Chapter 11
I chuckled at the disbelief in Professor McGonagall's tone. "The Weasleys are all very eager to pass their Etiquette Exams, if for different reasons. In the case of the twins, I think it's because they want access to the Prewett Trust Vaults so they can start their own company when they're older. They mentioned once they want to 'rival Gambol and Japes'. Percy just wants to be a productive member of society and he believes passing the Etiquette Exam and becoming a Prewett will give him a leg up in the Ministry when he graduates so he wants to take the Exam at the end of summer so he has a whole year for it to get around the Ministry. He doesn't need very much help from me since he knows most of it. Hermione wants to know as much as she can about everything so I wasn't surprised she wanted to join in--"
"I'd take offence at that if it wasn't true," Hermione said with a blush.
"Again, you're adorable when you blush." Hermione blushed harder. "Though, I'm sure you're not the only one here who is," I said as I smirked at Professor McGonagall. She raised an eyebrow. "What? I didn't say who I meant. For all you know, I meant Harry."
"Wait, what?" Harry asked with a blush.
"Don't worry, Harry. Even if I was into guys, which I'm not. I'm definitely a lesbian. I'd never steal you from my Brother."
"Wait, what!? Draco and I aren't- We're not- I-" Harry spluttered and a few of us chuckled.
"He doth protest too much, methinks," I said. "You do know you just called him 'Draco'."
"No, I didn't!" Harry said.
"Yes, you did," I sing-song.
"How do you even know that quote?" Hermione asked.
"There was a guy on the platform making fun of his Sister and some guy and he sang some kissing in a tree song and said that quote and something else but I didn't hear all of it since I got too far away," I said. Harry's face went even more red. "As for why Harry, Ginny and Ron take the class... I honestly have no idea. Draco thinks Harry does it because his friends do and Ron does it because of the money but I don't think that's the case, though I haven't figured out the real reason yet."
"She actually teaches a class the Weasley twins pay attention in," Professor Sprout said in disbelief. "No one's managed that yet."
"Now, now, Pomona," Sev said. "It's only been two months and they have their class twice a week on Tuesdays and Saturdays in an unused classroom next to my classroom in case anything happens, not that it should since there's not much practical aspect further than Ballroom dancing and dining room etiquette." If only he knew I use that classroom on the other days of the week at that time with Silencing Spells up to practice my Spells and some Potions before I have to do them in class so I get perfect marks. When I'm not doing that, I'm in the Library. I need to find a better place to practice that, though... Maybe I should ask the House Elves...
"We've actually already covered all of that, though Harry and Ron's dancing needs some more practice. Surprisingly, the Weasley twins took to it immediately and both of them, Ginny, Percy, Hermione and I can both lead and follow perfectly," I said.
"Not surprising since you've been in dancing classes since you could walk thanks to your Mother," Sev said and I grinned.
"That settles that then. In the meantime, I strongly recommend caution to all," Dumbledore said before letting us leave.
"It's a bit strange, isn't it?" Hermione commented when we were far enough away from the Professors.
"Strange?" Harry asked.
"You two hear this voice, a voice only you two can hear, and then Mrs Norris turns up Petrified... It's just... Strange," Hermione said.
"Do you think we should've told them, Dumbledore and the others, I mean?" Harry asked.
"Are you mad?" I asked. "No. They'll think one of us, me most likely since I'm a Slytherin, is the Heir. The Chamber of Secrets was supposedly put in the school by Salazar Slytherin himself. A Parselmouth. That's why the Slytherin House Emblem is a Snake."
"Parselmouth?" Harry asked.
"Someone who can talk to Snakes. It's a very rare talent. Cassie can talk to all Animals, as you well know from the etiquette class when Cassie went over Family Gifts. I assume you can also speak to Snakes? The voice must've been a Snake. Makes sense. Of course, Salazar Slytherin's Monster would be a Snake of some sort," Hermione said.
"So, I'm not going crazy? Good," Harry said.
"Excuse you, I heard it too and I'm not crazy!" I yelled before storming off. I heard Ron telling Harry about Auntie Bella and Sirius and I ignored them as I walked down the stairs to the Slytherin Common Room.

I grinned as I scored another goal. Wood scowled. I'm so glad Peregrine was chosen as the Fifth Year Male Prefect and decided to give up being a Beater. If that hadn't happened, Cassius wouldn't've become a Beater and I wouldn't've been able to take a position on the Team, let alone Chaser, just like Auntie Bella, Dora and Andromeda. Though Draco's a Seeker like Mom. If he hadn't wanted to be Seeker, it would've been my second choice. "Another ten points for Slytherin, making the scores Slytherin with 130 points and Gryffindor with 30 points," Lee Jordan said. I smiled at Mom, Thema, Sev and Dad as the whole Team flew a lap past them. We need to get 60 points more, making sure Gryffindor don't score again, to win the match since Harry will definitely catch the Snitch. Draco's good but Harry's better. I flew towards Angelina Johnson and quickly hit the Quaffle out of her arm, grabbed it and scored in the middle hoop. "And another ten points for Slytherin!" Fifty points to go.
"Well done, Cassie," Harry said as I flew past him. I ignored him just as I have been since that 'crazy' comment a few days ago (other than in the one etiquette class we've had since). Draco flew over to Harry and I focused on scoring another goal. Just as I did, I spotted Wood fly to the ground. Good. The game's a lot easier with Wood out of it. I'm pretty sure Wood and Marcus like each other, though, since he seems worried about Wood. Miles caught the Quaffle, after Angelina had scored, and threw it to me. I quickly scored another goal. Only four more goals to go. I noticed Draco and Harry being chased by a Bludger and chasing the Snitch. I told Adrian and Marcus just as Adrian scored another goal. I dodged the second Bludger from Fred and scored again. Just two more. I spotted Draco being thrown off of his broom onto the ground just as Marcus scored again. If Harry catches the Snitch now, it'll be a tie. I quickly raced after the Quaffle but just missed it as Aneglina threw it towards the left hoop. Luckily, Miles saved it and threw it at me. As I raced towards the goals, I dodged the Bludger again, this time from George, and spotted Harry reaching for the Snitch. Luckily for Slytherin, Harry's arm was broken by the Bludger. Alicia Spinnet tried to get the Quaffle from me just as Harry reached for the Snitch with his other arm but she missed. I threw the Quaffle into the hoop just as Harry caught the Snitch and fell off of his broom.
"Harry Potter has caught the Snitch and ended the game," Jordan said. "This puts the score at 180 for Gryffindor and 180 for Slytherin, however, Cassiopeia Malfoy scored right as Harry Potter caught the Snitch. Everyone eagerly awaits Madam Hooch's decision on whether or not the Quaffle went through the hoop before or after Harry Potter touched the Snitch to see if the game is a tie or if Slytherin wins." Madam Hooch used her Omnioculars to rewind the game and play it in slow-motion before showing Professor McGonagall and Sev, as the Heads of House for the playing Teams, and Dumbledore, as Headmaster, before announcing the decision.
"The Quaffle went through the hoop..." The tension was palpable. "Before the Snitch was caught. Slytherin wins!" Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin cheered, though Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw cheered for me winning the game and not for Slytherin, while the Gryffindors booed. The Ravenclaws and Hufflepuffs have become huge fans of me because of the announcement of me being Princess Hufflepuff and Princess Ravenclaw. Despite being told I'm Heir Gryffindor, the Gryffindors still don't like me very much, other than those who are proper members of society, but they like me way more than the other Slytherins because of my friendship with Harry, Ron and Hermione and they don't mess with me because the Weasley twins threatened them with being pranked if they found out someone messed with me. So, most of the school likes me as those in Slytherin love the 'adorable, smart, flirty Malfoy kid'. I looked over at Harry and saw he had a floppy arm, was glaring at Lockhart and Lockhart was holding it with a sheepish look. I discretely hexed Lockhart and his hair now has bright purple and pink stripes. I made my way to the Slytherin girls' changing rooms and Dobby popped in front of me.
"Mistress Cassie must not be angry with Dobby," Dobby said.
"You messed with that Bludger, didn't you?" I asked.
"Dobby hoped if Harry Potter got injured badly enough he'd be sent home. Dobby never meant to kill. Dobby only meant to maim or seriously injure," Dobby said. "Dobby would've told Mistress right away as Mistress said but Dobby hexed the Bludger to target Harry Potter during the game and Master Malfoy ordered Dobby to not show up when Dumblydore might see Dobby."
"Tell Harry yourself what happened when no one else is around," I ordered and Dobby nodded. "Now, leave, I have to get changed." Dobby popped away and I sighed. I hope Harry's okay.

"Remind us, Cassie," Fred said.
"What are the Family Gifts?" George asked. I sighed.
"This is the third time you've asked that question over the last month," I said. "Which do you remember?"
"Well, Abbott is Air Magic, Avery is Fire Magic, Black is Metamorphmagus," Fred said.
"Bulstrode is Blood Magic, they're the ones who put the Bloodline Curse on the Greengrasses and none of them can take it off since there hasn't been a Bulstrode with the Gift since, Burke is Detection Magic," George said.
"Which is why 'Borgin and Burkes' exists. Burke can use Detection Magic to know exactly what is on an object and how to handle them safely, whereas even those in the Department of Mysteries might struggle," I said.
"Carrow is Spirit Magic, Crouch we can't remember, Fawley is Natural Occlumency, we can't remember Flint, Gaunt is Parseltongue, Greengrass we can't remember, Lestrange is Astral Projection, Longbottom is Plant Magic," Fred said.
"Macmillan is Earth Magic, Malfoy is Magical Senses, Nott is Necromancy, Ollivander is Crafting Magic, which is why they opened a wand shop," George said.
"Parkinson we can't remember, Prewett is Elemental Magic, Rosier is Natural Legilimency, Rowle we can't remember, Selwyn is Magical Creature Communication, Shacklebolt we can't remember," Fred said.
"Shafiq is Animal Communication, Slughorn is Potion Creation," George said.
"Which just means they've got an instinctual knack for creating Potions," Fred said. "So boring!"
"Which is the worst Gift but Travers' Spell Creation is pretty cool," George said.
"Weasley is Water Magic and Yaxley we can't remember," Fred said.
"Okay, so you've remembered 21 of 28, not bad. Last time you forgot 10 and not 7," I said. "That's not bad but you need to keep improving."
