When Harry awoke it was to a quiet room looking around the room he didn't see Susan anywhere he muttered "She must have woken up earlier I than did" swing his feet to the floor.
He stretched his arms and legs out before taking a quick check on Amelia, seeing that while stable she was no better than when she went it only the things that could be fix had been such as her bones he ran a hand down his face before sighing and then left for his room.
Going down the halls of the Tardis he got to his room and he stripped himself of his clothes and taking a towel he went into the bath room.
Having used the loo and washed up he looked at his back and head in the mirror, after taking a good long look and finding no evidence of any injury from the battle he left to get dressed grateful for how good the bio bed was at healing.

Harry having dresses himself in casual clothes he left his room in search of the closest kitchen for food even though it was closer towards the time for an evening meal.
As he walked down to where normally the closest kitchen was he felt the Tardis through his bond send him feelings of happiness, urgency and finally worry. Harry having stopped at this stood silently as he communicated with the Tardis in his mind.
He stood there going over what the Tardis had informed him of he ran a hand through his hair, taking a deep breath he thought-asked /where Susan was/ in the bond and got a picture of his media room.
Sighing to himself he walked down a bit further then entered the kitchen.
He went to the fridge and looked in to decide what to make for Susan and himself.
Having made a dish of sausage and mash in onion gravy he put into two bowels, he then pocketed some utensils and then waved his wand over a couple of coke cans shrinking them down pocketing them as well he then picked up the bowels and turned to make his way to the media room and Susan.

The door to the media room opened up automatically with the Tardis helping as he entered the room he saw Susan watching the second Jurassic Park film that was coming towards the end.
Noticing that Susan had not noticed him with her entire focus on the film he put the two bowels down on the chair and then said "Susan".
The suddenness of Harry talking made Susan jump in fright at the interruption.
Susan put a hand on her chest to try and calm down at the sudden jump scare she had, so in turn she glared at Harry for a minute who was finding her small scare amusing. Noticing her film paused she proceeded to glare at him again saying "You have some explaining to do, I know that the Tardis is a time-space ship and I am going to need an explanation".
Harry nodded at this the earlier amusement wiped from his face to be replaced with a firm look "Ok but first I brought you some dinner you watch the end of your film then we can get the talk, if that is alright with you" he asked she nodded at this.
Taking the food that was then offered to her she then was presented with a coke and a pair of utensils, giving Harry a "Thank you" she turned back to the screen as it started playing again.
Harry sat as well eating his food with Susan as they both watched the film.
Thirty-five minutes later
As the credits started to role and the lights in the room brightened a bit Susan taking a sip of her coke said "All right I want your explanation now" her voice firm.
Harry nodded taking a breath then said "Please wait to ask me anything until I'm finished", once he got a nod he started "Are people that is the Magical population on Earth all the descendants of a race of people called Lanteans, they originally came from one world in another galaxy a very long time ago and they were all united. But because of as philosophical disagreement they split into two factions one calling themselves the Ori taking an religious path while the other faction the then named Alterans took a more scientific path."
"The Alterans then left their home world and began a long journey to come her to the Avalon galaxy, otherwise known now as the milky way galaxy but along the way in their travels they also had another small dispute over control, and how the ruling council had been restricting in that groups work and so another faction was born but I will come back to this one later."
"Having settled in this galaxy after arriving they became known as the Ancients. They played god and seeded life in this galaxy and began expanding through out this galaxy having many colonies on many diffrent worlds, after manty many years a terrible plague spread through this galaxy killing an untold number bring this once mighty civilization down to one group, this group took the great city ship Atlantis and fled this galaxy to another."
"In this other galaxy they settled on a planet they called Lantea and renamed themselves the Lanteans and began to colonise and expand. Having played god again and seeding life a race called the wraith evolved. As this race grew in power they posed a great threat to lanteans and humans that live in the galaxy and thus a war began between them that lasted for many hundred of years and while are technology was far superior, they out numbered us and after losing colony after colony they chose to leave and sank Atlantis with a great shield to protect it and came back to this galaxy."
"The ones that came back either mingled with the humans that had evolved here on Erath or went through Ascension, in which the person became a being of pure energy living on a higher plane of existence my ancestor The Guardian was one of them."
"He chose ascension because he need to ensure are races continued existence, because before the evacuation of Atlantis a human from the future appeared telling the Lanteans of a future in which where Atlantis's shield fails and the city is lost with a human expedition that came from earth, as they had been using the astria porta network to travel the galaxy were we have left this plane behind and been forgotten by nearly everyone but are old allies."
"So he set out once ascended to gather any knowledge he could use, it was there he found out we the magical population were the descendants of the Lanteans that went on to live and have children but had no knowledge of are people's history. He also found out about the third faction that split from the Alterans and what happened to them."
"That third faction split from the second and travelled until they settled on a planet that they named Gallifrey and with no restrictions set they built what ever they wanted, such as time travel, Tardis's but they also came up with a way to prolong their lives that they called regeneration eventually calling themselves the Time Lords."
"But they became arrogant as time went by that when the plague hit them they didn't care if they died as they would just regenerate and be cured, but that didn't happen the plague mutated after they regenerated and killed them faster and faster until they died out."
"The Guardian learned everything he could experimenting and improving on Gallifrey and building an outpost on the moon of earth, (after having taken a tangible form to do this). Eventually having completed what he set out to do on Gallifrey he moved to the next stage of his plan and that was to come to earth, where he met his wife The Mage and made her a Time lady giving her regeneration they went on to have children here on earth while also working on his plan with his wife joining him."
"The Mage and Guardian mostly stayed in the outpost after their children had past on and then with each passing of a generation, they left for Gallifrey and leaving an AI to in charge to keep an eye on their descendants that eventually transported me to her, healing me of everything and giving me all the knowledge I would need to succeed along with having saved someone I care about that about covers everything."
Having said all this Harry was met with Susan taking a deep breath "Well that was a lot and I can see why you would want to hold off with that long explanation, but you need to include me now so when we get back to the future we are working together from now on so you better show me everything ok", she said Harry gave a nod feeling rather thankful at this response "Oh who was it that the AI saved" Susan asked Harry stared for a moment before answering "Sirius Black".
