Hermione was the smartest of the Golden Trio. She was strong in both mind and magic. Sure, Ron and Harry respected her and feared her when they failed a test, but they were the only ones she could talk to. She didn't have many friends. The Gryffindors were more roommates than friends and she was sure the Ravenclaws were the same. While Harry and Ron were off to make a mistake only she could fix she found herself in the library. She buried herself in information. She felt lonely. She might have been smart, but what use is the intelligence when you can't fix a broken home or find someone you spend the rest of your life with? Harry had found that person in Draco Malfoy. Ron had found it with Blaise Zabini. She was the only one in her group who didn't have a boyfriend or girlfriend for that matter. Her mind wandered off to a female Slytherin.

Pansy Parkinson. The female in Draco's crew. She has a crush on the Blonde Slytherin Prince until the Chosen One steals his heart. Pansy was happy for Draco. She was his friend first and that was all that mattered. Meanwhile, she felt she was alone. She wanted someone who didn't think because she was under the green and silver that she was evil. She might be cunning but that was because she was raised to see anyone less than a pureblood as inferior. Seeing that wasn't true she began to change how she felt. Blaise began to date Ron Weasley so why couldn't find her own Gryffindor? Maybe because all of them were immature. Besides her eyes seemed to wander to a Brown eyed girl.

Pansy knew how Hermoine spent all her free time in the library as the books offered her freedom or were they all a cover. Pansy wondered what the real Hermoine Granger was like. Was she really smart or was it years of magic books? Was muggle life boring or did it feel nice not to have house elves to do everything? Pandy had all these questions but never any answers. She always felt tempted to ask but scared of the answers or what the person she asked would say. pansy found herself in the library. She quickly found Hermoine.

Hermoine wasn't an idiot. She saw Pansy. "You know if you wanna book you can just ask me," Hermoine spoke up turning to face Pansy. Pansy used to have a bob cut but had grown and recoloured it to a beautiful light brown instead of the midnight black it used to be. Hermoine's hair used to be super frizzy but is slightly wavy and much shorter now only up to her chest. "It's not that. you know the rules. if I get caught with you I get teased," Pansy said. "Then we won't get caught," Hermoine said. "You're being civil," Pansy asked surprised. "Harry and Ron are the non-civil ones, "Hermoine rolled her eyes, "They are dumbasses but they are my dumbasses." Pansy nodded. "I understand that. I'm the only girl in a group of boys."

"So did you have a reason for looking at me like I had two heads," Hermoine said. "I wanted to know more about muggles," She said. "You didn't say mudblood," Hermoine said happily. "You can't be blamed for your bloodline," Pansy said. "So what question do you have? I can try to answer them," Hermoine said. "So what is the house like," She asked. "Well, we have to do everything. Clean and cook. You can hire maids but that's a lot of money" Hermoine said. "My house was small but it was all I needed," She said. Pansy hung on every word. "What about you," Pansy asked. "What," Hermoine said confused. "Where are you like outside of Hogwarts," Pansy asked. "Quiet,"Hermoine said.
