Chapter 3- Potter Manor

Harry stared up at Potter Manor in awe. It was the biggest house that he had ever seen. Not only was it taller then the Weasley's home, It was about the length of three of the Dursley's house.

He smirked slightly, he imagined Vernon's face going that nasty purple it does when he's mad and Aunt Petunia being jealous over the absolutely stunning garden that surrounded the property. How was it still so well looked after? Magic probably.

After what felt like an hour (it was only 10 minutes), Hadrian finally made his way to the door, which seemed to glow a faint pink as he got closer. As his hand grasped the handle, the door shined brightly, before he dulled as he opened the door.

He stepped into the house, closing the door softly. Hadrian barely made it 10 steps into the house before something hit his leg hard.

"Excuse you, mister!" called a high-pitched voice below him. He looked down, his shock increasing as he laid his eyes on, who was a very irritated house elf.

Harry stared down at the 3ft elf in shock.
"I'm sorry..?"
The house elf huffed. "As you should be mister! How dare you bring your dirty shoes into the house! The disrespect!"
Harry listened wordlessly, just staring in confusion and shock. The house elf hit his knee with the tea towel she was carrying.
"Go take off those shoes and put them outside."

Harry hesitated for what the elf must considered too long, as she got prepared to hit him again.

"I'm going, I'm going!"

-----

Hadrian quietly followed the house elf into the kitchen.

"The name is Vispy, young sir," the house elf started as she ushered him into a chair. "And as Master James asked of me when you were just a babe, i will be your personal elf."

Hadrian nodded, and then jumped as elderly elf appeared in the kitchen, holding a tray with tea and biscuits.

"Oh-" Harry reached out to grab a biscuit as the tray was placed in front of him. He looked at the new house elf. "Thank you."

The house elf burst in to tears, and harry dropped the biscuit on the tray and stood up to move closer. "Please don't cry, what did i do wrong?"

The crying only got louder at that.

Harry turned to Vispy in desperation, only to see that she also has tears in her eyes.

'What did I do?'

After both elves had calmed down, the other elf introduced himself.

"My name is Tuffy, I am the head elf of Potter manor. Traditionally, it would've been me greeting you at the door, but i was busy dealing with our two new elves. Little rascals."

Hadrian tilted his head.

"New elves? I wasnt even aware that I had elves, why would there be new ones?"

Tuffy huffed. "If what they is true, which i do believe for one reason or another, you are already aquainted with these two."

Tuffy snapped his fingers, and two distinct forms appeared behind him.

'"Dobby? Winky?"

Dobby smiled widely. "Dobby is so happy to see Mr Harry Potter Sir!"

Winky nodded in agreement. Harry laughed, it is good to see you Dobby, you as well Winky."

Before Dobby or Winky could continue talking, Vispy interrupted. "Please finish you tea young sir, I still have to show you around the manor."

Hadrian looked back at the tray, only just being reminded of it. "Ah yes, sorry Vispy."

Dobby and Winky both disappeared as he drank his tea.

"I shall leave you in the care of Vispy for the remainder of the day, Lord Hadrian. I shall see you tomorrow morning to introduce you to the rest of the elves." Tuffy informed Hadrian, before he to returned to whatever it was house elves did. (Harry really needed to educate himself on house elves more, especially if he wishes to get along with all of them.)

After placing down his now empty cup, the tray disappeared and Vispy urged him to get up so she could show him around.

"We do not have all day young sir, let me show you where your room is then we shall go from there."
