"Hey, emo bastard! Hurry up!! We're going to be late to Hogwarts, you dumbass!!!" Han Sooyoung yells at Yoo Joonghyuk, as he takes his time saying goodbye to his little sister, Yoo Mia. He kisses her forehead goodbye, before grabbing his suitcases and his owl, before setting off. Han Sooyoung is waiting for him at the front porch, and Namgung Minyoung, their legal guardian, sends them off to the train station.

The train station. Yoo Joonghyuk feels a strange sense of deja vu from this place. He looks around, and Han Sooyoung quickly finds the secret pillar, Platform 9 and 3/4. They go through the pillar, loud and teary goodbyes and excited chirps were heard all over. There were owls flying all over, as well as some ginger's rat running away from him. Well. That was.. something. It wasn't a rare sight at that point.

They board the train to find an empty cabin before all of them were taken, and upon finding one, they settle down. The train ride was rather uneventful, but along the way, a boy awkwardly entered the cabin.

"..Hey, um- could I sit here? The other cabins are all full."

Without consulting Yoo Joonghyuk, Han Sooyoung immediately replies, "Yeah, no worries. What's your name?"

The boy smiles gently, and that smile feels far too familiar to Yoo Joonghyuk. The entire cabin feels way too familiar to him.

"I'm Kim Dokja," he moves into the cabin, closing the door behind him. He sits down next to Sooyoung. "That's my name."

Yoo Joonghyuk's breath hitches, and he feels like he'd heard that name before. But surely, no dumbass would name their child that? It was practically a one in a million chance. So why did that name sound so familiar to him?

"Han Sooyoung," the writer replies. "And this emo bastard is Yoo Joonghyuk. Eii, Joonghyukie, introduce yourself, won't you? Stop dazing."

She snaps her fingers in front of his zoned out face, but he didn't even flinch. He was really going insane, Han Sooyoung thinks, and tells Kim Dokja to ignore him.

The cabin ride is mostly peaceful after that, Han Sooyoung and Kim Dokja hitting it off by arguing about webnovels. Great. Yoo Joonghyuk eventually returns from his dazed state, and just looks out the window. It was going to be an eventful year, he thinks. He doesn't know why, but his gut just tells him that it would be.

When they finally reach Hogwarts and separate from Kim Dokja, Yoo Joonghyuk finally speaks up. "Hey, Sooyoung. Do me a favour and be friends with that guy."

What the fuck, Han Sooyoung thinks, but she still owed him something from a bet she lost, and so she agrees. "Geez, okay, man? You didn't even want to talk to him."

"I had my reasons."

On the boats to Hogwarts, Han Sooyoung yapped on about that Kim Dokja and his "shitty taste in webnovels! Even you read better stuff than him. Who would read a whole webnovel that consists of 3149 chapters!?"

When they finally reached Hogwarts, they did the normal procedure of Year Ones going through the Sorting Hat, as well as the new transfer students of other grades. Kim Dokja was one of them, and when it came to his turn, he was put into Hufflepuff. Honestly, Yoo Joonghyuk thought he suited Ravenclaw better, but nevermind.

He watches as Kim Dokja walks over to his new house table, and he stares at him for a long time. Even as Kim Dokja realises that he's been staring at him and awkwardly shuffles in his spot. Eventually, Han Sooyoung slams his face down onto the table with absolutely all the force she has in her body to get him to stop glaring at the poor guy. The headmaster stares at the Gryffindor table for a while, and stares at the Slytherin who was sitting at the Gryffindor table, and stares at the other Gryffindors as they glare at Han Sooyoung, telling her with their eyes to "get lost, you damn Slytherin!"

She doesn't budge, though, and Yoo Joonghyuk doesn't make any move to try and remove her from the situation, either. Until eventually, the headmaster tells her to go back, and she begrudgingly does. Yoo Joonghyuk's eyes do wander back to Kim Dokja, though. It's like his eyes were transfixed on the shorter man, completely unable to stop. It's only when Han Sooyoung deliberately blocks Kim Dokja from his view that he snaps back to reality.

Despite being all the way at a different table, Han Sooyoung's intentions were clear— "Stop staring at him, he's going to think you're a creep" was clear in her expression. He sighs.

He and Han Sooyoung are one of the first to leave the dining hall, and that was only because Han Sooyoung noticed the Slytherin brutes missing, as well as Kim Dokja. He might've been in trouble, so they immediately left. When they sped over to one of the popular bullying spots, they found the two Slytherin boys leaning over the now-probably-injured Kim Dokja. Han Sooyoung immediately takes action, before Yoo Joonghyuk can unleash his wrath. Just a bit of a punishment lightening, as Han Sooyoung set their robes on her signature purple-black fire. They immediately screamed and ran away to the toilets in hopes of extinguishing the flame.

Yoo Joonghyuk had run over to Kim Dokja, panic in his eyes. He had gotten a black eye and probably took some kicks to the stomach- there was blood coming out from the side of his mouth, and he was teetering between consciousness and passing out. Yoo Joonghyuk always had spare bandages with him, though, so he could easily bandage up Kim Dokja.

He gently took off his robes, and snuck the bandage below him and across his torso, bandaging his bleeding wound tight. Those guys had absolutely no mercy, seeing that he'd caught the attention of the famed Supreme King of Hogwarts, Yoo Joonghyuk.

Yoo Joonghyuk frowns at the thought, but eventually when he's done bandaging Kim Dokja up, he buttons his clothes back up and lifts him up with ease, carrying him to the nurse's office bridal style. The walk was silent— Yoo Joonghyuk and Han Sooyoung deciding not to have their usual banter at that time. Kim Dokja was still fading in and out of consciousness, and they'd left behind a very suspicious pool of blood from the beating up. He'd lost quite a lot of blood.

They reached the nurse's office soon enough, and the student nurse who was substituting for the actual nurse, Lee Seolhwa, immediately got Yoo Joonghyuk to place him on a bed. Then, she told them that they could visit him again the next morning.

That night, Han Sooyoung snuck into the Gryffindor dorms, and Yoo Joonghyuk was simply sitting on the sofa waiting for her. They sat in silence for a while, before Yoo Joonghyuk starts speaking. "That Kim Dokja feels familiar to you, too, right?"

"..Yeah."

They don't know what it meant. They were at a complete loss and didn't know what to do. So, they leave the dorms, and silently stalk through the school to get into the nurse's office yet again. They snuck in, going to Kim Dokja's bed and just looking at him. That sight felt extremely familiar. It was as if they knew Kim Dokja as he lay on that hospital bed, unconscious, for decades already. They hadn't even lived that long yet.

They didn't know Kim Dokja until that day, in the train. But that guy. They felt like they'd known him for basically all their lives.

What in the world was going on?

After that night, Han Sooyoung brushed it off and acted like nothing was happening. Yoo Joonghyuk, though, still stared into Kim Dokja's soul from wherever he could see him. He didn't know what was going on, but he knew that Kim Dokja was someone who was very, very important to him.

Months went by, and eventually, Han Sooyoung decided to re-introduce the two of them.

"Okay. This, is Kim Dokja. This is Yoo Joonghyuk. Okay? Yeah. Yah, Yoo Joonghyuk-ah. Can you pay attention?"

"I am paying attention."

"Then start talking, I don't know?! You were the one who...!"

Her sentence cut short, and Yoo Joonghyuk sighs.

"I am going to Yoo Sangah. You both are going to be friends with each other. Full stop."

And with that, she left the room. YooJoonghyuk was still staring at Kim Dokja, despite the many months that had gone by since they saw each other. Sometimes, when he got beaten up (before Han Sooyoung could save him), he could distinctly recall a certain voice that was always there to scare off the bullies and bandage him up.

That exact voice belonged to the man in front of him.

Of course, he didn't get bullied anymore because he'd practiced and trained, and was now one of the strongest sorcerers at Hogwarts, but he still felt awkward when faced with the guy who'd been one of the people who protected him at first.

"Uh.. hi?"

"Hello."

Yoo Joonghyuk had a certain aura to him, that Kim Dokja absolutely couldn't resist. He was absolutely charming.

"..Sorry, Yoo Joonghyuk. but you're like, really, really hot and I can barely pull myself together. So, do you want to make out in the bathrooms with me."

Yoo Joonghyuk is very surprised.

"...Oh. Okay."

They walk into a nearby bathroom, and as soon as they walk in, Yoo Joonghyuk turns around and pins Kim Dokja to the door, staring into his eyes as he leans in, Kim Dokja's eyes fluttering shut. He kissed Kim Dokja, his lips cracked but soft. The older male lets out a shocked "mmph", but eventually reciprocates the kiss. Yoo Joonghyuk takes the lead, and he bites Kim Dokja's bottom lip, hard enough to make him gasp. Yoo Joonghyuk slips his tongue into his mouth, and explores Kim Dokja's mouth with his tongue. Soon, they break apart for air, their eyes both half-lidded and they heaved heavy breaths.

Fuck, Kim Dokja is pretty, Yoo Joonghyuk thinks, and goes in for more. He sucks on Kim Dokja's own tongue, and Kim Dokja makes quiet little grunts and huffs and gasps.

Then, all of a sudden, the soft click of a camera was heard. It was, unfortunately, Kim Namwoon. He was one of Han Sooyoung's Year 1 juniors, actually, and Yoo Joonghyuk had heard her complain about him on more ocassions than one. He was an acquaintance of his own junior, Lee Jihye. She always told him that she detested him, but they were often found skipping class together, anyway.

His face looked extremely insane, as always, and he cackled away to himself, saying something about headlines.

He left the bathroom with a bleeding nose, caused by Yoo Joonghyuk himself.

The two, after regaining their composure (mostly Kim Dokja), walk out of the bathroom, Kim Dokja chattering away about that "shitty novel with 3149 chapters". They had become friends, at least.

About a week later, they were already inseperable. They didn't have any label about their relationship, but essentially, they were just the pretty duo who made out in the bathrooms.

A month later, Kim Namwoon had managed to beg the staff to let him put the image of them that he took in the bathrooms onto the school newspapers. Lee Jihye immediately accepted it, saying something about "I always knew master was gay! He never really liked anyone else, anyway."

Kim Dokja sighs as Han Sooyoung shoves the newspaper in his face. "I left you both for you to become friends, not make out in the fucking bathrooms!"

"He's too sexy for his own good," Kim Dokja belatedly replies, and Han Sooyoung's mood takes a drastic steep down. She obviously thought that that scrawny excuse of a dude didn't deserve her precious childhood friend, so she leaves in a rage to go consult Yoo Joonghyuk about it.

"Yah, Joonghyuk-ah! What the fuck is this supposed to be about, hah?!" She shoves the newspaper in his face, but he doesn't have any reaction to it, because many people have already screamed and cried at him over that newspaper article, but he still hadn't lost any fans for some godforsaken reason. If anything, it only got his fangirls thinking that it was possible for them to change his mind and make him straight, while the fanboy club simply increased, thinking that they would actually have a chance.

Yoo Joonghyuk actually made many guys have their gay awakenings, if he thought back on it.

When Yoo Joonghyuk didn't reply to her, she furiously yelled out, "I left you both together for FIVE MINUTES! I came back, and you both were gone. I thought, oh, maybe they went off somewhere to make out! Haha, lmao. I was NOT expecting to be right. What can you say, huh?!"

"...He's pretty."

"..."

She found that situation absolutely useless and stupid and immediately sighed. It was difficult enough to find them separately, but she didn't expect that it was for that reason. She'd be third wheeling them for the rest of her life, she sighs.

"Where's Kim Dokja now?"

"..In his dorm. The code's ■■■■."

She knew that once Yoo Joonghyuk got attached, he wasn't going to let go of him that easily.

"But, I am going over with you. I'm not going to let you make out with him, AGAIN. No way."

"That was only once. He's a shitty kisser, by the way. Shittier than that 3149 chapter long novel."

Yoo Joonghyuk finds himself subconsciously smiling.

Soon after, they arrive in the Hufflepuff dorms, and Kim Dokja's housemates stare at the duo weirdly. However, no one tries to kick them out, because even if all of them team up, the duo would kick their asses, and the newly-famous Kim Dokja would get upset.

Soon after, Kim Dokja comes down from the rooms to see Yoo Joonghyuk and Han Sooyoung, and awkwardly mumbles an apology to the rest of his housemates, knowing full well that they were not going to leave until someone kicks them out by force, and the someone was not going to be Kim

Dokja, unfortunately.

"Why are you both here..?"

"Because this bastard wanted to see you."

"Shut up, Kim Dokja."

"Uhh, right."

The trio hang out in the Hufflepuff common rooms, and Kim Dokja lost far too many games of <Star Stream>. Han Sooyoung cheated in far too many games, and Yoo Joonghyuk won way too many games based on either pure talent or pure luck.
