack now works with as we know each other, and he tried to help me find you. We would eventually have been caught out with you visiting your godfather so much in the future and even though I know Jack can keep secrets I wanted to let him know we had found you and thank him for trying to help me, so I thought we would do it all in one go I just got the time to return wrong." The Doctor explained, talking to Harry like the tot that he was but ensuring nothing got out about him being known by them all before now, they had been obliviated to forget who he was other than Sirius. Jack was the one the Doctor felt the worst for only thinking he had helped him look for his son for a day nothing to do with the traveling to the end of the universe or saving the Earth from the Master, but it had to be done.

"Fine let's get the milk and other stuff we need I am not living off eating pancakes now you let me cook and it's about time you gave dad another chance I've been on at you for ages that he can cook!" Harry demanded then explained he could feel Sirius' eyes boring into his back obviously wanting to say something about them only returning for milk but also relieved that he had been made to come home to see him anyway.

All of Torchwood turned out of a shopping trip again, not that they knew it or anyone else for that matter other than Sirius that was what took so long the video cameras that they had to then use face recognition on just so Harry could obliviate them of seeing him, so he and the Master were never seen on Earth before today. With nine trolly's full of milk and the other eighteen with food in them, they looked like they were gearing up for an apocalypse or something. The rest of the day was spent at Sirius' Just catching up and allowing Sirius to see the changes in Harry. The day quickly passed even if Sirius spent all his time with Harry grilling him on what he had been up to since finding the Master and what it was like to live with both him and the Doctor Harry explained that he thought of both of them as his dads' he called the Master dad and the Doctor Pere when in the TARDIS but like with him they called each other by their Time Lord names only occasionally using dad, Pere and son like he had done all that day to make it look like he always called them that. Harry had to erect a silencing shield in the living room to stop anyone from listening in so that they could talk properly Sirius wasn't happy about it until he found out that Harry could actually cast Magic down the timeline and demonstrated by doing it to a vase in the living room he didn't look at it he just used the timeline to make him decide to look around the living room and as he was seeing the room he shattered the glass vase on a coffee table next to one of the sofas. Sirius knew there was no way he could have done it other than the way he had described being able to do it and was actually now glad for the Magical vow so he couldn't tell anyone. Harry was right anyone who knew would try to get to him through those that knew about him if they found this out about him after that Harry then repaired the vase the same way. Things were going really well talking to Sirius, but now Harry's full potential had been released Harry felt the immediate differences from before and was explaining them to Sirius. Harry explained to Sirius that now he could see Time and he was a Magical Time Lord tot he knew exactly where he was on the planet and what time it was. He could feel the planet rotating under his feet, Harry explained that it was a weird feeling one he had not noticed until they returned to Earth and the place Harry was most familiar with even though he was comfortable in the TARDIS. Harry spent the next day on his own with Sirius, this time the Doctor and Master were off helping Jack, the Master working on the technical side of Torchwood, the Doctor helping out with closing out cases for them. Harry spent the time still catching up with Sirius, Sirius telling him what he had missed and Harry telling him the same Harry had made Sirius take him out to buy a diary for Sirius to use and explain how it would work every time Sirius saw Harry Sirius would have to write in it what had happened and what they had talked about so that the next time they saw each other Sirius could flick through the diary with headings and ask if that had discussed that section yet so he knew where Harry was up to in the timeline with him and they could go from there Harry explained that he would be keeping one of his own and hopefully they would see each other in a chronical order but it might not always happen so it was best to keep a diary he made Sirius keep it in the safe though that they had in the house and not the one Sirius used for his gun they had a shared safe where things precious to each of them were stored.

The rest of the week was spent like this, Sirius had taken the rest of the week off work and let the Master and the Doctor fill in for him so he could catch up with Harry under a silencing shield. They spent the whole of the rest of the week going over where Harry had been and what he had seen as well as what he had gotten up to during seeing Time. Harry explained that after the first twelve months he had started on the courses for the academy as he was back to his eight year old body and it would take time for him to grow into being an adult again which made Sirius laugh, but Harry was not amused over this. Sirius tried to get him to talk about what was discussed when he had met DEATH, Harry though couldn't tell him what DEATH had discussed with him as DEATH had blocked him form talking about it and so Sirius eventually let it drop and moved onto another subject. The questions carried on like this throughout the rest week. From then on, they would just sit and talk about Harrys five year gap away while Sirius made notes, until Sunday night when Harry thought he would be leaving again. When the Doctor and Master arrived at Sirius' house and knocked on the door Harry dropped the silencing shield. Harry was surprised by the Doctor who entered after the Master after they had exchanged pleasantries and asked each other how their days had gone.

"Actually, Arbitrator, I was going to ask you if you would stay here for an extra day, well for tonight and tomorrow morning we should be back by then if not early afternoon I promise I will ensure the TARDIS knows we are coming back to pick you up she will make sure we arrive tomorrow for you." The Doctor explained to Harry.

"Where do you want to go Doctor?" Harry asked.

"Silencing shield first please!" The Doctor told Harry, Harry flicked his hand and a blue shield popped up around the room like it had done in his bedroom the first night they had all met each other properly.

"I want to take the Master for a break and for the both of us to start talking it's hard to have a long conversation together and I know you would give us time to talk things out, but you shouldn't have to you've only just found us and we have only just found you, but we really have not been together since the Time War and we weren't on the best of terms as you know before then because of what the High Council did to the Master…. So... I thought I would ask Sirius if you could stay here tonight and then to take you into work tomorrow and we will pick you up from Torchwood." The Doctor explained. Harry looked first at the Master and Doctor, then at Sirius who nodded his head with a smile on his face.

"Okay, I will see you sometime tomorrow and make sure the TARDIS knows you both need to come and pick me back up! How long are you planning on going for?" Harry replied and then asked the Doctor.

"I don't know Arbitrator we need to talk about things now we have you living with us and the Master being your dad and me being classed as your Pere. I need to talk to the Master as well, you know I want us to be like we were, your dad is a different person now you have stopped the drums in his head as he was when they were quieter. I want to get to know that person properly I know he has shown us some of what he accomplished what he did when the drums were at their quietist, we are both raising you and until recently we have both been separated. The Master also needs to know that even though you are his biological son. That you can look after yourself without us always in contact with you. Nothing will happen I've checked the timelines, and nothing should alter its pre-determined course before we return so we both know you will be safe and having Sirius watch over you helps calm us both, he is the only other person you have ever really felt comfortable with and he is your oath sworn godfather so we know he will always look after you!" Tthe Doctor explained to him. Harry thought about it for a few seconds then nodded and got up to give both the Doctor and then the Master a hug, they stayed like that for a minute the Doctor then the Master both kissed Harrys hair, Harry had to gently untangling himself the Master was still holding and staring at Harry. Harry just smiled at him gave him one final squeeze in his hug and let go taking a step back, so the Master had to release him.

"Go on I'll see you both tomorrow." Harry spoke smiling at them both. With that Harry watched as they walked to the TARDIS both turning around to look at him one more time then with the Doctor sending him a reassuring smile, he escorted the Master into the TARDIS before he entered and shut the door behind him ten seconds later the TARDIS dematerialised with the breaks still on Harry just shook his head. He hoped this would move along the Master and the Doctors relationship, which is what he wanted, the three of them as a proper family.

Harry spent the night with a silencing shield up around the room talking to Sirius about the Doctor and the Master and how they treated him. How the three were getting on? How had it gone getting to know his real dad now that they had found him? what was it like to be with them both full time? Along with a host of other questions Sirius hadn't gotten around to asking. Harry spent his time thinking about each question before answering, knowing these were serious questions and Sirius was just looking out for him. He knew Sirius still saw him at times as the just older than eight and a quarter year old he looked. It sometimes annoyed Harry while at others it showed just how much Sirius still cared about him and made him feel loved by the man. After their short relationship in his original universe, it was good to have spent the four years he had with Sirius. It was even better after the week they had just spent together. Over the night and the next morning, Harry knew he would have to keep coming back to see Sirius, if for no other reason than Sirius would miss him terribly and he admitted to himself that he would also miss Sirius, he had missed Sirius while he was being changed and then looking over a few of the planets his dad had taken them to. They had now looked at four different planets that his dad had helped over his lifespan even if it had taken five years for the three of them to look through the planets.

The TARDIS actually turned up in the evening of the Monday, Harry had gotten slightly worried when they weren't back for lunchtime but just put it down to the Doctor and his driving, he expected them to turn up a few days later than he had said anyway. Instead of just the Master and the Doctor stepping out so too did a middle-aged woman and a boy looking older than Harry.

"Hello." Harry said to them all. All four looked to see Harry standing up from his sitting position.

"Arbitrator, I would like you to meet an old friend of mine Sarah Jane Smith, who use to travel with me and her newly adopted son Luke Smith." The Doctor introduced the two while pointing them out to him before continuing.

"Luke is a genius beyond anything seen on earth before. He was grown with the knowledge of everyone who went through the Bane plant they had going on. I thought the two of you could get to know each other, Luke is much older and intelligent like you even though they only grew him to this age, he will now grow as a human does." The Doctor explained to Harry.

"Hello, it's nice to meet you both as the Doctor said I'm the Arbitrator the Master is my dad and Doctor is my Pere they are both bringing me back up now that they have finally found me after the Time War ended." Harry replied to the introduction. Pleasantries were returned and then the adults seemed to congregate in one area and Harry and Luke ended up sat on the same sofa talking.

The Doctor was right Luke really was a genius he was as intelligent as Harry and he was a Time Lord with eight years worth of intense teaching and training, which gave him the equivalent as degrees in multiple areas, mainly science and Time. They talked about Luke attending school. Harry played it off as though he had been home schooled because of him being in hiding then because of his mental age while his body remained young, his previous caretakers and Sirius didn't want anyone finding out about him until his real parents found him again so he had gotten a job working over the internet so no one knew who he really was. Finally, as it got later into the night the Doctor announced the reason for them being here as well as why he had brought along Sarah Jane and Luke. It seemed there was something going on in Cardiff that was more unusual than normal, and Sarah Jane had a lot of the information that they needed to look into the situation. They still only used Harry's Time Lord name, in private settings he would be Muklo and in the TARDIS they often called him son although occasionally they called him that outside of the TARDIS as well, but all other times now he was the Arbitrator, their son loomed by them to everybody other than if Sirius was on his own.

It was decided to spend the night on the TARDIS as Sirius and Luke were the only one's never to have stayed on her, they were rearing to go, Harry told Luke he could share his room if he wanted, as a new room would be completely plain and set up for a Time Lord, and even if Luke was a genius, it would still take at least an hour to explain just the bathroom to him. Sarah Jane still had her old room on the TARDIS which surprised her a bit. Sirius was given another companion's room who had unfortunately passed now but it was still set up for a human, Rose's old room had been removed by the TARDIS herself, the rest were plain basic Time Lord bedrooms even their own were Time Lord bedrooms but they each individually had them set out as each preferred. However, if Luke stayed with Harry then Harry could set everything running for Luke and then just turn it all off once he finished if he shared his room, the hardest contraption was the shower. Harry resized some of his own clothes for Luke to wear so he could change and wasn't stuck in what he had arrived in that got them into a discussion about Magic and Harry used the back story of Time Lords being loomed and occasioanlly turning out to be Magical Time Lords he was one of them that got them talking about Magic and what it could do until Luke fell asleep while Harry quietly worked on his academy lessons in his room.

The next morning came quickly enough, as they sat around the kitchen table in the TARDIS, after the Doctor had made pancakes and coffee for them all. They were all informed what was going on by Sarah Jane. It seemed a company in Cardiff was now spearheading a new drug on trial in Cardiff for weight loss. The Adipose Industries were making a lot of money and people were losing weight by the buckets full. The Doctor and the Master went in search of the company headquarters, Sarah Jane and Sirius went around the locals who were taking the drug while leaving Harry with Luke stationed inside the TARDIS running scans on everything they needed done, it was actually a good job the Master and the TARDIS had taught Harry how to use her even if he was still learning how to pilot it from the actual teachers. The time seemed to progress slowly for Harry and Luke who spent most of their time with Harry instructing him to press certain buttons or leavers for the scans and data the Doctor and Master needed, while explaining what he was doing and why. Harry had moved them closer to the Adipose Industries main complex as the Master, the Doctor and another woman, who seemed familiar to him for some reason, were looking through the complex. He was originally going to land where a car was but re-directed the TARDIS when she picked up the vehicle on her sensors.

The sight outside of the TARDIS suddenly looked a lot more interesting when fat started to rise into the air towards a large spaceship, it was the Adipose royal families mothership, the two Time Lords and three humans had managed to stop the deaths, of everyone in Wales the Adipose royal family and Miss Foster would have caused, but it didn't stop thousands of newly spawned Adipose risings into the air where the royal ship had appeared to collect all that they could before anyone could stop them.

As soon as Harry saw this, he warmed up the engines on the TARDIS while doing something he had never done before keeping the brakes locked fully, as the TARDIS ramped up in power that wasn't going anywhere because of the breaks, Harry was quickly typing away on a suddenly unseen keyboard on the main console unit and a holographic screen shot open coming from the roof sowing what he wanted to know and with that he released the break and the TARDIS shot off going straight up into the sky like a rocket. Harry hit the side of the royal motherships shields with the TARDIS punching through them causing them to crash across the bigger mothership completely, the TARDIS still fully functional came to a stop just to the side of the other ship but to its right spinning above it, steady and slowly, Harry waited, he knew it wouldn't work twice but it didn't need to, they now knew just what power the TARDIS held, not that they knew what it was just that it was small and punched straight through their shields like butter, they weren't staying around to find out what else it could do and so the ship grabbed every baby fat left on earth in seconds and fled the solar system. Harry followed them into space and watched as they moved to hyper speed and vanished then he piloted the TARDIS to slowly re-land where it had been parked previously by him next to the headquarters.

That was fun Harry thought, Harry wondered what the Adipose Royal family would be thinking after he had ripped their shields apart with the TARDIS. Harry would have loved to see their faces when they saw him shoot up from the side of them. They also knew he had followed them into space to make sure they left he knew their scanners would be able to pick the TARDIS up, but not get much from her other than massive power readings. He was shocked to see the Master and the Doctor storming into the TARDIS, the Master looked like the drums were back and the Doctor was glairing right at Harry.

"You are our son jointly, you are a tot on top of that and we are your dads' until you are an adult yourself, do you understand son?" The Doctor demanded speaking to Harry in true anger something he had never seen before or felt.

"I did not teach you to pilot this ship, for you to see if you could crash it without us here to stop you. If you had hit that ship head on, we would be burying your ashes even you wouldn't survive the destruction of a TARDIS, not even this world would. What were you thinking son? We have only just found you again!" The Master explained and asked next as angry at Harry as the Doctor was.

"That the other spaceship didn't come close to the power of the TARDIS and while we don't have weapons, we do have shields, the best in the known universe from any time period, that is why I only hit their shields. I knew ours would rip theirs apart and could withstand anything against us, I gave them a safe way off the planet, I didn't stand in their way and only followed them to make sure they left, It seems I have to remind both of you Pere and dad that I am a Magical Time Lord as well and maybe only a tot to you two but my plan worked, as I saw in the timeline and double checked with the TARDIS main console unit it would. Something you would both know if you weren't looking at other things at the time. And something you both would have done if you could! Well, dad would, you Pere would have made them just leave. Either way you look at it, the timeline played out as it should have. Furthermore, the other time this TARDIS got hit was because you left the shields down. And now I know where I know the other lady from." Spoke Harry then Harry turned from the two Time Lords who were still looking murderously at him to the lady that was still stood in the door with her mouth open looking between the three, Luke was stood off to the side trying to stay out of this.

"You must be the wonderful Donna Noble, it a pleasure to meet you actually, as the Master and the Doctor said I'm their son, but my official name is the Arbitrator, the Master is my dad the Doctor is my Pere. Once these two have calmed down and are satisfied I'm safe and unhurt, then when they notice Luke and make sure he's okay." Harry spoke introducing himself and then he explained who the Master and the Doctor were to him, then finally Luke and that was when the other two Time Lords did look over to Luke only just noticing him.

"You are welcome to come in and we'll collect your bag on the way back to my godfather's home on this planet from when I was in hiding, he can also post your car keys to your mother and get her a ticket up here from London, so she won't be too annoyed with you." Harry Explained.

"Unlike us who are with you son, you could have killed yourself!" The Master spoke angry still at Harry. Harry took a deep breath.

"Actually, I could have gone straight through that middle of that ship if I wanted to, I increased the shields on the TARDIS then ran the calculations while warming up the engines to stall for time…. I didn't do that though, because I wanted you both to be proud of me because I had shown our strength yet not done any damage to anything other than their ego." Harry started off nonchalantly to the two, but the end was a near whisper while looking at each individually.

"That is no guarantee, the chameleon circuit is not working which means this ship is never at full power!" The Master further explained in true anger, the Master was worried about losing his son after just finding him.

"For…. Look back through the timeline dad and check for yourself, this is a sentient ship she would not allow damage to her unless she knew she could be repaired, never mind willing blowing herself up. The shield tore through all of theirs and I just glanced their shields! Less than a second and their shields fell to ours!" Harry Explained while talking through clenched teeth. There was a deep breath from across the room.

"He's right and the TARDIS is for some reason backing him up in what he did." The Doctor spoke quietly to both of them.

"So, you're okay with what he did with the TARDIS? Now he's inviting companions to join us as well! We were going for peace and quiet for a few years to get to know him properly after just finding him! Not near-death experiences outside the doors every time we open them!" The Master spoke in a very annoyed voice at the Doctor.

"Well, it's not all death and destruction just some running sometimes and maybe one or two bad eggs out there!" The Doctor replied.

"Sorry about my dad and Pere Donna they are just very overprotective of me just getting me back after they were forced to send me into hiding. Anyway, come in well get you set up in a room for the night, you'll have to have everything explained to you the rooms are set to Time Lord comfort you just need to personalise it and work out the bathroom really, but it takes about a day to get the gist of the room you will be staying in and where everything on board her is. We'll drop Luke off at Sirius' and while waiting for them to get home we can start sorting you a room out." Harry explained to her about his parents and then invited her in.

"Oyyy! We're still talking about fighting with my TARDIS son!" The Doctor spoke still angry, but it had eased off when the TARDIS had agreed with Harry.

"It's all of ours now, the only one left in existence just like SATURN, we share, anyway I'm better at driving her! I release the break before trying to move us." Harry Explained back.

"It's still fighting, you know I don't like that!" The Doctor returned not prepared to let Harry off so easily.

"It was a scare tactic and it worked they will never come back to Earth again." Harry spoke back.

"Still I'm taking you driving privileges for a month, and while I can get a signal from SATURN you can't get a signal from the TARDIS to tell you where we are. You're going to learn to properly care for a TARDIS after this. You can start the lessons on that now as well as doing your work for the academy!" The Doctor told him back.

"You're trying to ground me? I have SATURN and can just leave as you pointed out I can then stay with Sirius until you have calmed down and decide to come and collect me again, I can go wherever I like while I have her on!" Harry asked then explained incredulously.

"No son you are not leaving in fact you are handing SATURN back over to us! I'm trying to teach you that even if the TARDIS is fond of you, you can't pull stunts like that, not yet anyway, yes you can pilot a TARDIS, you can use the computers to assist you but you do not know all of the nuances of a TARDIS main console unit, you won't be able to use her at all while you're grounded, you are still a tot to us, we could see the TARDIS would be fine on the outside we didn't know what the inside looked like, you know yourself you cannot see inside a TARDIS there is too much Time vortex within her to be constricted like that. We may be able to see thousands of outcomes it doesn't tell us which one though or how she will look like after ramming another ship." The Doctor spoke quietly but you could see in his eyes if Harry didn't agree he would see the anger he had felt and seen when they entered and have to hide from both of his new dads' for a very long time at least until he was an adult of twenty which was another one hundred and eight seven years.

"I'm sorry…. I'll relinquish SATURN to you to keep and I'll take the restrictions as well as the lessons I need to, then to prove I'm sorry, I'll help put her back together properly or as properly as we could without Gallifrey…. I didn't mean to worry you both so much…. I thought you both kept a check on me at all times you have your psychic bond to me, you could have just used the bond to find out what I was thinking and then if I was okay, I trust you both with that and I know I can't block you from my mind until I am an adult and I accept that it was one thing you both explained to me when we were all reunited, that the bond would be open to you both until I'm no longer a tot when I reach twenty physically …. You both have unfettered access to my thoughts until I'm an adult and I can block it you can both even give me orders through it, I've never worried about that, but when you were worried for me why didn't you just check the bond to find out if I was okay or not you could have seen all of that through the bond!" Harry Explained straight back at the Doctor getting annoyed over this.

"Your right… But we were also in a serious situation with the head of The Adipose Industries who had been sent to find a new breeding ground for the Adipose Royal Family. We couldn't take the lack of concentration of checking in on you and to be honest I forgot the bond…. But you're still grounded fully for two weeks hand over SATURN and Donna can collect her thing from her car, then we are going back to Sirius'. You can start your new lessons tomorrow and you will go through the full engineering course of a TARDIS until you can help the both of us work on her if we need you to. Fair?" The Doctor spoke gently this time though.

Harry didn't answer he just ran to the Doctor and gave him a big hug which the Doctor returned. Placing a kiss on Harrys head the Doctor stepped back holding his hand out. Harry just nodded and for the first time since he had bonded with her, Harry released SATURN from his forearm and handed it over to the Doctor with care. In front of him the Doctor went to the main console unit and entered something into it. then a panel opened to show a type of safe or something, you wouldn't know it was there if not for it being open now. The Doctor placed SATURN inside and closed the door, it relocked automatically.

"Two weeks and you can have her back, no one will be able to get to her where she is, the TARDIS will protect her for you. You'll have her back in two weeks and if you need to talk to someone like you do SATURN then as you pointed out both of us are here for you okay son?" The Doctor explained then asked Harry just as gently as before after he had hidden SATURN and stood back up.

Harry just nodded and giving both Time Lords another hug, he went to his room without looking back he didn't want them to see him utterly devastated. He threw up numerous linguistic commands at the door to prevent anyone getting in. Then Harry sat on the floor against one of his bedroom walls and the first tears fell. Harry felt wretched. After about half an hour and feeling the TARDIS move, Harry placed his hand on the wall and asked the TARDIS to inform the Doctor that Luke could take any of the spare bedrooms at Sirius' and that a room would be set aside for him next time he came, Harry could see in the timeline, Luke and him becoming friends and that Luke would occasionally travel with them in the future. Harry stayed in his room still devastated with tears leaking from his eye's even after they had arrived at Sirius'. However about three hours later he felt his wards crumbling from something interfering with them, then suddenly his door was opened, the Doctor came in pocketing his screwdriver which Harry still wasn't happy about not getting his own, he had to build his first one and that hadn't been covered yet in his lessons. He tried to scowl at the Doctor for pulling his wards down and then just coming in but before he could alter his facial features never mind get a word out the Doctor was sat next to him pulling him onto his lap and hugging him.

Shhh…. It's going to be alright you've already been forgiven and as you can guess your dad and I have been keeping the bond open, I gave you time to calm down and I know you feel devastated but that is how both your dad and I felt, in a sense you really are both our son, as we said and you did, we are both bringing you up and I know at times you feel like an adult but as we've explained, you just aren't, you are still a tot to us and to see one we thought could be dead, devastated the both of us it's why we were so upset and angry, you know our biology makes us love you, but I love you for you, it's as if you really are part my son, at other times I see your dad in you but I also know you are your own person, but Muklo you gave us both a massive scare, it was only when you went into space we knew you must have been alright. up until then…. We both feared you would go through your first regeneration if you had not had the console unit explode on you. How would we explain that to Sirius, at best you would lose a life and change into someone new, at worst as your dad said you would be dead along with the whole of the Earth. We had stopped their main plan to harvest this world for their babies but we both knew if we took care of Miss Foster then the Adipose Royal family would leave after rescuing all the young Adipose they could get at. Why didn't you follow the timeline as we were doing?" The Doctor explained then asked gently to Harry the Doctor knew from the bond how upset Harry was still even after the Doctor had explained to him what was going on in the Masters and his minds at the time.

"I thought this was a better outcome they now know the Earth is protected they won't come back now ever, you know yourself if you looked at all the timelines that it was a possibility, I didn't want to take that gamble if they did it again and we hadn't been here when it happened then it could have colossal effects on the human population. It could have killed them all off and we would have to cross our own timeline to put it right it could have immense effects on both the history and future of Earth." Harry replied.

"You know we both deeply love you right? Your dad isn't in here with me because he's upset at himself for upsetting you, he's in his own room probably as upset as you are. I really do feel like I am one of your parents and love you as if you really are my loomed son you know we are both here for you for anything don't you?" The Doctor again explained then asked Harry. Harry just nodded and snuggled closer into the Doctor and feeling his body being squeezed a bit more Harry believed the Doctor when the Doctor said that he was forgiven Harry could feel it through the bond, but he could also tell the Doctor was determined to keep him grounded for two weeks so he would learn from this.

"You know I love you both equally, with dad it was instant the connection was just there in an instant, with you it took longer but I do love you both the same I feel as though you are really my Pere and dad bringing me up! That's why I asked if we could say that when we started to sort out getting rid of my old identity, I love you both so much and I know dad and you love me just as much as I love you and I know you care for each other as well we really are becoming a family, I'm sorry I worried you." Harry spoke in a soft voice. You could hear in his voice that Harry had been crying. Harry fell asleep like that, so The Doctor gently lifted Harry and placed him in his bed, then the Doctor removed Harrys shoes, socks and top. Leaving him only in his jeans to sleep in. the Doctor watched over Harry for over an hour before going in search of the Master to help him sort himself out as well. Really, both the Doctor and the Master needed to talk it had been both devastating and terrifying watching as they both thought Harry might have to regenerate through the stunt Harry had just pulled on them.

The Doctor told Harry that they would remain at Sirius' for the week and he wasn't to leave the house. The Doctor had taken Sarah Jane and Luke home, which only took the Doctor a couple of hours. Harry kept his word and started on his new lessons, taking the engineering course as well as carrying on with his regular studies. The week passed as though in slow motion, the only exciting thing that happened that week was them showing Donna how to set her room up and how to use the bathroom as well as taking her on a tour of the TARDIS and where the important rooms were for a day. Finally, the week came to an end and Harry couldn't have been happier under the circumstances. Harry knew it was being done as part of his punishment. If Harry had SATURN he could have taken himself to a different plant in a different Time or some other Time on Earth but without it, Harry knew he needed to get out of the house. He felt trapped there and really didn't like it. What was worse Harry could see the Master getting enjoyment out of the punishment the Doctor had laid down the Master felt like his son was now the one on a tether not him. Luckily Sirius hadn't been told and he had worn shirts to hide the fact SATURN was missing, Harry really did not want Sirius finding out.
