Bill weasly/Draco Malfoy
Set after the War.
Draco is between the ages of 18 -20
Narcissia makes a surprise visit to the burrow, to call on the marriage contract between the malfoys and weaslys eldest children. She does this to try and save Draco as he had been sentenced to Azkaban. Draco apparats as his mother is begging and tries to bring her back.
There's is no free weasly. Bill is engaged to Fleur, Charlie is in Romania (Draco can not leave the country), Percy is just no, the twins are still recovering from Fred's near death experience (no weaslys die on my watch), Ron is with Harmonie and harry is with ginny.
Time skip to couple months later, bill and fleur never worked out and bill is curious as to what happened to Draco. He finds out he's been in Azkaban and sets up a visit to see how the young Malfoy is.
It's not good. Draco is suffering from crutiatus curse damage from guards that lost family during the war. Bill immediately tries to get him help.
