Tie
It was the kid's first day at the firm and Matt could tell that they were super nervous. A few minutes before work started, Matt heard a hesitant knock on his door. “Hey Matt. Can you help me tie my tie? I never was taught and YouTube made it overly complicated and almost late.” The new employee asked.
“Of course.” He smiled. “I’ll tie it for right now and then you can ask Foggy or me to teach you later if that’s okay?”
“Thank you,” The younger says as he hands Matt his tie, Matt flips up the collar and gets to work setting the tie around the younger’s neck and measuring the thicker and thinner end before knotting the tie. And tightening it. “Too tight?” He asks
“No. Thank you very much, Matt.”
“Of course. Karen’s going to be doing most of your training so go and see her in a few minutes.”

At the end of the work day, Matt was still in the zone working, but he paused as he could hear the nervous heartbeat of the youngest as he padded over to Foggy, which was currently eating a croissant in his office. The kid probably didn’t want to bother him but this would give him more of an opportunity to bond with Foggy.
The kid Knocked at the office door after hearing a muffled “Come in”
Foggy perked up “Hey kid!”
“Hey, Foggy; Do you have the time to teach me how to tie a tie? Matt looks pretty busy and I don’t want to bother him and he tied it this morning for me but said that you might be able to help teach me how to tie one. You don't have to if you don't send to”
Foggy seemed to perk up “Of course! Come sit o mighty pupil and learn how to tie a tie!”
Matt smiles as he hears the ruffling of foggy hands through the kid’s hair as they laugh together. Matt continues to work again and after a few minutes hears an enthusiastic “Addaboy!” broadcast from Foggy.
Matt chuckles. The kid was going to fit in with them just fine.
