Susan to say she was shocked at everything she learned from Harry was like telling someone at home that the sky was blue, it was the Sirius Black knowledge that made her freeze. She like everyone else was under the assumption that he died in the Ministry battling Bellatrix Lestrange, he was declared dead after falling through the veil in which he was posthumously pardoned by fudge.

Harry seeing Susan staring off into space got up and started collecting everything to get back to the kitchen. Susan noticing Harry clearing up got up and rubbed her forehead thinking /Come on Susan he told you what you wanted now be there for him/ and went over to him.

As he got everything together he felt a pair of arms wrap around his waste he froze for a second, "I'm so happy for you Harry" she said he turned in her arms and hugged her her head resting on his shoulder. "He was saved but is in a coma at the moment, in a pod like Amelia" he said the only response he got was Susan giving him a extra squeeze in the hug.

Stepping back he laid his hands on her shoulders and said "Come on, lets get this all cleared up and head back to the console room" she gave him a nod at this giving him a smile "Ok" she says to him, picking up the two bowels as he picked up the now empty cans and left the room with Susan following a bit after him.

Susan watched as Harry moved around the fixed up the console of the Tardis moving switches and nobs, telling her "That he was setting them to arrive at the outpost the morning after the attack on Bones manor" and then grabbed the throttle, saying "here we go you ready" she gave a nod " yes we need to get going" she said to him wanting to see about the eventual outcome for her Aunt.

He gave a nod then pulled the throttle down the rotor in the middle started going up and down as the Tardis began it journey back to the Peverell outpost entering the Vortex.

He waited a few minutes then moved the throttle back up stopping the engines as they landed, "We are here" he said as he began moving towards the Tardis doors. He turned to Susan as he opened the doors saying "Welcome Susan Bones to the Peverell outpost".

Peverell Outpost

Susan stepped out muttering to herself "I'm on the Moon"  before turning to look around the room, she saw a silver tall cylinder opposite her as they exited the Tardis "What is that Harry" she asked. He looked away from the his Tardis having noticed that the outer shell of his Tardis hadn't changed from the police box with a small frown on his face, "Oh that is the default appearance of a Tardis" he said as he moved beside her.

"You see that is the appearance of a Tardis that hasn't made a trip yet with a bonded pilot" he told her, as he turned to the corridor out of the room "come on we need to make are way to medical to get Amelia sorted" he said to her as he left the room with Susan quickly moving to catch up with him.

As they moved down the corridor with Susan a step behind him she kept looking around, but was more focused on getting her Aunt sorted than to actually pay attention to details of the corridor.

Coming up to a set of doors they opened automatically to four medical beds one in its pod mode.

Harry immediately went to the bed beside the pod Sirius was in "Alithea can you have Amelia beamed from the Tardis into Bio bed two please" he said out loud with Alithea appearing on the other side of the bed giving a nod saying "done".

Susan gave a slight jump her hand going for her wand at the sudden appearance of Alithea, but stopping as Amelia appeared in a flash of light in the bio bed.

The bed activated with a scan being done of Amelia.

Alithea turned to Susan giving her a sad smile saying "I will do all I can for Amelia Susan".

Susan looked at Alithea saying "Thank you and it's nice to meet you Alithea, I just wish it was under better circumstances" feeling very anxious over the the results she would get on her aunt.

Minutes later the bed gave a beep signalling the scan was complete, both Harry and Alithea looked over the results with Harry's frown growing the more he read.

Eventually he turned to Alithea "I can see only one option for her continued survival. What about you, got any ideas" she shook her head "I can try and heal her but the brain damage she has, will be the deciding factor if this fails that leaves your one option".

He gave a nod "do it" he told her as the the bio bed went into pod mode to try and save Amelia Bones.

Turning to Susan "Come with with me, I'm going to inform you on the details" he said as gently as he could to her.

As they both arrived in the kitchen-dining area Harry turned to Susan, "Have a seat I'm going to get a cup of tea for the two of us" with that said Harry went over to the replicator placing the order for two tea's.

After both tea's materialised he took both mugs, before turning to walk over to the table placing one in front of Susan getting a quiet "Thank you" from her.

Taking his own place opposite her he took a breath and began "Susan the situation with your aunt is not good, if the healing process Alithea is doing right now doesn't work we are down to only one alternative for her to live" he said while looking her in the eyes.

Hearing this Susan stared back at Harry her mind filled with worry and sadness, but using her occlumency to stay in control she asked "is this the last option you told me about while on the Tardis", her only response was a firm nod from Harry she sat back and asked "what is the last option for her".

"You remember how I mentioned the Time Lords to you in my explanation to you" he asked getting a nod in response from Susan.

"I told you of Regeneration as a way the Time Lords prolonged their lives", he said "But I never explained what regeneration was so I will explain it now".

"Regeneration is a process in which Time Lords renewed themselves causing a complete physical and often psychological change. It could happen because of severe illness, old age, fatigue or injury. But It could also be invoked by choice, whether voluntary or not." he took a breath before continuing "regeneration could be prevented by choice, although choosing not to regenerate from fatal damage was essentially an act of suicide. However, you could delay the actual change in appearance and enter "a state of grace" for a brief period of time."

"The Guardian improved regeneration making it to be limitless, but a number can be set for how many times a being could regenerate, while also making it so you would need a outside catalysis to activate this. Now this last bit I want you to pay the most attention to is this he built in a fail safe for emergencies, if given to someone already injured with no way to save them through medical means they would under go a emergency regeneration. This would have them go through a proper regeneration until the entire process is over then give that person 24 hours to use the outside catalysis to unlock regeneration for them in the future or not leaving it locked to them." he said all this with Susan having a shocked face.

"What I am proposing is we use the emergency regeneration on Amelia" Susan heard Harry say.

"You have to choose for Amelia if she is to go through regeneration or not" Harry said to her leaving her stuck.
