Chapter 13
2 weeks later
Walking down the halls I frown seeing Professor Quil sneaking around, frowning I follow after me 'Return child'.
Slowing slightly I frown "Why are you up here?" I ask.
'Do not worry, you will know soon'
Frowning I stand watching him head up to the third floor, shaking my head I head back down while trailing my fingers over the wall feeling the magic imbedded in everything.
Feeling it playfully wrap around me I laugh pushing back at it with my own magic, blinking a few times I groan seeing wispy smokey like things coming from the walls.
Shaking slightly I close my eyes tightly while grabbing my necklace trying to call for my sisters.
Hearing feet rapidly coming closer I whine feeling a large hand cover my eyes while lifting me off the ground "Keep them closed".
Hearing Sev's voice I nod trusting him "Professor McGonagall please" I whisper.
Feeling him move I eventually feel myself laid on a bed "What happened?"
Frowning at a voice I don't recognize I try to get up and open my eyes hissing at the overwhelming visuals before his hand covers my eyes again.
"Sev please I want Professor McGonagall" I say softly.
"I'll get her just stay here and keep your eyes closed" he orders.
After a while I hear multiple people rushing in but keep my eyes closed "Hermione what's wrong" Emma asks.
"I think I'm seeing magic, theres wispy things coming out of everything"
"What's it like?" Lily asks.
"Like when I tried on those glasses you found with the really thick lenses, it hurts and makes it hard to focus" I grunt slapping her hands away.
"Would you stop fucking slapping me you fucking Brat, Aunt Ingrid sent new necklaces with me before coming back, she said we should have more Dragconic traits starting soon" Lily barks yanking my hands jerking me forward.
"Language Ms. Fisher" McGonagall says out of habit more than believing it would effect Lily.
"Woman I will hide your damn catnip cat toy" Lily snarks making me laugh while I feel her place a new charm on my necklace "Try now" she orders flicking my nose.
Slowly opening my eyes I shake my head closing them again before feeling her change the charm.
Opening my eyes I sigh looking around "Better?" Emma asks.
Nodding I smile looking up at McGonagall "Much better no more wispy magic rolling around".
Seeing McGonagall sigh looking frustrated at Lily as she raids a sleeping students gifts taking candy, I smile watching her grab the jelly beans while pocketing another before tossing a chocolate frog at me.
Laughing I open it watching Emma catch the frog eating it while I look at my card "Minerva McGonagall" I say laughing while seeing her turn into a cat "How common is yours?" I ask looking up at her.
"Not very common it's rare to find female cards"
Nodding I huff when Emma takes it holding it above her head like a trophy "Bow to the mighty cat professor" she says dramatically.
"Emma give me back my card, you got the frog" I say holding my hand out.
A few hours later
Sitting in the window of the tower I take a deep breath watching creatures fly out of the forbidden forest, I don't know why Madame Pomfrey insists on me staying I'm not sick.
Seeing Potter and his morons walking around with something over them I roll my eyes moving back to my bed "I don't know what that is but I want it" I mumble to my self.
Looking up at a throat clearing I see Madame Pomfrey watching me "Rest" she orders.
"I'm restless" I answer.
She hums walking to her Potions shelf's grabbing something before coming to me holding it out "Take it and sleep".
