Chapter 39
Within the confines of the Hogwarts library, Scorpius entered cautiously, scanning the vast room. He soon spotted Albus, who had also noticed his arrival.
"Hi," Scorpius greeted softly.
Albus, hesitant and pained, responded, "Scorpius. I can’t . . ."
Understanding the difficulty of their situation, Scorpius interjected, "I know. Your father is being unreasonable. It's terrible that we can't spend time together outside of our lessons, and you're forced to sleep in the Gryffindor common room."
Albus, refocusing on their mission, agreed, "Well, we need another idea about Cedric."
Scorpius, deep in thought, proposed, "I think that we need to create a situation where Cedric becomes Harry's enemy, and only Harry reaches the Triwizard Tournament cup."
Albus, recalling a past connection between Harry, Cedric, and a girl named Cho Chang, mentioned, "I heard that my father and Cedric both liked a girl named Cho Chang, but Cho loved Cedric."
Excited by the potential plan, Scorpius exclaimed, "Great! If Cedric would starts dancing with another girl, then Cho could dance with Harry, and then another boy could encourage Harry to confess his feelings to Cho."
Albus, considering the female character in their plan, questioned, "And who will be this woman?"
Scorpius dismissed the concern for the moment, suggesting, "We could figure that out later."
Albus, agreeing with their approach, said, "Yes, about that . We need to find the girls’ bathroom on the first floor."
