CASSIOPEIA NARCISSA MALFOY: THE NEW PRINCESS OF WIZARDING BRITAIN!

As is usual for a member of the Sacred 28, Cassiopeia Narcissa Malfoy had an Inheritance and Heritage Test done while getting her school supplies for her first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. However, young Cassiopeia received quite a shock in her Test results when she discovered her titles. Cassiopeia believed she was the Heir to the Noble and Most Ancient House of Malfoy and Head of the Noble and Most Ancient House of Black. Cassiopeia has in fact, several titles through having the Family Gift. Those titles are Head of the Noble and Most Ancient Houses of Black, Rosier, Prewett, Selwyn, Shafiq and Fawley and Heir of the Noble and Most Ancient House of Malfoy. However, the titles that came as the biggest shock were the following titles: Head of the Most Noble, Most Ancient and Most Reverent Houses of Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff, Heir of the Most Noble, Most Ancient and Most Reverent House of Gryffindor (due to being Head of Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff), Merlin's Successor, Morgana's Successor and the Head of the Most Noble, Most Ancient and Most Royal House of Pendragon (through being Morgana's Successor).
As most know, the Pendragon House used to rule Wizarding Britain but it died out with Arthur Pendragon and Morgana Le Fay. Despite Morgana being the older Sibling, her Brother took the throne upon their Father's death so Morgana went after Arthur. Merlin tried to protect Arthur but, in the end, Morgana succeeded in killing Arthur, however, Merlin had mortally wounded Morgana and she died before she could claim her birthright. After that, the Pendragon throne stayed empty for a while as there were no more Pendragons by birth and Magic had yet to choose a successor. Merlin died a few years later and a few centuries after that, the Wizengamot was formed. Cassiopeia is now Princess of Wizarding Britain and will become Queen when she comes of age. However, the title is now just a title and the inheritance and will not change anything with how the British Wizarding World is run.
Due to having the titles Cassiopeia has, Cassiopeia now has 14 Wizengamot Seats (which is 28% of the Wizengamot Seats). Cassiopeia decided to replace Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore as the Regent of the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff Seats (of which he had as Headmaster of Hogwarts) and Molly Jessica Weasley as Regent of the Prewett Seat (of which she had as the last of the known Prewetts (her name was Molly Jessica Prewett before she married Arthur Septimus Weasley)).
Cassiopeia has decided to keep her Mother, Narcissa Andromeda Malfoy, on as the Regent of the Black and Rosier Seats and has, in fact, also named Narcissa as Regent of her two Morgana and two Pendragon Seats. This means that Narcissa is now Regent for six of Cassiopeia's Seats (whoever is Regent for Morgana, just as whoever is Morgana's Successor has the Pendragon title, automatically is the Pendragon Regent too).
Cassiopeia named her Godmother, Anathema Calistria Zabini as Regent of her Prewett, Ravenclaw, Shafiq and Fawley titles. This means Anathema is now Regent for four of Cassiopeia's Seats.
Cassiopeia named her Aunt, Andromeda Bellatrix Tonks (who was disowned by the Black and Rosier Families for marrying Muggleborn Ted Johnathon Tonks), as the Regent of her two Merlin Seats. Cassiopeia named her Cousin, Nymphadora Andromeda Tonks (Daughter of Ted and Andromeda, Half-Blood Hufflepuff Metamorphmagus who graduated from Hogwarts the summer before last and is now an Auror in training), as the Regent of her Hufflepuff and Selwyn Seats. This means Andromeda and Nymphadora are both Regent for two of Cassiopeia's Seats.
(Due to having the Pendragon, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, Merlin's Successor and Morgana's Successor titles, Cassiopeia is Princess Cassiopeia (the Pendragon title will change to Queen Cassiopeia when Cassiopeia comes of age, however, the Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, Merlin's Successor and Morgana's Successor titles will stay Princess). Due to having the Black, Rosier, Prewett, Selwyn, Shafiq and Fawley titles, Cassiopeia is Lady Cassiopeia. Due to having the Malfoy and Gryffindor Heirship titles, Cassiopeia is Heir Cassiopeia. - Cassiopeia's title will change depending on the name Cassiopeia is going by. However, the Pendragon name, as it is the most prominent title Cassiopeia holds, should be the default. If Cassiopeia is going by a different title at the time of your meeting Cassiopeia, Cassiopeia will notify you and you should change accordingly.)

"So I read Skeeter's article on you a few weeks ago," Pansy said. I put mine and Draco's stuff in the compartment she was sitting in with Daphne and Astoria while Draco left to go find Crabbe and Goyle to bring them to our compartment. "Who would've thought our little Cassie is a Princess and future Queen?"
"Who would've thought your friend's little Sister, who just happens to be a Princess, would spend years flirting with you, Pansy?" I teased back and we kept teasing back and forth for a little while. "What's taking Draco so long? First, he has me use my Air Magic to carry our stuff here, claiming he'd be a minute and it's been like ten? It's only three minutes until the train leaves. I'm gonna quickly check the platform and see if I can find him. I'll be back in two minutes tops." Despite their protests and concerns that I'll miss the train, I quickly leave and check the platform. I spot Draco getting on the train and sigh in relief. One minute left. Time to get back on the train. Dobby popped in front of me.
"Mistress Cassie, I trapped Harry Potter and his friend on the other side of the platform. Harry Potter must not go back to Hogwarts," Dobby said and I sighed.
"Take me to them." Dobby popped me to Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley after making us invisible. After checking to see no Muggles were watching, Dobby made us visible and popped away.
"Sorry about this, Potter," I said and Weasley and Potter's eyes went wide. "You know, Weasley, your Mother never responded to my owl about the meeting I requested between me, you and your Siblings regarding your Etiquette Exams to have you reinstated into the Prewett Family so you could claim your Trust Vaults."
"Trust Vaults?" Weasley asked with a glint in his eyes.
"If you pass the Etiquette Exam, you get reinstated into the Prewett Family and all underaged members of the Prewett Family have a Trust Vault of 100,000 Galleons. I wrote your Mother about it when notifying her I'd replaced her as Regent Prewett but I never got a response. I assumed that just meant none of you were interested."
"She never told us about it," Weasley said. "We'll talk more later. We can't get onto the platform and--" Weasley's cut off by the clock opposite chiming eleven.
"The train leaves at exactly eleven o'clock. We've missed it!" Potter said.
"Well, at least my stuff's with my friends. When I don't go back to them, they'll know something's up since I just left to go looking for Draco," I said.
"Except we don't take our stuff into the castle ourselves," Potter said. "What if they don't?"
"Besides, we can't wait here until then. Wait, if we can't get through, what if my Mum and Dad can't get back?" Weasley asked and I chuckled.
"Forgetting you're a Wizard, Weasley? There are several Floo grates on the platform. They can Floo back to your home." Weasley scowled at my words.
"Maybe we should just go wait by the car," Potter suggested.
"The car?" I asked and Weasley got a look on his face.
"The car!"
"No. Nope, whatever foolish idea you have, I want no part in it!" I exclaimed.
"The car flies," Weasley said. "We can fly it to Hogwarts."
"Wait... Flying... That's it! Your Owl, Potter. We can owl the school and they can send someone to pick us up. I'm sure we wouldn't have to wait too long."
"No way, Malfoy," Weasley said. "I'm not just sitting around for hours. Besides, we shouldn't make poor Hedwig fly to Scotland from London just to send a letter when we can fly ourselves."
"Do you even know how to drive?" I asked and Weasley ignored me.
"It's your choice, Malfoy. Come with us in the car or stay behind with random strangers you don't know who might not be safe. Not all Muggles are safe, you know. Some are horrible."
"Like Potter's relatives... Does anyone know about that, Potter? Like Dumbledore or your Head of House?" I asked as we walked towards the Weasleys' car.
"Er, I told Dumbledore just before the summer but he said there's protective Magic on the Dursleys' place that only works because my blood relatives live there so to keep me safe, I have to stay there. I tried telling him that I'm not safe with them but he didn't really care. The Dursleys aren't as bad as Death Eaters apparently," Potter said as we got to the car. We put our stuff in the car as I held onto Potter's Owl's cage. Weasley got behind the wheel, Potter in the passenger seat and I was behind Potter with Potter's Owl's cage in between myself and Weasley's Rat's cage. I refuse to sit next to a Rat.
"So, where are we going first?" I asked.
"What do you mean?" Potter asked.
"We can't just start flying! I'm assuming Muggles don't have flying cars. It'll be breaking the Statute of Secrecy! We'd get into so much trouble, not just with Hogwarts but with the DMLE too!"
"The what?" Potter asked.
"Department of Magical Law Enforcement," I responded. "We could go to Azkaban!"
"Oh, er, well, I don't want to go to prison," Weasley responded and Potter paled. "I'll drive us somewhere no one is and turn us invisible with the Invisibility Booster and then we'll fly to Hogwarts." Weasley struggled with driving for a few minutes, causing us to get honked at multiple times, before finding an empty street and turning us invisible. He then started flying the car. However, after a little bit of flying, the car became visible again. "Oh, no! The Invisibility Booster must be faulty."
"Well, come on, then. Let's go lower. We need to find the train," Potter said.
"Okay," Weasley said before he flew us lower so we were hovering over the train track.
"Now, all we need to do is catch up with the train," Potter said.
"We can't be far behind," Weasley said and we heard the train.
"Do you hear that?" Potter asked.
"We must be getting close," Weasley said with a smile on his face.
"Wait a minute," I said in horror and quickly turned around. I screamed as I spotted the train behind us. "Move, move, move! It's right behind us!" Weasley quickly flew away from the track but the car rolled around a few times. Potter's door opened and he fell out. "Why didn't you have your seatbelt on!" Potter screamed as he tried to hold onto the door.
"Harry!" Weasley yelled and he went to move to help. "Hold on!"
"Like he'd want to let go," I muttered as I undid my seatbelt.
"Take my hand," Weasley said as he went to let go of the steering wheel.
"Don't even think about it, Weasley. You're driving," I said as I moved into the passenger seat. "I'll help Potter, you focus on flying this car." I focused my Air Magic and got out of the car. Weasley and Potter screamed.
"How are you not falling?" Potter asked as he gripped harder onto the open car door.
"I'm using Air Magic," I responded. "Grab onto me with your free hand and then grab on with your other hand and I'll fly us back into the car." Potter hesitated before realising he didn't have a choice. However, right as he went to grab onto me, his hand slipped and he fell.
