Summary
It's eighth year for the Marauders, and James is still pining after the beautiful - yet unavailable- Lily Evans. Fed up with James' lovesick moping, the rest of the Marauders stage a Halloween dance where any available person who wants to win James' affection is to attend.James becomes entranced with an alluring boy he dances with that night at the ball. I was extremely excited to write this, but writer's block hit me like a freight train. I fought through it and wrote this, which is inconsistent with my usual writing. I spent 5 days working on this because I struggled to battle writer's block.The second part will be posted as soon as I finish it.
