Nancy Comes Clean
Nancy was stood holding hands with Dee. Hopper was the first to react pulling his gun, and pointing it at Dee "get away from her" his voice angery. Dee didn't move apparently unfazed by the gun. Hopper then made a mistake and turned the gun onto Nancy trying to make her move away from Dee. Dee forced Nancy behind him, and attacked hitting the gun out of Hopper's hand. An angry voice sounded from Dee "no".
Hopper looked at the others "see it's dangerous". Jonathan suddenly shouted "no" he stood next to Dee a look of enlightenment "I don't think he is. If people can change, why couldn't love change the Demogorgon?"
Joyce looked at Nancy and spoke "Jonathan changed twice, he was like the spawn of satan through out most of his teenage years. He was an angel before that, there were times when I wanted to put a pillow over his face, i came very close, but then I got my Jonathan back".
Lucas was the next to speak, he spoke indignantly "so it killed Barb, your apparent best friend, we rescue Will from it, and now your shagging it, have I got it right up to now?" Nancy forced her way between Dee and Jonathan as anger erupted as she rounded on Lucas, "your wrong, yes the Demogorgon killed Barb, he's not the Demogorgon, I love him, he's not a monster".
Nancy's mother had been quietly observing, and she'd noticed something, had anyone else noticed Dee stepped Infront of a gun because it was pointed at Nancy, when it was pointed at him there was nothing. Karan turned to Hopper anger erupting, she had to test something "never hold a gun to my child, do you understand?" suddenly she slapped Hopper in the face, and angry red mark started to bloom on his cheek. Karen turned to Nancy "get away from it" Karan raised her hand to strike Nancy. The flesh that covered Dee's mouth opened "back" no one was sure if Dee was telling Nancy or the others to get back. Dee looked at Karen, Dee's breathing was harsh the thorns making him look more dangerous.
Karen had both hands up "I'm sorry Dee I had to check, I don't think you'll ever hurt Nancy" she turned to the others "don't you see?" She looked at Dee shocked "he loves her" Dee let the flesh cover his mouth again. Mike looked at the Demogorgon and Nancy he blinked as he saw what his mum was saying, Dee, he loved Nancy. Mike slowly walked over to his sister and Dee. Mike shakily held out his hand "welcome to the family". Will slowly walked up, he'd seen the Demogorgon in the upside down, but he'd never seen Dee. He apprehensively touched Dee's hands "he's changed" Will said "maybe it was the upside down that made him crazy".
Lucas suddenly spoke "in the upside down we all heard are own self doubts, that we weren't good enough, what if Dee heard that he was a monster, we don't know how long he was there". Hopper spoke "I couldn't save my own daughter, did I really think I could save Will". Jonathan spoke "if everyone dies it'll be my fault". Dustin spoke next "all your trusted with is a potted plant". Lucas spoke "you didn't even tell your family that you loved them before you left". Next Joyce spoke "your going to loose both of your kids here, you could have stopped Jonathan coming here, at least you'd have one kid left, do you really think that you can protect him". Mike spoke "this isn't dungeons and dragons, it isn't a game, there all going to die because you want to play the hiro". Jonathan spoke "your an outcast no one will miss you if you die, your useless". Rolf spoke "here you go putting everyone in danger". Luna spoke"if you die here your kids will be alone, is it worth it?".Will spoke "they've probably all forgotten about you, it would be so easy to give up". El spoke last "even if you save Will, they'll still think your a freak with super powers they found in the woods".
Everyone looked at each other in shock realising what the upside down had been doing, suddenly they all turned looking at Nancy's dad Ted, his eyes were rolled back in his head, the voice was his, but it wasn't him talking "monster, evil, hated, alone, monster" he said it over and over. They all looked at Dee who had his arm raised towards Ted. With every word Ted said Dee hit his fist to his chest. Nancy looked at Dee shocked "your not alone, your none of those things, it was the upside down".
El spoke "I didn't know that he could do that, did you know?". Nancy shook her head "it's sort of like ventriloquism. It makes you think doesn't it, how did El get her powers?"
