Sirius didn't get the luxury of dying at 21, he survived another 15 years, he was 36 when he died, in 1996.
He wished he could have died along with James and Lily, that would have been far preferable to the 12 years of torture he endured in the most high security prison in the world.
Imprisoned for a crime he didn't commit and forced to relive the worst memories of his life.
It ended up being worth it in the end though, he got his Moony back in the end, he got to meet his godson.
Anything would have been worth it for those 2 years he got to spend with them, even if he had to spend it trapped in the house he had spent years trying to escape.
In the end it was Bella that killed him, he almost laughed when it happened, of course it was Bella, he always knew his family would kill him eventually.
Then he looked over at Remus, who was holding Harry back, and he hated himself. How could he leave them again?
How could he leave Remus on his own again, beautiful perfect Remus, who had forgiven him and taken him back as soon as he was out of prison, who he loved more than anything, how could he leave him alone again? But he couldn't fight it, and then he was gone.
But it didn't matter, they'll all die in the end.
