The Squid Says Hello
It was an uncharacteristically warm day, the students of Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft and Wizardry found it to be highly suspicious. Many students and teachers alike had even decided to steer clear of the outdoors altogether at the sight of the radiant sun- it was quite concerning, actually.
A certain group of students didn't adhere to this norm, however, and were currently outside by the Great Lake. Katia, Alisa, and Jess: a trio quite notorious for annually getting into life-threatening trouble with Harry Potter and his friends, the groups were often seen together. Not now evidently, as only the three girls were by the rocky shore of the Great Lake.
Alisa had removed her sandals and sat by the edge, dipping her feet into the warm water of the lake. Jess seemed to be about to follow but was struggling at the side with the removal of her Converse. Katia was sat by a tree nearby, a book balanced on her lap. The trio were dressed casually for this warm and humid Saturday, Jess and Alisa seemed to be prepared to enter the water... Katia, on the other hand, looked way too dolled up to be considering going into the lake.
"Come on, Katia!" Alisa whined unceremoniously. "It'll be fun."
Katia regarded her once before returning to her book, "I would rather not."
"Don't be a priss," Alisa sighed, she lowered her back to the ground, the pebbles and rocks stuck up at funny angles yet felt oddly relaxing to lie on.
"If by priss, youh' mean, nice and clean, suuhre'," Katia replied not unkindly, "even if I wanted to-" She let out a sudden yelp.
While Katia had been debating with Alisa, she hadn't paid any mind to the fastly approaching Jess and when she whipped her wand out, Katia had no time to react before she was hoisted in the air with a 'levicorpus' spell. Katia's wand had fallen from her pocket and onto the floor at the sudden lurch, and the blonde girl found herself without any means of protection and defence.
Katia let a stream of Russian curses spill from her lips as she tried to keep her skirt from falling down and making her flash any poor unsuspecting student. Jess and Alisa were definitely getting too much enjoyment out of this as they had been cackling solidly for the last two minutes, the blood had started rushing to Katia's head and made her feel lightheaded.
"Put me down!" Katia demanded, livid.
"Okay," Jess shrugged and with a sweeping motion, dropped Katia into the Great Lake, the splash thoroughly soaked Alisa who was close by.
"сука!" Katia growled when she resurfaced, her mascara was running down her pale face and her blonde hair was plastered to her forehead.
"MERLIN!" Alisa gasped before giggling.
Jess walked up to the shore with them, grinning at her handiwork, "Hey, you said put you down! It was you who failed to specify when or where."
"She's got you there," Alisa grinned and while maintaining eye contact with Katia, she pushed Jess into the lake by her legs.
Jess let out a scream before she was submerged.
