Voldemort smiled at Amelia "Madam Bones good evening I hope it was because It will be your last" turning his to Susan and Harry his eyes widening in surprise, "Harry Potter how fortune favours me this night I come to end the Bones Family and hear you are with no Dumbledore to save you" he said while more mask death eaters came in through the now destroyed doorway.
As more death eaters entered Harry started counting them 1-13 /crape/ he thought.
Voldemort raised his wand pointed at Amelia and immediately shot off a killing curse with the death eaters watching. When Harry taking the distraction swiped his wand at a group of 3 death eaters and shot off a high powered Diffindo the spell.
Harry watched frozen as the spell hit the first one severing his head from his shoulders and continued hitting the two behind going through their foreheads as if in slow motion. When the bodies hit the floor blood and brain matter was pooled on the floor.
This brought the others into action with the remaining 10 death eaters splitting in to one lot duelling Susan and the other turning to Harry.
It was Susan shouting the spell "Incendio" that brought him out of his shock, turning he saw a conjured jet of flames moving to her group with four dodging with the fifth having his wand arm being set alight and began screaming in pain, as the smell of cooked flesh began to permeate the air in the room.
Turning he saw the green colour of killing curse coming at him he quickly fell to the floor as the curse flew above him, hitting the wall behind him destroying it sending chunks of stone flying.
Rolling away he dodged a Reducto and Glacius that sent frozen bits of rubble everywhere.
Pointing his wand at one the death eaters he sent a Confringo at their legs setting the robes alight, with them distracted he quickly stood and sent his own Reducto at one of the others aiming at their arm with them summoning a Protego to which his spell hit shattering the shield.
Seeing 3 others point their wand they screamed Crucio as the red spells shot at him, moving as quickly as he dodged the first and the other just missed him with the last one connecting.
The pain of thousands of hot burning knives being stabbed into him was felt that he collapsed to the floor in agony, but It wasn't the as bad as Voldemort's crucio so he was able to point his wand at the group and get off a Bombarda causing a large explosion and killing the one who was using the crucio on him, as the explosion blasted him back as he was then impaled by multiple bits of stone killing the asshole.
"F**k" Harry muttered as he dodged spell fire from the remaining 4 masked Death Eaters, when he was hit in the back by an Incendio he span around shouting Ventus Duo as the a strong blast of wind pushed them back as they fell to the floor from the strong winds, he quickly chucked off his coat and ducked behind a large piece of wall to catch a breath.

Susan had been running around shooting off all manner of spells and transfiguring broken things from rubble and destroyed furniture into wolves, badgers to attack her group of death eaters with the wolves and badgers able to bring one of them down as the animals mauled him to death, as his screams distracted the others that had to deal with her spell fire and all the the transfigured animals she was sending to attack them.
When one of the remaining 4 DE tries to send a Entrails Expelling curse at her trying to get her to move into it but she just stops and then uses Speculo to reflect the curse back at the Idiot.
As she began running she saw the Idiot screaming as his guts were falling from his stomach as he died.
The remaining 3 just started throwing out Bombarda's at her and her small army of wolves and badgers, she stopped and cast Draconifors at one of her wolves turning it into a dragon that then started to breathe fire at the 3 with two of them screaming as the fire engulfed them. The last one screamed at her "you b***h" before shouting "Fiendfyre" the fire curse then shot out fast with the man able to direct it at all her animals including the dragon then losing control of the spell.
In rage at her home being set alight by fiendfyre she screamed "Accio" and summoned her last DE into his own out of control curse he screamed as he flew into the flames.
Stepping back she gazed around as her home was ablaze tears coming to her eyes as the fire spread around the building.
She didn't know how long she stood their looking at the fire spread but the she saw Harry duelling the last 2 DE of his group, she looked around and saw one on his back with bits of rubble impaled all over his body with one large piece going right through his eye as blood pooled around the head.
The second was missing half their body with a blood trail leading to a now ablaze part of her home and the third was on their side missing his eyes, their was blood dripping from his mouth and burn marks all over his body with bits of his skin cracked and chard.
Looking to where her aunt was duelling Voldemort and saw they had moved outside in their duel with the front garden now ablaze with craters in the ground as they fought.

The last 2 death eaters where both fighting but were tiring out then one sent out a protago, when Harry sent a spell chain of Bombarda that shattered the shield that was followed by a Reducto, that hit the DE on his shoulder then a lancia that hit his head killing him.
The last in frustration and anger started just throwing out killing curses with Harry dodging them and summoning items into it's path, when they spied Susan watching with her back turned to them so he sent a couple of killing curses at her.
Harry seeing this quickly summoned the last DE body into the path of the killing curses. Upon seeing himself in the path of his own killing curse screamed just as the spell killed him his body dropping to the floor.
Tired Harry collapsed to his knees in exhaustion watching tiredly as the room was engulfed in flames.
Glimpsing his burnt sonic on the floor with the remains of his coat he grabbed it before looking, to see Susan near the exit of the burning building quickly getting up he made his way to her while putting a bubblehead charm in place.
Susan watched her aunt as she slowly made her way out of her burning home coughing as the smoke had started to get to her. When she saw Harry soaked in sweat his hair matted with blood trailing down the side of his face his clothes damaged with burn holes, tears giving her a tired smile with the bubblehead charm in place over his head she felt relief at him being ok.
"Are you ok Harry" she asked he gave her a tired look saying "I will be, but more importantly how are you doing" he asked looking her in the eye, turning to look at her home and then Voldemort duelling her aunt "I don't know but we have got to get out of hear no help is coming".
Harry nodded "ok" he replied taking out his burnt sonic he turned it at the middle pulling it apart slightly he saw blinking blue lights showing, the homing beacon built into his sonic was working he gave a sad smile as his sonics lights flickered showing how damaged it was.
Then they heard it a scream of pain both turning to Voldemort and Amelia they saw Amelia being blasted with a thick blinding white bolt of lightning, by Voldemort as he laughed at her screams of pain as she writhed on the ground as the lightning sparked all over her.
Harry ran at Voldemort pointing his wand shouting "Expelliarmus".
Voldemort hearing Potter's spell quickly stopped dodging before sending a killing curse at Harry. Who was already sending another Expelliarmus the spells meet and just like last time two beams of light started fighting for dominance over the other.
As they fought each other Harry saw in the corner of his eye Susan cradling her aunt, when he heard it his Tardis materialising (Vwoorp-Vwoorpy) as the grinding and whirring sound of his ship arriving had him smile as a slight gust kicked up at its arrival.
Seeing Voldemort's surprise at the Tardis's arrival he quickly pushed his beam at Voldemort pushing the bead right up to his wand, then cut the connection when he suddenly focused on him before sending a Bombarda at his feet sending Voldemort to the ground in surprise.
Quickly turning he ran Susan and Amelia "quick we have to get to the Tardis, so we can get out of here" Harry said as he grabbed one of Amelia's arms helping Susan get her to the ship.
Voldemort getting up saw Harry and the Bones heiress going the the thing that appeared quickly picked up his wand and sent a killing curse.
The Tardis had just opened the doors as they arrived dropping the shields letting them in, when Harry heard "Avada Kedavra" turning he saw the green light of the killing curse heading for them shouting "Get down" they fell into the Tardis as the curse flew above striking the console which made the Tardis wined in pain, as the console exploded in flames the central pillar cracked then the doors closed as the Tardis took off out of control with Harry shouting "NO".
Voldemort stared at this new development disappeared then with a scowl he sent up his mark and disapparated leaving just as Dumbledore and his merry band arrived just missing him.
