Harry sat with his knees up to his chest on his bed. He was lucky not to have the dorm guard call for someone to let them know he was skipping there. He sighed heavily, blinking slowly as he looked out the window. It was getting easier to think about what happened with Draco. It was like a pleasant memory, one from a long time ago even if it had happened only too recently.

Harry shook his head. Why did Draco have to do that? Was it funny to him? Was this another sick way of irritating Harry? The brunette was mad he had to admit that it was working. He was irritated and confused, and... There was another feeling he couldn't quite understand. It was light and made him feel warm inside and his cheeks burn. He had felt this before with Cho, but that was a while ago now. It was a puppy crush but this was something indescribable and much more powerful.

He laid down on the bed.

"Harry, why can't you be with me?"

Harry ghosted his fingers over his lips. He could still feel the rush and harshness of Draco's kiss, but it wasn't unpleasant. It was like Draco was desperate for more; like he hadn't kissed anyone before and he didn't know how yet. "Damnit, Malfoy.." Harry grunted. He was in love with Draco, really, really in love. He didn't know for sure how long it's been since he had started to love the slinky male, but he knew he always had.

The Gryffindor sat up and rubbed his knees, his eyes screwed shut. He tried to convince himself that he could wish these feelings away, but they wouldn't leave. Draco's face, his eyes, his smirk, his kiss were all too real in the mind of Harry Potter, the sworn enemy of the Slytherin boy.

Harry kicked his feet and wanted to scream. He let his head fall onto the wall and gazed back out of the window. He could almost picture Draco walking across the field.. Draco.. field.. Draco was walking across the field? Harry sat up on his knees, hands against the glass. "Draco.. what the hell.." He muttered as he watched Malfoy look over his shoulder and disappear into the Dark Woods. This was way too weird to not check out. Looks like Harry wasn't the only one skipping Potions.

The brunette quickly tied his shoes up and made his way down, acting more like a Slytherin than ever with how he was sneaking around corners and hiding from ghosts, students, and teachers. He exited the castle and stormed across the field. He wished he had his broomstick because he wasn't sure how he was going to sneak around Draco on foot. All the leaves and sticks would make it difficult, not to mention the occasional hicking-up hills.

After a while of searching, Harry was about to give up. He stopped to catch his breath when he heard distant voices. He raised his head and walked around as many leaves as he could to get closer. He hid behind a thickly leaved tree, holding back a gasp and shout of anger. Draco was standing, somehow, with his father.

"Yes, father, I understand that. Can we stop meeting in this god-forsaken place? It is disgusting." Draco put a hand on his hip, dramatic.

"Stop your whining," Lucious hissed. "I must be off now anyway. Be sure everything is ready for when we come.. I want nothing to stop us. Remember, son, we are doing this for the greater good. Whether Dumbledore is dead or not, the Chosen One isn't." Lucious turned and disappeared into the tree line.

"Uhhuh.. sure." Draco said sarcastically before turning. Harry stepped out from his hiding place. "Potter?" Draco gasped, stepping back. "What are you doing here?" He reached for his wand, but Harry pulled his first and pointed it straight at the other.

"What am I doing here? Why are you? I knew you were a snake but I didn't think you slithered around like one. What the hell is this? How is Lucious here?" Harry practically yelled. All that kissing really was some act to try and get him to lower his guard.. But Harry wouldn't be fooled any longer. Draco was playing with fire. He wouldn't let Malfoy do any more harm to the school and the students.

Draco was silent for a moment before sighing and running a hand through his hair. "Listen, Potter.. This is not something you can play the hero in. I was visiting my father, do you understand? If you tell anyone about this I'll really have your head this time." He growled.

Harry shook his head, "You disgust me, Malfoy. I can't believe they let you back at the school after what you and your family did. All this you were doing.. It was a lie this whole time. You're slimy just like your dad!" He shook his wand, making Draco take another step back in fear the other would spell something.

"Potter, you don't understand," Draco said.

"I do," Harry interrupted. "I am not stupid anymore. I see who you are. I always have. I just choose to push that aside because I thought you actually cared about something other than yourself. I couldn't have been more wrong."

Draco gulped. "Harry, no. I meant all the things I said and everything I did. Those kisses weren't lying, you have to believe me."

"How?" Harry was hurt. "After this? No way. You can fuck right off with that lying!"

"Harry," Draco stepped forwards. Something in Harry knew he didn't have the heart to cast any spells on Draco, not yet at least. "I am sorry, that at least you can take seriously. You weren't meant to see this. My father wasn't talking about anything serious. He didn't want anyone to see us like you did. You're lucky he didn't see you here."

Harry slowly lowered his wand as Draco came closer.

"See?" Draco smirked, the one Harry thought about all too much. "You love me too much to do anything." What? Harry growled.

"How dare you. I don't love you, I fucking hate you. You're nothing but a dirty rag to be." He pushed Draco's chest, but Draco grabbed Harry's wrists.

"I think I like you a lot more when you aren't able to speak." Draco began to lean in. Did he seriously think kissing was what Harry wanted right now? The brunette knocked his forehead against Draco's with force, causing the blonde to stumble and hold his head. When he raised his head Harry punched him square in the jaw, shaking with anger and confusion. He didn't have anything to say, he couldn't think of anything else but: "Fuck you, Malfoy." He said, voice trembling and weak.

Draco held his jaw and looked up at Harry. "I hate you, Draco. I don't love you. Stop acting like you like guys, you freak." Harry spat, turning on his heel and walking off briskly. How could he have thought Malfoy liked him romantically? If he wanted any relationship at all it was for hooking up. Something more was going on and Harry had to get to the bottom of it. Fuck Draco, fuck Lucious, and fuck loving. He was Harry fucking Potter and he was the Chosen One. He had to figure this out.
