State of Grace
“Done!” Minerva shouted to the team. It was their last day before the game, and they were working really hard for the upcoming match tomorrow.
Lily and Alice started skating to the dressing room, followed slightly by the rest of the team. “So how’s it going with Frank?” Lily asked her as she started changing her clothes.
“It’s not going well, actually,” Alice replied with a low voice. Lily sent her a look, asking what had happened. Alice looked back at Lily and started talking again. “Well, yesterday I told him that I couldn’t do this because I had lost feelings, but nothing was wrong with him.” She took a pause, and Lily let her. “He looked kind of, I don't know, but he didn’t look the happiest nor really sad. You know Lily, he was perfect, and I loved him more than anything, but I just felt something weird about our relationship. What should I do? We haven’t broken up, but we aren’t really together either.”
Lily let her speak and talk about it, exactly about what she feels. “Well, I’m not a professional, but love is a ruthless game unless you play it good and right. I think you guys are on a short break, but you should break up if you’ve lost feelings; no need for any more heartbreaks.” Lily comforted her as she petted her back. Alice shook her head and thanked her when they were about to leave.

As Marlene was walking around the empty corridors of the lux building, a tall blonde guy had taken her attention. “So, did Evans accept the bet?” He asked curiously as he started walking with the other blonde, with pink loops.
“Yeah, of course.” Her voice was cracked, but in an attractive way. “Told you I could take care of this, Rosier.” The pride on her face was indescribable. “Oh Lord, how much I love being right all the time!” She got side-eyed by the blonde guy.
“Never said you couldn’t make her accept the bet…” he whispered quietly as he disappeared from the corridors again. “Well, that’s weird,” said Marlene as she continued to walk to her room, not really caring about what had happened.

“Oh my god Remus! I’ve missed you so much!” Lily shouted as she tightly hugged the tall guy.
They had been friends ever since Lily could remember. Growing up in the same neighborhood had made them grow really close too.
Remus hugged her back as he sat back down on his sofa in his lux hotel room. Remus was one of the few on the team who got a spare room; the others got in duos. “We couldn’t really talk yesterday, or any other day,” he said with a deep smile. “We should have a sleepover as soon as we get back to Canada.” He whispered quietly but loud enough for the red hair to hear.
“Yeah, I definitely agree! We should invite Sirius and his little brother too! I never got the chance to meet Sirius’ ‘annoying-nerd’ brother.” Lily demanded as she was thinking about a shorter and quieter version of the model, Sirius Black.
Remus laughed at her description as he couldn’t help but agree. “I’ve met him a couple of times; he’s really chill, and you two would get along really well actually.” He said with pride as he started talking about this new book he was reading recently.

“McKinnon! Evans!” The girls heard Evan’s voice as they stopped walking to the dining hall. “Yeah?” They asked at the same time. Evan wondered if they were secretly twins.
He looked sarcastically sad and said, “If you need a shoulder to cry on, I’m here for you. Just letting you know!” He made a heart with his hands, got replied with four middle fingers by the girls.
