"Cissy was really upset that day so I comforted her and we ended up kissing," Thema said. "We didn't do anything more for a little while given how upset she was about Andy but we started dating after the summer holiday."
"I was so upset about what had happened that I told Bella immediately when I got back from school. Unfortunately, my Parents had overheard and they'd found out about everything, including our relationship and Andy kissing a Mudblood," Mom said with a grimace. "They immediately confronted Andy about it and told her that I was the one who told them about her kissing a Mudblood and being a Blood Traitor. She then asked me if I did and, even though I hadn't done it intentionally, I had told them so I didn't say anything... I'd never seen Andy look so betrayed or hurt and the look of hatred on her face... I was the reason my Sister got disowned." Mom broke down in tears and she tried hard to get her next words out as Thema pulled her over to cuddle with her. Blaise moved over and I cuddled close to her too. "I didn't mean to... But I lost her that day. Bella... Bella didn't blame me, as she should've, she blamed that damned Tonks boy. She threw herself more into your Father's cause, Cassie."
"Her Parents blamed all three of them and Tonks for what happened," Thema said. "They disowned Andromeda as packback and they pushed further into their Anti-Mudblood and Anti-Muggle beliefs to get back at Tonks. Bellatrix and Cissy... They forced them to get married against their will."
"If Andy is on the Wizengamot, I might end up having to talk to her at some point and we just have a lot of... Issues... Between us. But they're your Seats. I can deal with it, Star," Mom said with a smile as she pulled me closer. "You need to write the Ministry, Dumbledore, Regent Prewett, Andy and Andy's Daughter before we can leave for The Prophet, Star. If you do that now, the owls should arrive at all of the destinations and have responses by the end of our meeting about buying into The Daily Prophet and then we can do our interview, okay?"

Upon finding out about this, I was informed by my Parents that you currently sit in the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff Seats in the Wizengamot as you are the Headmaster of Hogwarts. I am writing to inform you that I have decided to have Anathema Zabini as Regent Prewett as she's my Godmother. I apologise if this causes you any inconvenience and I would also like to talk to your Sons and Daughter about their Etiquette Exams as soon as they are available for said talk. Whilst I'd prefer to discuss this in person, I have an interview scheduled with The Daily Prophet today to announce my titles. There are two reasons for this letter. The first is that, since we're family and I have too many titles for my Mother and Godmother to handle alone, I was hoping that you, as a Hufflepuff, wouldn't mind taking the title of Regent Hufflepuff. I was hoping that you would also take the title of Regent Selwyn. The second reason is that I'd love to meet you at some point if you're willing.

I know you would've had the title of Head of the Noble and Most Ancient House of Black if your Mother wasn't disowned as you're a Metamorphmagus older than me. However, since she was, the title went to me instead. I don't think this is fair and, if you want, I'd be willing to reinstate you and your Mother into the House and abdicate the title so it goes to you as it should've. Just let me know if this is something you desire and if it is, I'll make it happen.

My name is Cassiopeia Narcissa Malfoy. I recently had an Inheritance and Heritage Test done at Gringotts and I came into several titles due to this. I have set up an interview with The Daily Prophet to announce these titles and informed everyone on my Seats that I've chosen new Regents. The Head of House titles I have are the following: Pendragon, Morgana, Merlin, Peverell, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, Black, Fawley, Gaunt, Prewett, Rosier, Selwyn and Shafiq. I have chosen Anathema Calistria Zabini as Regent for Ravenclaw, Fawley, Shafiq and Prewett, Narcissa Andromeda Malfoy as Regent for Morgana, Pendragon, Rosier and Black, Severus Tobias Snape as Regent for Peverell, Slytherin and Gaunt, Nymphadora Andromeda Tonks as Regent for Hufflepuff and Selwyn and Andromeda Bellatrix Tonks as Regent for Merlin. Severus Snape and I have discussed the titles I've named him Regent for and it may be some time before he publically claims them. Due to the prejudice against Slytherins, let alone the Slytherin name, we've decided it be best I'm not linked to these titles and I sincerely hope you'll see it that way too.
I know that a subdepartment of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement handles everything regarding Inheritance and Heritage due to fraud and the like and this is probably something most in your position would consider not worth their time. However, I sincerely hope you disagree. I wrote this to you as you're Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and I was hoping you could sort this out for me as some of my titles (e.g. the Slytherin one) are sensitive and I may be treated differently because of them. However, I've heard a lot about your integrity and I trust you to be unbiased. As I know this will take up some of your time and involve paperwork (which most people do not like) the Black Family owes you a debt for dealing with this. Thank you for your time, Madam Bones, and I look forward to one day meeting such an extraordinary Witch in person as I've heard a lot about not only your integrity but also your loyalty, honour, Magical Power and looks (and yes, many people do talk about how gorgeous you are. "I can't believe you now own 75% of The Daily Prophet, Cassie," Draco said as we waited for my interview to start. I'm really glad Rita Skeeter jumped at the opportunity to interview The Daily Prophet's new owner as I've wanted to see what the fuss was all about since I found out that Auntie Bella slept with her. Auntie Bella has high standards and, while she was apparently quite the player back in Hogwarts, after Hogwarts, she was very selective with who she slept with as she wouldn't even flirt with someone who didn't have an exact Magical Signature match to her and there are hardly any exact matches out there, though it's easier for the Blacks to find them than anyone else. No one really knows why, though.
"I can't believe the Ministry own 25%," I said. I knew that The Daily Prophet tends to write what the Ministry wants but I figured that was because of the legality of the ways they get their information sometimes and not because they owned some of it. The only rule I was given was that I can't have The Prophet write something that slanders the Ministry unless there's sufficient proof and even then it has to be written factually and without bias as I may own 75% but since the Ministry owns 25%, it's not good for The Prophet to write slander about one of its owners. I agreed but then stated that there would be no more bias towards the Ministry anymore either. If anything is written about the Ministry, it must always be written without bias and anyone who violates that rule for or against the Ministry would be immediately fired. Rita Skeeter walked in and now I totally get what Auntie Bella saw in her other than the Magical connection. She's so gorgeous. "Fuck," I whispered and Draco snickered. I immediately walked over to Rita and held my hand out. She went to shake my hand but instead, I quickly kissed her hand and she blushed a little. "It's nice to meet you, Miss Skeeter." I let go of her hand.
"Cassiopeia Malfoy, I presume," she said after spotting Mom, Dad and Draco behind me.
"Yes, my Mother wrote to The Prophet yesterday about an interview today and it was set up but I'm glad you're the one doing it," I replied. "I've heard a lot about you, Miss Skeeter, and I'm very happy to say they were accurate."
"I have to say that I'm curious as to what you've heard about me," she said as we sat down.
"That you're a very talented writer, intelligent and gorgeous, though that last one seems to be an understatement, Miss Skeeter," I said and she smirked.
"I see you take after your Aunt... In that case, feel free to call me Rita." I smirked.
"Gladly, Rita."
