A very eventful trip

~Time skip to the day They go to Hogsmeade~

Fred and George were waiting for Alethea and Arthur at the entrance to the great hall. They both walked up the steps at the same time and causing both twins to freeze looking at their respective crushes.

Alethea was wearing a red cropped knitted sweater and a black suede skirt that went to mid-calf and had a slit up one side. She paired it with a pair of black chunky heeled boots and had her hair pulled into a high ponytail showing off a pair of ruby earrings and a matching necklace with a rose gold septum. She had black eyeliner surrounding her maroon eyes and soft red lipstick.

Arthur was wearing his hair messy with black eyeliner around his eyes too. He was wearing a black shirt that had its sleeves cut off with a flaming skull, the shirt showed his tattoos off well. He also wore black ripped skinny jeans and black combat boots with a black and red flannel tied around his waist. When they got to both of the twins they saw both boys with bright red faces. “Sorry for the wait boys, we had a… problem on the way here.” Alethea looked at Arthur and gave him a look.

“Yeah, some first years were fighting in the hall.” replied Arthur

“I-it’s f-f-fine. You both look a-aamazing.” stuttered out George who hasn’t taken his eyes off Alethea since he saw her.

“Y-yeah.” agreed Fred also at a loss for words and staring at Arthur.

Alethea and Arthur simply smiled lightly. Alethea looks around, “We should probably head to the gates so that we can make it before the crowd. Did you boys ask if Ron or Harry wanted anything?”

They both shook their heads while Alethea sighed. She quickly looked at the twins, “I’m not upset or anything.” She rubbed the back of her neck, “I just worry about Harry at least. I caught some worrying behavior on the first morning…” Alethea got closer to whisper, “He’s hiding food, like he needs to save it just in case he won’t be fed later in the day. He’s also very jumpy around people. Especially if they are loud or if loud noise is made. When I saw that he was hiding toast in his pocket I gave him a parchment bag that had an expansion charm on it so he wouldn’t get crumbs on his pockets and reversely pocket lint on his food. Depending on what I find… I might be seeing if I can take him with me. I just have to gain his trust. Plus I need to gain the trust of Malfoy… Something isn’t right there…” Alethea slowly devolved into mumbling and looking increasingly stressed.

“Hey, it’s going to be okay. I’ll ask Ron to look after him and see if Harry will tell him what's wrong.” George said, wrapping his arms around Alethea to try to calm her down.

“And love look Harry is over there with his friends so if you want to ask him what he would like you can do that now before we head out,” said Arthur pointing at the three young first years who were talking away and laughing a couple of feet away from them.

Alethea nods and takes a deep breath(that tiktok is stuck in my head rn puff out your chest. take a deep breath youre gonna be okay. Is it loud in your mind? just take your time you're gonna be okay.). She quickly kisses George’s cheek before hugging Arthur and walking to the three first years. She clears her throat as she gets closer to them to make sure they know that she’s coming up, especially Harry who she’s coming up behind, “Hey guys! I just wanted to ask you if you wanted anything from Hogsmeade?”

“Oooh could you get me chocolate frogs!?” said Ron with what looked like a sparkle in his eyes filled with excitement.

“What do they have there?” asked Harry since he’s never heard of Hogsmeade before.

Alethea smiles “They have various chocolates like the ones on the trolley on the train. I think they have normal food, there’s a bookshop and a joke shop. There’s the three broomsticks that sell drinks like butterbeer, gilly water, and pumpkin juice.”

“Could I get some chocolates too?” asked Harry timidly.

Alethea smiled, “Yes. I’ll be sure to get you some of the different chocolates since I don’t think you know which ones you like. Would you like anything Hermoine?”

She nodded and asked for sugar quills and gilly water.

Alethea smiled and turned to walk away from them to head back to her group. “They asked for sweets and Gilly water. I’m going to sneak in some books for Hermione and Harry. I’m also going to get Ron a few chess books. Easy to read and not dry.”

She saw the twins try to interject, “When it comes to your brother, I am going to get it and I will pay for it. I have enough money. You are not going to pay me back. It can be gifts to them.”

George kept trying to say that she doesn’t have to do that. She looked at him and raised an eyebrow before stepping closer to him, she placed a hand on his shoulder and motioned for him to lean down, “If you really want to pay back just pay me in kisses sweets~”

As she stepped away, George had a red face and Alethea just giggled behind her hand. She grabbed George’s and Arthur’s hands while Arthur grabbed Fred’s. Gilbert poked his nose out of her sleeve and smelled George’s hand before flicking his tongue on his hand and going back into her sleeve making George jump while Alethea led them out the door, “Let’s go! Hogsmeade waits for no one!”

~Time skip to arriving at Hogsmeade~

Arthur looked around as all four teens walked into Hogsmeade, “Where do you gu-” He got cut off as Fred grabbed his hand and George grabbed Alethea’s hand to drag them in separate directions.

Fred took Arthur to The three broomsticks for some warm butterbeer. George took Alethea to the Apothecary. She looked at him with a questionable sparkle in her eyes. “You’re taking me to the Apothecary?” George smiled and shrugged, “I thought you needed to stock up on your ingredients, you mentioned it a little while ago.” Alethea smiled and went to give George a kiss on the cheek but George turned his head which made the kiss land on his lips.

They both broke out into bright blushes, a few minutes passed before an older woman sighed behind them, “Oh to be young again… Do you two lovebirds mind letting an old woman pass?”

Alethea cleared her throat, with a minor blush on her cheeks, “We should probably head in now… We shouldn’t hold up other people…” Alethea makes a move to go into the store and George is still stuck behind her so she grabs his hand to head inside.

Once they’re inside, she goes and starts getting her ingredient stock and balms before she goes to the potions to get nutrition potions and healing potions. She grabs Amortentia and gives it a smell before humming with a smile on her face, ‘Smoke, gunpowder, the woods and sweets…’

She turns to George who had been following behind her taking the things from her hands to place in a basket he was holding. He tilts his head at her in question. She smiles gently at George, “What do you smell? I smell you… so do you want to make us two? Will you be my boyfriend?”

George looks like a deer in the headlights with a bright blush. “Wh-what?” After a second while Alethea begins to wilt, “YE-es.” He begins to shout before going to a normal volume. “Yeah, I would.” He smiles bright, “You beat me to it! I had a whole plan thought out.”

Alethea smiles and places the stopper back into the potion before placing it back onto the shelf. She grabs his arm to lead him back to the back of the store to buy everything. “Let’s buy my stuff and then let's go to Zonko's. I know you’ve been dying to check out the stuff there to get ideas for your own stuff.”

George smiled with his blush still there and a lovestruck look in his eyes and she purchased all of her things without blinking at the prices. She shrinks her bag to put in her tote bag before she grabs George’s hand to lead him out calling a farewell to the shopkeep.

She giggled as she led the way to Zonko’s because George was still a little checked out. George snapped out of it once they were in Zonko’s. Alethea sneaks a glance at him before smiling, “So. When did you realize your crush on me?”

George looks at her in shock. “What do you mean?”

“I mean yeah your glances have been less discrete recently and you were acting more like Fred with Arthur. But when did you realize? I’ve known for a little while now.”

George sputtered before he shook his head, he rubbed the back of his neck, “I think I’ve liked you since we got to know eachother better in first year, but I didn’t realize until you laid Lee out on the ground.”

Alethea smiled, “I’ve liked you, I think, since second year, but I ‘ve known that you’ve like me since, I think, the beginning of our second year. Let’s get your things, sweets. Pick what you want. I’m paying for it.”

George goes to interject before she gives him a look. “You’re MY sweets now. I’m treating you right and paying for your pranks. They always make me smile, and I want to make you smile. Plus, much like when we get Ron, Harry, and Hermione their things, you can pay me in kisses if you really want to pay me back.”

Yet again, George breaks out in a blush that takes over his entire face. Alethea smiles and shakes her head before going to a couch at the beginning of the store, dragging George with her and sitting with him. She hummed as she got up and walked to the shopkeeper, “Hi sir, would you possibly be able to gather what I would like to buy?”

He nodded his head, and Alethea smiled, “Thank you, sir! Can you get me two of everything, please? Except for the fireworks, can I get… the entire stock, please?” The man sputtered and looked at her in shock, “That’s going to be,” He rang up everything as it floated to him, “1,250 galleons” As she handed her Gringotts card over, she heard behind her, “WAIT! THEA!”

She simply smiles smugly as she gets her card back. “Thea! I told you I will pay for my things.” George said, sounding defeated, and he got up next to Alethea.

Alethea smiles back, “And I told you I was going to buy it as I wanted to spoil you. You know what I said about paying me back, my sweets~”

George blushes while he mumbles just quietly enough so Alethea can hear him, “Not in front of others….” He was so flustered while saying that his ears and face started to resemble his own hair.

Alethea simply smiles smugly while she shrinks the bags and puts the bags into her tote bag before grabbing and holding onto George’s arm. She leans up to whisper into his ear, “Why else do you think I said you know what I said, my sweets?” She pecked his cheek while they head out after she thanks the shopkeeper and gave him 20 gallons as a tip.

Once outside, George grabs Alethea’s hand that was holding his arm and pulls her into an alleyway. When they get far enough that George knows that no one would be able to see them from the roads, he pins Alethea to a wall. Alethea was so shocked to see this side of George that she was frozen and did not process what he was doing. Once he had her pinned, he picked her up so her legs were wrapped around him and her back was still against the wall. “I told you I can pay for my own stuff, baby girl~.” George whispered into her, making his voice lower than his normal tone. At this point, Alethea was so red that not even an apple could compare to it, and her mind was just in overdrive as to what was happening. She didn’t know her sweet, funny, and caring goofball George could be so… dominating. Before she could comprehend what he was going to do, George kissed her hard on the lips. It wasn’t a heated one but one of passion and love that he feels for her. It was just so mind blowing and sweet.

After a few seconds of kissing, Alethea pulled back and was catching her breath. “If that’s how you respond everytime I pay for you. You’re never going to pay for yourself, sweets…Also, I bought two of everything in that store except for the fireworks. Those I bought out.”

George just smirked and said in a low growl at Alethea, “My love, if you keep spoiling like that I’m just going to have to…punish you.”

Alethea blushed harder and swallowed hard with hearts in her eyes, “Why don’t you just kiss me again.”

“Hmmm…” George said, making him look like he was thinking, “How about… No.” He puts her down and starts to walk away. Once he’s about to get to the entrance of the alleyway, he stops and says loud enough so she can hear him but not loud enough to draw attention, “Consider this your first punishment, my love.”

Alethea pouts before she grabs her bag and rejoins George, “That’s just rude. You should be glad my hair is up, or it would be looking a little funny. Can we go to the bookstore, then Honeydukes, and then we can go to the three broomsticks?”

George smirks again and says, while slowly leaning down to her height, “Yeah, we can but… maybe if you behave, you’ll get something in return…”

As he’s talking, her face slowly starts to get more and more red. Once he says behaves, she lets out a quiet breath of relief. She shakes her head to clear her thoughts, “I’m still buying the golden trio’s things, though. You can’t fight me on that part because I’m going to absolutely spoil those three.”

“I won’t stop you from getting stuff for them, but once we get to the three broomsticks, you are no longer paying for anything…” he’s next to her ear, making his voice go lower once more, wrapping his arm around her waist just right, above her hips, while he says “Understood baby girl?…”

Alethea stops for a second before she gulps and nods her head with an eyeroll, “Understood, Sweets.” Her face lights up with mischief, “That still means I can buy anything you want before the three broomsticks.” When he starts to look at her, she rolls her eyes, “I have more money then I know what to do with. How much I spent at Zonko’s doesn’t even put a dent in it.”

“But who said I needed anything else when I have everything right in front of me.” George replied, smirking and giving Alethea a light squeeze on her side.

She rolls her eyes with a smile before she gives him a quick kiss, “That is very sweet of you… but I guess that means you don’t want that limited edition prank book that recently got shipped from Germany…”

George sighs while lifting an eyebrow saying, “Then I guess you don’t want that reward either then?”

Alethea rolls her eyes, “I had it shipped for you, and I literally just need to pick it up.” She puffed up a little, “So it was before our agreement, sweets.”

“Alrighty then but this is the last time you get me something expensive, alright?” George said, giving her a serious look on his face.

Alethea looked at him, “Today, yes. At Hogsmeade, also, yes. You are sorely mistaken if you think I’m not going to spoil you on Christmas with something or your birthday.”

George sighed once more but said, “Fine, but that just means I get to do the same to you on your birthday and Christmas.”

She smiled and shrugged, “That’s fine. I would probably only get one BIG thing that I buy and make the rest.”

George laughed and gave her a quick kiss on the head, “Alright, my love.” She grabbed his hand as they got closer to the bookstore.

~At the same time with Fred and Arthur~

When Arthur with Fred split from Alethea and George, they just started to walk around making jokes and looking at the shops. They went to Scrivenshaft’s Quill Shop so Arthur could get more parchment, envelopes, and black ink. After picking up all that was needed they headed out.

“What was the parchment and other stuff for?” asked Fred looking over at the bag that had all of Arthur’s goods in it.

“Ummm… Sometimes my pops like letters sent to him the normal way instead of through Thea’s house calling.” Arthur said looking a little nervous.

Fred squints his eyes at Arthur before smiling and nodding, “Getting letters is nice, it's kinda like Christmas in a way to see what people write.”

“Yeah, That’s why whenever I’m here at Hogsmeade I get more supplies and go to the post office to send the ones I’ve already written off to him.”

Fred smiles at Arthur and swings an arm around him, pulling him close, “That’s really sweet of you. Where do you want to go next?”

“Post office so I can drop my letters off.” Arthur smiled leading Fred to the post office.

They went to the post and sent off Arthur’s letters when Fred wasn’t paying attention. Out of nowhere Lee came up next to Arthur and put his arm around his neck saying, “It must be destiny that brought us together on this lovely day.”

Arthur sent a glare towards the male while trying to pull away from his arm. “Get off of me Chienne.”

Lee Chienne pouted at Arthur, “But you’re so handsome. And I’m handsome so why don’t we get out of here and be handsome together?” Lee sent what he thought was a charming smile at Arthur.

Arthur raised an eyebrow at Lee, “What part of Get off me, makes you think that I want to be anywhere near you? Don’t you remember what happened last time? Or was quidditch training not hard enough for you?”

Lee’s smile fell off his face as he glared, “We both know you want me. I don’t know why you’re fighting so hard to be some poor little bitch who can’t give you anything. Plus you had that german little bitch fight your battles for you… Wait, are YOU the reason why Diggory has been such a hard ass to me during training?! You little-.”

“He told you to get off Chienne,” Fred cut in prying Lee’s hand off of Arthur’s shoulder.

Lee glared at the redheaded boy and sneered “What are you doing here Weasley…”

While the two taller boys are arguing Gil’s little form can be seen slithering towards Arthur and Fred at a very fast pace. He quickly slithers up Arthur’s body, nestling on his shoulder and glaring at Lee. Gil begins hissing quietly to try and calm Arthur down. “Thanks, Gil…” Arthur said giving the snake a weary smile, “Now I have to get Fred away from that rat…”

Gil gave Arthur a look and slithered down before going to Fred and hissing in his ear. Fred looked at Gil and looked at Arthur before taking a deep breath. “Look Chienne, I’m not wasting my breath on someone who doesn’t deserve it.”

Fred turns and walks away while Lee keeps trying to goad him into a response. Fred puts his arm around Arthur’s shoulder, “Love, did you manage to send your letters off before Chienne started gabbing?”

Arthur nods and smiles at Fred before glaring at Lee and flipping him off, leading Fred away. “How about we go to your favorite shop now to make you feel better Fred?” Arthur asked leaning more into Fred’s side.

Fred nods and leads them to Zonko’s. They walk in and looked around eagerly. After he looks around a bit, he decides to buy some fireworks but can’t find any. He goes to the shopkeep, “Hey, do you guys have any fireworks? I can’t find them.”

The shopkeep smiles at Fred, “No I’m sorry Fred. Your brother’s girlfriend bought out our entire stock of fireworks. Cost a shiny Galleon too.”

Fred raises an eyebrow at Zonko. “She bought the ENTIRE stock of fireworks?”

Zonko nods his head, “And two of everything on top of that.”

“Sounds about right for Alethea.” Arthur said with a sweat drop running down the side of his face, Gil hisses in agreement.

Zonko’s eyes light up, “I see you finally asked your lad out! Good for you Fred!”

Fred’s face lights up in a bright blush, “N-No Zonko. This is mine and George’s friend, Arthur, that I was telling you about!”

Arthur and Gil snicker beside him while Fred flails his arms. Zonko just slowly nods his head with a smirk, “If you say so Fred.”
Fred turned towards Arthur saying,“W-well if Thea bought everything I guess I don’t need anything right now how about we just head to the Three Broomsticks?”

Arthur nodded his head instead of answering because he knew if he tried to talk now he would be laughing his ass off. Though Fred didn’t know that so he quickly said his goodbyes to Zonko before grabbing Arthur’s arm lightly and dragging the smaller male out of the joke shop heading towards the Three Broomsticks.

Once there Fred ordered his and Arthur’s drinks while Arthur went to look for a table that could fit all four of them. They sat down and got settled at their table. When they were halfway through their drinks, Alethea and George showed up. George went to order their drinks while Alethea found Arthur and Fred and sat down. Gil slithered over and wound around Alethea’s shoulders. “So you and George are dating now?” Arthur teasingly said to Alethea with a smirk on his face.

Alethea smiled and nodded, “...We are. We started at the apothecary.” She tilted her head while holding her hand out for Gil who wanted to go on her hand, “how’d you find out? We were going to tell you both when we got here…”

“Zonko told us when we went over there so I can get some more prank stuff.” Fred replied while laughing.

Alethea giggled and bowed her head with a soft blush, “I kinda went overboard with that, huh?”

“Yeah but that’s just how you show your love.” Arthur said taking a sip from his drink afterwards.

By then George came back with Alethea and his drinks he ordered. After he gave Alethea her drink he started to sit down saying “So what did I miss?” While Fred and Arthur was filling George in with what he missed, and teasing the boy some, Gil started to tell Alethea what happened at the post office. Alethea gasped before scoffing, and muttering “he just couldn’t stop himself huh?”

Arthur’s eyes snapped towards Alethea raising an eyebrow giving her a look that said ‘Are you okay?’ Alethea forced a smile and nodded trying to calm down. Arthur did buy it but he knew better to push her too much, he also knew that if it was something she needed help with she would tell him so he wasn’t too worried.

After a couple minutes, she felt calmer and took a sip of her butterbeer, she grimaced and muttered under her breath and warmed her drink. She leaned her head against George’s shoulder. He smiled and glanced at her before gently wrapping his arm around her waist. She smiled as she schemed.

After a couple of hours they group finished talking and their drinks. “It’s getting late we should start heading back.” Arthur said looking outside the window that was by their table. They all nod and stand up before heading to the door.
