Summary
The Fates loathed him, he was certain of it.All Nico had wanted was a month - ONE month - of rest after nearly killing himself while dragging the Athena Parthenos to Camp Half-Blood.But of course, some idiot dark lord HAD to go resurrect himself literally one week after the Second Gigantomachy, and give Nico a giant headache in the process.The irritating little sucker couldn't even be nice enough to keep his soul in one piece, so now Nico has to go and hunt his seven stupid soul shards down, (one of which is lodged inside a FREAKING KID, so good luck dealing with that) with an annoying Son of Apollo tagging along (semi-unwillingly). Not to mention he has to attend actual school after gods-knew-how many years.But what he thought would be a standard quest soon turns into something far more sinister...and connected to his past in ways he couldn't begin to imagine.(...Honestly, he should've just stayed in bed that morning).
