Déjà vu: The Stone

I think that if you decided not to go back, you would be able to… let’s say… board a train.”“And where would it take me?”“On.” Dumbledore said simply.Silence again.Then, after a moment Dumbledore added, “Or… possibly, back. Back to the first day you received your Hogwarts letter. The day the first one arrived.” Harry looked up at the old professor in surprise. “Though, I feel I should tell you, if you went back now, this could all quite possibly be over for good. If, however, you were to go back further… just a few years, I think this story might be very different indeed. I never meant to make quite so many sacrifices… you would have the power to change things. Though, I’m not sure what, if any, memories you would retain. It is a very big thing Harry, what I ask you to do now, and any answer has to be with your whole heart, so think hard.”

My all time favorite trope in fanfiction is time-travel fix-it. As such, I've started at least one for every major fandom I'm in. Until now, I've been kind of a chronic un-finisher when it comes to fanfiction though, so I haven't ever posted any of them. I've been doing better in terms of consistently writing lately, so I've decided to post a few of them. Let me know what you think.
