Quirk; Artists Craft Exchange
- The user can exchange anything to give something that HAS to be Art/craft related somehow. Ei; bad hair in exchange for beautiful hair - maybe with pretty accessories, depending on how bad or good. However, Art/craft is subjective, and the quirk relies on the user's view/perception of the Arts/Crafts and what is Art/Craft.
- The quirk can be used for healing, creating, destroying/stopping, and strengthening/combining things, people, quirks, etc.
- Personal NOTE; Arts and Crafts all are meant to express and enjoy in any form… anything can be and will be seen as Art and/or Craft, so suck it!
- NOTE; because of a re-activation of an old gene, the quirk itself can’t be stolen or taken under any circumstance, erased (not completely), or copied without permission. ** related to the first user of OFA(he donated sperm one of the times he was out of his brother's grasp and free, but before he had the stockpiling quirk mix with his.)
looks/defining features;
- Her looks, styles, and features change regularly. The only trait that stays the same is a tattoo on her wrists and the back of her hands that says, “Art is in everything and everywhere.”
- She seems to have some Immortality or regeneration to her of some kind.
Hero/Vigilante/Villain; in legal terms, none; she somehow got diplomatic immunity in almost every Country till 50 years after her death. Japan, Canada(home country), and America, to name a few. No matter what she could/would/or will do, they couldn’t touch or punish her IF she did something, no matter how villainous or criminal, or heroic. However, depending on who you ask, many label her a Vigilante - or a pain in the ass.( we see you, Aizawa! Nedzu!)
** NOTE; she does leave deep in-depth detailed reports and such for the heads of government if anything happens, just in case, along with large numbers of undeniable packets of proof and evidence. As she said to several workers who asked why, “one can never be too careful,” was all she said to them and left. IF she takes on a mission or does it for her own personal enjoyment, well thats all up to her.
** NOTE; The Hero Commissions hates her, but she has them by their balls, and their lives(and their families) are in her hands. All one of her friends or family has to do is tell/ask her to deal with them or about what they did to an innocent person - even just one - to get her to destroy them. But for now, instead, she terrifies them - especially the corrupt ones, she calls them her personal playthings.
Chapter 1;
“Greetings, I am Anna. Pronounced An-NEA. Now you must be wondering why ever am I here. Well, to be honest, I’m here to help. A little birdy told me one of my favorite family members struggles with their newfound powers. Sadly so are their friends, so the head of the family, I shall help. However, as a generally neutral party, I will be helping both sides—nothing illegal or that shit, but with other things. Now, do you have any questions?”
“Who the Hell do you think you are?!” said a scratchy voice.
“Oh, dear! Are you hard of hearing, sweetie? I can fix that!” said the lady while doing sign language.
“Is that you? Ms. Arce?” asked a small furry animal genius.
“Why is that you, little Zuzu? My, it has been ages!” the lady smiled a bright sunshine smile resembling a green bean cinnamon roll of a problem child.
“Only one person is allowed to call me that.” an unexplained aura covered Nedzu, “she was a friend and a mentor, and a.”
“Right pain in the Ass! Little Zuzu, it is you! You have come so far! I’m so proud of you!” walking to the UA principal, smiling hand at eye level for the fur ball to see. Nedzu smiled sharply and jumped onto the ladies' hands while mechanically laughing, ignoring the shocked and baffled faces of the staff and students alike.
“Ms. Arce! It has been too long! So who’s the family member?”
“Why the green bean, of course! He might not remember me, but he is my favorite, even if he came out of his mother with the DNA of that deadbeat asshole of a son of mine. I’m so happy he takes after his mother! Oh, you should see his analyst books! If he didn’t get his quirk to activate, I would have trained him and asked you to sharpen his mind sooner!” Anna gushed about Izuku in front of everyone. Izuku started to have some old memories come up, happy ones with a strange lady-
“THAT WAS YOU?!” the green bead exclaimed, embarrassed.
“Oh ho ho ho! Yes, dear, that was me! My, how you have grown! Look at you! Oh, I am so proud of you!” said the woman squishing his cute baby cheeks “now! Let's get started with the Special training I have planned for you~! Your friends are welcome to join in too!”
“Oh! And before I forget! To the traitors of UA, I do not blame you. You have excellent reasons for what you are doing and what you have done. However, I and several others can help you OUT of the forced situation you find yourselves in. All for One and the Meta Group, along with the Hero comedian, sorry, the HPSC, owe me, and I love Hurting those evil unworthy shit-stained assholes whenever I get the chance.
