The Tardis flew through the time vortex as fast as it could chaotically throwing it occupants around in a bid to get away from what had hurt the ship.
Harry could feel that they were traveling though time as he Susan and her Aunt were thrown around the room he saw that Susan was able to keep Amelia with her by the doors, he turned to the console that was spewing flames everywhere.
In his bond with the Tardis he could feel her pain, agony and panic he tried to send feelings of comfort and reassurance to her that they where safe, but all he got in response was a muted sense of fear and understanding.
They took another tumble as the Tardis began landing where ever it would feel safe.
Lying on his back Harry stared at the ceiling on the control room as they landed with a thump, listening to the fire calming down from the console and the faint muttering from Susan saying "Where safe" over and over again. Taking a second to calm down he rolled onto his side and felt the pain of the battle finally set, in he moaned as he pushed himself up onto his knees using the railing he got to his feet giving a groan in pain then moved to help Susan and Amelia.

Susan got to her knees when they landed taking her Aunt in her arms hugging her and putting her head in the crook of her neck, she began rocking her unresponsive Aunt muttering "Where safe".
She heard Harry groaning then looked up to see him coming towards them once he kneeled down he put two of his fingers to her neck, after a moment he said "alright she's alive we have got to get her to the Tardis's infirmary" before taking her Aunt from her arms, she tried to keep a hold on her saying "No I can carry her" but the weak movement of her arms said otherwise Harry looked at her while taking Amelia into his arms "Your tired and I know the way to the infirmary but we need to be quick now come on", he said taking and began walking to one of the side doors away from the front doors.
Getting to her feet she followed Harry out of the console room.
TARDIS
Entering the Tardis infirmary the room had six bio beds three lining either side of the room the walls with a additional room shaped like a hexagon at the end of the room.
Harry went to the nearest one laying Amelia down he set the bio bed to scan her as the scan began he stepped over to the opposite, bio bed and began setting this one up for himself as the pain he's in is getting worse so he had his one automated helped by the Tardis for him.
The bell for the scan of Amelia came as he was trying to persuade Susan to get on a bio bed, he quickly made his way to the bed looking at the results on the wall above the bed as heard Susan come up behind him looking at the screen trying to read the result that were in Gallifreyan but getting no result.
Susan stared at the screen that only had moving circular designs and a picture of a body for a couple of minutes, before saying "Well what does it say Harry" turning to look at him.
Harry sighed before turning to look at her while moving the the bio bed "Amelia has cracked and broken bones, severe nerve damage, heart problems and that is just the start" he said while setting the bio bed to pod mode for long term care "I am left with only two options to save her, one of which is not available at the moment but might be the last option if this one doesn't work. I'm putting her in long term care if this doesn't work the last option is the only way for her to survive" he said as the pod closed around Amelia.
Susan nodded but had tears in her eyes at the possible loss of her aunt "Thank you Harry" he nodded at her then said "Come on we have to get you scanned" leading her to the bio bed next to her aunts.
Hopping on the bed he started the scan as he waited for the scan to complete he felt a wave of dizziness hit him, when the bell went off he looked at the results showing only mild fatigue and her ZPE(Magic) was on a low scale she only needed a good sleep and a shower, he was pulled by from his thoughts by Susan asking "Well what's the result doctor" he gave a tired grin at the unknown use of one of his titles answering "You my dear only need a good night sleep and a shower".
Turning to her he saw her trying to keep her eyes open "You get some rest ok" watching as she closed her eyes.
Stepping back he made his way to the bio bed he set up for himself. Laying down he closed his eyes as his own fatigue caught up with him leaving the bio bed to it's automated healing.
Ten Hours Later
Susan awoke with a start taking a few deep breaths she looked around to see Harry asleep with a metal arm holding a white bar shining light on him. A pod next to her with Amelia lying in it she stared at the two for a bit before lying down again a staring off to space in thought.
She felt anger, hate and sorrow she wasn't angry at Harry but at the Death Eaters for attacking her home and hurting Harry, the hate she felt for Voldemort as he almost killed her Aunt and the sorrow for the loss of only home she had ever known.
She resolved then to train so that when they eventually have to fight again she could help protect what maters to her.
Getting off the bio bed she looked around before looking into the end room, she saw a cubicle with a toilet and a shower she sighed before stripping down to her underwear she gazed at the torn transfigured clothes and shoes that now had blood and dirt stains on them, pulling her wand from her holster she used the spells Tergeo and Scourgify to clean her clothes and trainers looking at her work she nodded she took off her wand holster before stepping in the shower.

After having washed and dressed Susan entered the main infirmary to see the light that was shining on Harry was gone checking on him she saw he was looking a lot better now, moving over to Amelia she placed he hand on the pod to see while she had been cleaned up she couldn't tell if she was any better.
She frowned before stepping out of the infirmary she followed the path they had taken back to the console room upon entering she was met with dim lights, the white round lights on the walls were blinking red the fire had gone out leaving only faint wafts of smoke that came from the console itself, making her way up to the console she looked up at the screens only to be met with nothing frowning she made her way to the doors to see they had changed carefully opening the door she looked out to see a wooden gate that lead to a street.
Exiting the the Tardis she made her way to the gate glancing around outside to see old style cars and multiple people walking around seeing an newspaper on the floor she looked at the date Thursday 23rd May 1963.
Closing the gate she turned back to see the Tardis had turned into a Police Box with broken looking ones next to it looking brand new.
