Chapter 2- Inheritance
Harry watched as the blooded dripped onto the parchment, amazed as the paper glowed brighter with each drop. Gornuk finally released his hand. "It should stop bleeding in a moment." He says as he picks up the parchment. The glow dimmed as it is looked over by Gornuk, which he then slides over to Harry. "Read. I shall return in a few minutes." Harry watched as Gornuk exited the room before he lifts the inheritance test of the desk. He begins to read.

He reread the parchment multiple times, but it just left him with more questions the longer he looked at it. Lily wasn’t his mum? He didn’t have a mum (he was confused on how that was possible, then remembered. Magic.) His dad was gay? He actually thought that was cool, they had another thing in common. But Regulus? Sirius’ brother? He was related to Sirius through blood? A bang echoed throughout the room as he slammed his head onto the table. His name wasn’t even Harry!
He looked up as the door opened again and Gornuk entered, followed by two other goblins. The goblin to Gornuk’s right looked towards him. “Mr Potter-Black, I am Ragnok, the chief goblin, and we have much to talk about.
Hadrian sat in silence as he processed everything he had just been told. “So the Pendragon line…is wizard royalty?” The third goblin, who Hadrian had learnt was named Stonecutter, nodded. “Correct, and blocks and potions like these being used without knowledge or consent is illegal. And to use them on royalty no else, is punishable by the kiss.” Hadrian was shocked. “Can they be removed?”
Stonecutter looked unimpressed. “Of course we can.” Ragnok gestured to someone outside of the room, who then bought in a vial. “This is a potion developed by our potion masters. Once you have drunk it, it will flush any unwanted potions from your body. Then,” Ragnok pulls out a silver knife. “We cut your hand with this and all three of us will pour some of our magic into the cut, which will remove any magical blocks.” Hadrian took the potion as it was handed to him, almost gagging as he drunk it all in one go. “That was disgusting.” Hadrian shook his head, wincing as pain spiked throughout his body. “Is it meant to hurt?” He grits out. “Usually it depends on the potions used on the potion. As you have had a glamour potion used on you for so long, it is reverting your body to how it should be, so yes it’s meant to hurt.” Gornuk answers. It took a few minutes before the pain left Hadrian’s body, and Stonecutter handed him a mirror. Harry looked at himself in shock. He looked completely different! He took his glasses off. “Wow…” Hadrian studied every part of his face. His hair had grown slightly so it was now falling just bellow his shoulders, his untameable hair now had gained a bit of control. His shining green eyes, now a grey, hazel colour.
Ragnok held out the knife. “Your hand please Mr, Potter-Black.” Hadrian refocused. “Right, yeah, of course.” Hadrian held out his hand, flinching slightly as Ragnok held his hand and ran the blade along his palm. Gornuk and Stonecutter also grabbed onto his hand. Hadrian felt it as they pushed magic into the cut, it healing as they did so. When the cut was fully healed, they let go and Hadrian felt faint all of a sudden, almost falling forward in his chair before he caught himself. “Are they all removed now?” The goblins nodded. “So I can claim my lordships?”
“We can do that now,” Gornuk answered.
“Lets do it then.”
