James turned the corner, surprised to find Remus standing alone in the hall, eyes closed and smiling. “Alright, Re?” His eyes opened slowly, smile growing. “Just a break.” James grinned back. “You have some cake icing…” He gestured, stepping close. Remus leaned in and… they were kissing. Just like that.
