Eighth year Harry Potter was walking up towards the circular office to see Severus and stopped when he heard the man himself snap.
"You are delusional Miss Weasley. Harry has let everyone know he is gay, everyone has accepted it except you. What makes you think he will want you if he is gay?"
"He could be just bisexual." Came Ginny's voice. "Harry could be confused, doesn't know what he wants. I mean look at me, then at you, what do you have that I don't?"
"A cock for one Miss Weasley, I also have a fully functioning brain."
"I will make a bet with you Snape. I win, I get a night with Harry and you leave us alone and won't do anything to stop us. If you win I will back off."
"Which is what you should be doing already Miss Weasley, you making this bet to win a night with Harry even though he is gay shows you are in fact delusional, if you win the bet, and that's a very big if, you wouldn't get anything out of Harry, with me I only have to talk a certain way and he is hard. All the potions in existence won't get him hard for you."
Harry smiled.
"What does the bet entail Miss Weasley?"
"The Quidditch pitch, we each have to fly to save five goals each, if at the end it's a tie it's then sudden death, whoever saves one and the other misses, loses."
"I will accept."
Ginny scoffed. "You can't think much of Harry if you easily accept the bet."
"I will do when I know I will win."
"I have been flying since I was four years old. You haven't flew since you were a student. I've got this one Snape, you made a mistake betting with me." Ginny warned before leaving the office.
"Never bet with me Miss Weasley." Severus murmured.
Harry, who heard her coming, hurried down the stairs and ran as fast as he could and flying around the corner he let out an 'ooff' as he collided with someone and landed on his arse.
"Where's the fire Potter?"
Harry looked up and saw Draco started to get up and brush himself down.
"Ginny's coming." Harry said as he hid behind the tapestry that was covering an alcove.
Draco watched as Harry hid and turned his head in time to see Ginny come to a stop in front of him. "Weasel."
"Have you seen Harry?"
"Yes. He heard you coming so ran away and hid behind this tapestry."
Ginny scoffed. "Sod off Malfoy!" She snapped before walking away.
"She's gone, Harry."
Harry stepped out from behind the tapestry and glared at Draco. "Why did you tell her where I was?"
"I can be as honest with her as I like and she won't believe me, she just thinks I'm being sarcastic and calling her."
"Whatever. Look, just come with me to Severus, he needs our help."
Severus looked up when his office door opened and saw Harry and Draco walk in. "You just missed your admirer Harry."
"I know, I had to hide, I heard everything, me and Draco are here to help you."
"And what do I need help with?"
"I heard the bet you made with Ginny, she is an excellent flyer Severus, me and Draco will teach you how to fly and-" Harry stopped when Draco started laughing.
"What's funny?"
Severus smirked, "Draco is laughing at you Harry as you believe I need teaching lessons on how to fly."
"But you haven't flown since you were a student yourself."
"I have refereed matches when needed to. Trust me Harry, she won't win." He said as he walked around his desk and placed a hand on Harry's shoulder.
Draco finished laughing and looked at Severus. "She made a bet with you? How stupid is she?"
"Very. Apparently." Severus smirked as he kissed the side of Harry's head.
The next day Harry stood on the Quidditch pitch with Severus and Draco, hearing a noise, Harry looked up and saw students start to fill the stands. "What?"
"Draco helped me let the school know of the bet, they are to watch Miss Weasley lose." Severus explained as Ginny walked on to the pitch with her broomstick.
"Best to five." Ginny stated. "And it's ladies first."
Draco looked around. "There's a lady here?" He asked, making Harry look away so he could smile.
Ginny glared at Draco before continuing. "We need the best chaser to try and score the goals but we will have to settle for second best as I'm the best chaser."
"Well I'll give you that one Miss Weasley as you certainly won't give up chasing Harry." Severus smirked.
"Katie!" Harry laughed when he saw his old school friend and hugged her.
"Hello Harry, I won't be going easy on Severus, but I won't be going easy on Ginny either, I think she was hoping I would as we used to play together."
Severus, who heard, shook his head. "You are now a professional quidditch player, Miss Bell, act accordingly." He said.
"I will do Headmaster. I will try and score five times, if after five times it is a tie then it will go to sudden death and you and Ginny will be scoring against each other. If you score and Ginny doesn't, you win and vice versa."
Severus nodded. "Ready when you are Miss Bell."
Ginny took to the sky and hovered around the goals.
Severus looked at Harry and took his hand in his. "Will you stop worrying Harry."
"I can't help it. I have every faith in you but that doesn't stop me worrying, why did you accept the bet, what if she wins?"
"Harry, you are forgetting who you are with. She won't win against me."
"I know Severus, I just don't like this, I'm hating her more for it, why not just leave me alone."
"She will once I've won this bet, she doesn't know it yet but I put a spell on her, she has no choice but to honour the bet." Severus said, smirking when Harry laughed.
"You don't have a lot of faith in Severus do you, Harry." Draco smirked.
Severus looked from Ginny who saved a goal to Draco. "Don't you start, he does have faith in me, Harry just doesn't know me as well as you do, that's why he is worrying and you are not bothered, give it another year and Harry will know me as well as I know myself."
"Oh! She saved all five!" Harry moaned.
"It will go to sudden death then as I will save all five also."
Ginny landed next to Severus, Harry and Draco. "Hard to beat that is Headmaster."
"If you say so Miss Weasley." Severus answered before kissing Harry in front of a glaring Ginny.
Harry smiled at Severus. "Did you want that for luck?"
"No, just to piss Miss Weasley off and judging by her face, it worked." Severus answered before mounting his broom and flying to the goal posts.
"Katie is Gryffindor through and through, she won't go easy on Snape."
Draco looked at Ginny. "She didn't go easy on you either, is that why you picked her? Because you thought she'd go easy on you because her brother has a soft spot for you, why is he soft on you? Open your legs for him, did you?"
Ginny opened her mouth to snap but Harry stopped her when he cheered. "Come on Severus!"
A few minutes later Katie flew down and landed in front of Harry. "Both saved all five, it's up to you both now, the Headmaster is ready when you are Ginny."
Ginny looked up and gasped as she saw Severus throw the quaffle and it went straight in the middle goal post.
Severus landed and smirked at Ginny. "You missed it."
"That's cheating, I-"
"You nothing Miss Weasley, the sudden death goal was to catch you off guard and that's exactly what I did."
Ginny snatched the broom off Severus and threw it as hard as she could before picking up a quaffle and flying up.
"Severus!" Harry gasped. "You haven't got your broom!"
Harry felt his jaw drop as he watched Severus fly up to the posts and saved the quaffle that Ginny threw.
Severus landed in front of Harry. "Told you I would win."
"That doesn't count." Ginny snapped as she landed behind Severus who turned.
"What makes you believe it doesn't count?" Severus asked.
Ginny took out a rule book. "Says so in the Quidditch rule book, flying is to be on brooms." She stated, then squeaked when the book burst into flames and shook her hand.
"Three things Miss Weasley. One: it does count as we were not playing quidditch, we were simply playing throwing and catching. Two: never bet with a Slytherin, especially me, you won't win, I even beat you at your own game."
"What's the third thing?" Ginny asked.
Severus put his arm around Harry and pulled him close. "I win."
The end.
