CHARACTER INTRODUCTIONS
the sun weaved through the curtains of james’ spacious apartment room. he groaned softly as his alarm went off, rubbing the sleep from his eyes as he blinked awake. he stretched, jumping out of bed and grabbing random clothes and taking them into his bathroom to shower and dress for the day. james carefully conditioned his hair and tried his best to fix it up with a comb when he got out of the shower, failing as perusual. james smiled at his reflection, no sleeve top mixed with a nice baggy jacket from some band and cargo pants. when his hair looked….. nice… enough…. he wandered into the kitchen of his shared apartment and began cooking breakfast for his friends, the marauders was what they called themselves back in high school and sometimes even now.
the apartment was always slower to wake up than james was. after himself it was remus who had trouble sleeping but always woke up early for his classes and to make himself and padfoot coffee. a small greeting was always exchanged, simple good morning moony and good morning prongs, and that was all the talking they did this early. next to wake up would be peter, he was always slow to get ready, lucky rat got afternoon classes. sirius entered the kitchen last, always looking like she woke up ready to go. however, pads was always cranky and cursing the sun for even existing as he got ready to head to astronomy with prongs. by the time everyone was awake james had breakfast ready and they’d be done in time for sirius and james to make it to astronomy on time. they had a routine going, it was nice. now, obviously lots of minor details floated around their 4 person apartment. for example, sirius and remus obviously pining after each other but the two have yet to notice. peter, who never brought anyone to stay the night, ever. finally, james, who never actually fell in love and kept romanticizing it. now of course, like good friends, none of them mentioned each others obvious secrets.

THE MARAUDER’S APARTMENT;
LOCATION : GRYFFINDOR APARTMENTS
regulus always had trouble waking up in the morning. the soft voice of pandora always woke him up, she was always nice like that. without fail, a telling barty can be heard in the background followed by a tired evan trying to calm his boyfriend down. regulus would always stumble out of bed and shower, taking his time to get ready for the day. obviously over accessorizing with jewelry and wearing nice clothes.
regulus was known as a lucky bastard for having all afternoon classes. still, pandora always made coffee and put it in everyone’s thermoses (including regulus on his most asshole-ish days) and regulus would head to his favorite cafe to pick up breakfast: MINNIE’S. a nice, respectable woman ran the place with her wife and constantly hired him for artwork when needed. regulus and his friends were always honest with each other and blunt, telling everything straight. oh and pandora always knew everything for some reason… it was weird. but it was them, it worked, and they were each others family.
