Chapter 7
"S-sirius? How-what-why are you here?" Regulus asked
"It's been a while huh?" Sirius said smiling
His brother-little brother Regulus have grown quite well he's almost at Sirius's height. He's got longer hair but not as long as Sirius's hair that reaches his waist.
He missed a lot. Sirius knew that James and Lily had already got married. But he didn't knew that they were expecting-
"WHAT?" Sirius exclaimed
"You siriusly didn't know?" Regulus asked
"Do you think i'll react like that if I knew" he said
"How did you even get here?" regulus asked
"I apparated" Sirius stated
"Why though?" Regulus asked
"Bloody hell- I missed your questions" Sirius said chuckling
"My what?" regulus said clearly offended
"You asking dumb questions like this, you used to do that when we were kids. But Maman decided to punish you when she got irritated and then you stopped" Sirius said "What a fun childhood" drawled regulus Sirius cackled. And regulus finally finally heard his brother laugh again.
"You what!?" regulus shrieked
"I said what I said" sirius said smugly
"But how? How did you even-" Regulus asked "As if you weren't already thinking about that, I heard you went around and asked about it" Sirius said narrowing his eyes "So you...have it?" regulus asked quietly "A few, I'm not sure how many he has but from what I gathered he's got 5 or 6.." sirius said hesitantly
"Are you sure you got it?" regulus asked
"Are you doubting your own brother?" Sirius asked clearly teasing
"This is not the time!" regulus scolded his older brother
"Of course I got the correct one!" he said
"Can I?" regulus asked
"There's powerful magic in it considering it has his soul but it's too dangerous, I can't let you touch or be near." Sirius stated
"But-" regulus tried to argue
"Regulus." Sirius said clearly losing his patience while regulus stayed quiet.
"Have you heard about it..?" regulus asked
"Heard about what?" sirius snapped
"About the Prophecy" Regulus said
"The-she's gonna give birth at that time?" Sirius asked and regulus stayed quiet
Sirius already knew the answer

"Sirius-" regulus tried to call him
"Stop I-I'm too tired for this, I'm going to bed" sirius said going inside regulus' room and leaving regulus in his couch.
"That's- you know what nevermind" regulus said before he conjured pillows and blankets for himself and went on and slept on his couch because his dear brother stole his room in his house.
Sirius woke up to a sound of someone cooking, he smelled eggs 'huh?' he thought. He opened his eyes and saw a room he was unfamiliar with 'right' he thought, he sat up and saw Regulus' room more clearly. He stood up and looked around, he clearly missed a lot of his brother's life he picked up a picture it was them when they were kids back when Regulus didn't want to leave Sirius' side he smiled.
"Oh good you're up" regulus said standing in the doorway, sirius looked at him
"You cooked?" he asks raising his eyebrows
"Of course I did, do I look like I have a house elf" regulus said before turning away
"I thought Kreacher was your best friend" Sirius said with a grin
"It's too early for this sirius" Regulus said while making tea
"Here's yours" he said handing sirius the cup "thanks" sirius simply stated
They ate breakfast quietly before regulus spoke.
"seriously why did you just turn up now?"
"It's hard to track his Horcruxes, don't ask me how or where I found this" sirius lifted his hand showing the Slytherin locket
"Merlin" regulus said eyes widening while his brother played with the hocrux "You do know that a hocrux has terrible effect on people it comes contact with?" regulus said eyeing the hocrux very carefully "Don't worry about that, we're probably used to that anyways. Now I need to find a way to destroy this." Sirius said standing up "Can I borrow some of your clothes?" he asked "Find one that fits you" regulus answered while cleaning up the food they just ate.
