As they began eating the first course it was done in silence with Susan's eyes flickering between Harry and her Aunt, you could just cut the air with how heavy the tension was. 

While Amelia ate like nothing in the world could bother her or didn't feel any tension at all.

But Harry felt like he was facing the dragon again in the the first task but with no wand and no escape from what would likely be a very painful end that would lead to an immediate death with no regeneration.

As the the first course was finished and the plates replaced with the main course that the silence was broken by Amelia.

"Well lets gets this out of the way if you hurt Susan the girl I raised, practically my daughter I will make you regret it no one will save you from me and what I will do to you do you understand me" she said while looking him in the eyes with such a dangerous look on her face that he felt so small in front of it.

Giving her a small nod he replied after swallowing some spit "I would never intentionally hurt her, I may mess up at some point but I will try to make up for it" he was surprised that he did not stutter while saying this to her while also maintaining eye contact with her to express how truthful he was being with her.

It was quiet for awhile as Amelia watched him likely weight the truthfulness of what he said before eventually giving a small nod to him.

"See that you keep that and we shall have no problems" she said turning back to her food and began to eat it.

Harry turned to look at Susan as he began eating his own and saw her looking at her aunt in shocked and surprise at her speech to him about her before her face was wiped of emotion and she took a glance at him.

"How are you liking the food Harry" she said looking at him with a small smile on he face.

Harry looked at her swallowing the piece of meat in his mouth he gave her a smile and replied "Its very nice thank you I liked the starter of salad but this roast is lovely, I love the different meats you have on the plate as well to give it a variety of flavour".

Pleased at his reply she went back to her food neither of them noticing Amelia giving a small smile behind her glass of wine.

"So Harry what do you want to be after you leave Hogwarts" asked Amelia looking at him.

"Well at first I wanted to be an auror but with everything going, on I think I will just travel first before deciding what to do" Harry said in reply with Amelia nodding giving him a sad smile with her eyes misting over for a second before it was gone as she quickly gained control of herself.   

As the night went on they proceeded to have a dessert of warm treacle tart with cream for whoever wanted it, with Harry eating it with gusto saying "it was the best one that he has ever had" not see the Susan turn red at him saying this before gaining a bright smile. 

Eventually after the meal they moved to the sitting room with the fire going where they had a cup of tea and Amelia proceed to tell and show, Harry and Susan stories and old pictures such as how her being friends with James and Lily as she had gone out with Sirius for awhile which had given him a shock.

She told them about the pranks James, Sirius pulled sometimes dragging along Susan's father Richard with them to bring up their sprits what with the war going on.

How Lily would retaliate to any prank done on her and Susan's mother along with Alice Longbottom with equal ferocity, such as one punishment she gave them was to charm anything they picked up and see something so disgusting and horrific, to them that with in a few hours they where all begging for forgiveness.

As the night was coming to a close Amelia suddenly lost her smile and froze up before quickly standing, telling them her ward are being attacked her voice becoming firm with a flick of her wrist her wand was in hand.

Moving over to the fireplace she took some floo powder and chucked a handful in when the the colour didn't go green she waved her wand, casting a patronus with a honey badger appearing she pointed her wand to it then said "DMLE this is Madam Bones my home is under attack with my floo being cut off. I want people at my residence now and people to get the the floo department sort out what is going on there this is an order". 

Then she waved her wand to the air and the patronus became a ball of light that shot into the air going through the celling.

Turning to Susan and Harry she saw that they had both risen from where they were sitting.

Susan was transfiguring her dress into a pair of form fitting jeans and a sports shirt with her heeled shoes becoming trainers.

While Harry had his wand in hand and was muttering to himself in a strange language, when she felt her wards collapse and not a second later the doors to her house was blasted to pieces and in walked the Voldemort himself with a couple of masked death eater smiling.
