Chapter 3
Harry had Edward Cullen for Chemistry and showed him the message as Luna giggled and Draco snickered. They were sitting in front of Harry and Edward and were turned around until the teacher called order. They'd both read the message.
Edward used the same excuse as Jasper and got told the same thing. So he began sucking on the blood pop. His eyes also widened in shock. He took his pencil and wrote in Harry's notebook.
'These are wonderful. I haven't felt so full in a long time. I have four siblings at school right now. Can you help them as well? Please? We haven't hunted in a while.'
'I already gave a few to Jasper. I had him in French. I brought more than enough to give to all of five of you and send home to your parents. Like I said. We know.' Harry motioned to himself, Luna, and Draco. 'We won't out you if you don't out us.'
"Deal." Edward nodded.
Harry hated Edward Cullen. Why? Other than he kept pushing at each of their mental shields using some kind of telepathic ability that he had, he was the one who looked like Cedric and Harry wished that they had never met. It was bringing back bad memories. Memories that he didn't want to recall. Especially right now.
In English, they met the perky upbeat Alice Cullen who happily accepted the gift and swore that she wouldn't tell. They learned that she had the same gift as Luna but to a different extent.
At lunch, they met the final two vampires who were posing as Seniors. Rosalie Hale and Emmet Cullen. The three of them had sat at a table in the lunch room because it was empty.
"You can't sit there!" Jessica snapped at them. "That's where the Cullen and Hale family sit!"
"Ah, Harry, I'm glad you decided to take my invitation and sit with us at lunch." Jasper had almost floated right to Harry's side avoiding Jessica. There hadn't been an invitation. "And you brought Luna and Draco too. Good."
"Away with you." Draco said shooing the peeved Jessica with his hand. "Shoo. Shoo."
Jessica stormed off.
"Oh, you and I are going to get along great." Rosalie laughed.
Jasper sat right at Harry's side. The Cullens and Hales were soon all eating Blood Pops but looked envious and jealous when they saw the elaborate lunches that Harry, Draco, and Luna had.
"Why do you have so much less than your siblings?" Jasper asked.
Luna tensed and looked at Draco with panic in her eyes. He held his hand up to her and spoke.
"I am Harry's cousin actually." Draco informed. "On his father's side. My aunt is taking care of us while we are here finishing our schooling. Luna is also a very distant cousin on both of her parent's sides. Harry is eating less than us because until recently he's been in the hospital due to his injuries." he motioned to the wheelchair. "He hasn't been back on solid foods long and his stomach is quite small still. The doctors say that this is normal. But honestly, he's never really eaten that much especially when he's nervous about something such as the first day of school. Come now, cousin, eat up."
Harry had frozen at the question but slowly began eating as Draco finished. They hadn't discussed that but leave it to Draco to concoct the perfect story quickly.
Luna had relaxed as well and was eating again. Draco ate as if nothing had disturbed his lunch.
"Ah, cousins." Jasper nodded. "My apologies. You have similar facial features between you and Draco."
"The Black genes are strong." Draco stated.
Edward was suddenly on alert and slammed into Harry's mental shields full force.
Harry gritted his teeth and cast a spell that filled the entire hall. Everyone suddenly got up and left. He held out as long as he could knowing what Draco and Luna would do the second the hall was empty.
As the vampires watched Edward was sent to the ground by Draco and Luna brandishing wands. It was clear that he couldn't move. Harry was panting, sweating, and crying. His nose was bleeding.
"We have shown you nothing but peace and offers of friendship!" Draco raged. "And yet your brother attacks Harry just because I say Black!"
"We're sorry, we don't know what came over him." Rosalie spoke first and hastily. It was clear that the four siblings were indeed shocked. "You know about us....."
"And we know of your treaty with my cousins on the reservation!" Draco snapped. "We know what is awakening over there and what our cousin will one day become but just because you are natural enemies to them does not mean that he can rip information out of Harry's mind! Harry has had people invading his mind before! I will have you know that your brother has traumatized him by opening old wounds. This insult will not easily be forgiven!"
Harry had to be picked up by Andromeda who insisted on talking to Draco and Luna and making sure that they were okay. When she was sure that they were. She focused all of her attention on fussing over Harry who was now holding his happy godson who was hugging him. She took Harry out of school and to the van only to see Edward Cullen, his siblings, and their "father" talking in the parking lot. There seemed to be some kind of argument going on. Andromeda sent Edward a look of pure loathing as she loaded Harry into the van and got Teddy in his safety seat.
Harry's Healer/Mind Healer had been called when they'd gotten home. They had a Mind Healing session while Andromeda put Teddy down for a nap. When it was over Andromeda put Harry down for a nap and held him while he cried himself to sleep. She also went to help him with his nightmares every time that he woke up. Oh, she was furious that one of those vampires would do this to Harry.
Jasper was fuming and it was clear to see. He was furious at Edward. His now once again brown eyes showed just how angry he was. Alice was doing her best to calm him down.
"Harry is my soulmate." Jasper growled. "You attacked my soulmate! I am within my rights to demand that you are severely punished for this action.....but you are my brother and I love you....." he sighed, letting go of the anger. "I do love you, Edward. But, I'm not sure that I can forgive you right now. Harry is already hurt, already broken." Jasper raised his hand as if he were touching something they couldn't see. He stared in front of him without seeing any of them. "If you had my ability you would realize just how broken he is. You would be able to see all those emotions that swirl around him. He was already terrified today. Terrified of everyone and everything of messing up and doing something wrong....he was so scared and when you attacked him......I couldn't move to help because I was paralyzed by his pain, by his fear, by his horror. I felt it on a level that I have never felt emotions before. I physically felt every emotion and I was drowning in them. I couldn't move. I couldn't do anything....." He blinked and lowered his hand. "He looked at Edward. Do not attack him again. Do not even speak to him. Or anything. I'm going to try and find him. To try and smooth this over. I will not forgive a second time, Edward. They know about us, and they know about the reservation. They are the Black's cousins. Very distant. They gave the information freely. You didn't need to attack just because you couldn't hear any of their thoughts."
Carlisle glared at Edward and then moved to follow Jasper along with Esme, Alice, Rosalie, and Emmet. They left Edward standing there making it clear that he had no allies in this fight and they all believed what he'd done was wrong.
Andromeda answered the door waving Winky away to go find where Teddy had crawled off to.
"May I help you?" she said stiffly looking at all of them.
"I am Carlisle Cullen and I represent the Olympic Coven." Carlisle informed. "We'd like to speak to the Harry Black if would be allowed. We'd like to apologize for an incident that happened earlier today at the school."
Andromeda scoffed at them but let them in. She shut the door behind them. The wards wouldn't have let them through if they meant harm to any of them. Their house could be seen by everyone but still had powerful wards around it. Most wouldn't be able to make it past the mailbox at the top of the stairs leading out of the forest below to their home on the cliff.
She told them to follow her and then escorted them to the living room where Draco and Luna were doing their homework both were on guard immediately with wands in their hands. She motioned for them to stand down. They all sat down.
"Harry will join us shortly." Andromeda informed. "Winky will inform him that you are here and what you want." she put six Blood Pops on the table. "I must insist. We have a baby in the house."
The vampires quickly put the Blood Pops in their mouths and sucked on them while waiting for Harry.
Winky sighed as she entered her master's room. Yep, there was the baby master. Teddy was winding up to throw his pacifier. When he did it hit Harry right in the cheek, drool, slobber, and all. Harry woke instantly and Teddy began screaming at him. Winky chuckled at the scene as she went to help her master into his chair. She then gave him the baby master. She told her master all about the visitors while she cleaned and sanitized the pacifier before giving it back to her now happy baby master.
