Devi POV
Devi had been dragged out (yet again) to that sticky, manky Wetherspoons in town. This time, they walked up to the bar and ordered much stronger drinks. She had actually gotten close to their roommates, and their whole dorm had come on this outing.
"Deviiiii, hurry up and make your choice," James whined, banging his head on the counter, much to the bartender's confusion.
"Okay, okay, stop stressing me- er, a margarita. Happy now, cunt?"
"Oh, don't be so miserable, Devs. Just smiilee-" He said that last part in a sing-songy tone, looking at Devi with a shit-eating grin.
"Did you just quote Lily Allen to me?" Devi questioned, genuinely concerned for her brother's music taste.
"So what if I did?" James chuckled, stand back upright. He was already acting drunk, she couldn't deal with more of this.
"Sirius, please make him shut up." Remus glared at James, then Devi, then Sirius.
"I fear I can't, love, you'd have to stop the world just to stop James." Sirius grinned and took a sip of his drink.
"Did you just quote fucking Chappell Roan?" Devi chuckled at the sheer stupidity of a gay man listening to lesbian music.
"How did you know that was Chappell Roan? I could've just said that, not knowing a thing. Maybe I'm a Chappell fan, but you're a big fat lesbian." He took another sip, leaning against the table.
"Okay, break it up guys. Sirius is gay, Devi is a big fat lesbian, happy days. Can we get to drinking now?" Remus cut in, ever the peace keeper, separating them as if there was a physical fight.
Devi sunk back into her seat, slightly embarrassed that this was the way they all found out. God, Sirius Black. What a dickhead.
11:25PM
They were all still there, though incredibly intoxicated. Remus was busy snogging Sirius, James was palling about with Regulus, and Lily was sat with Devi, them both eating a bowl of chips (with gravy, as Lily had insisted.)
"You know, personally, curry sauce is much better on chips than gravy," Devi said, licking a bit of gravy off her fingertips.
"I'm offended! My northern culture has been so disrespected."
"Oh, piss off, you have about as much culture as a hairbrush."
Lily chuckled, and went back to eating the chips. Devi glanced back at Sirius and Remus, who were still very aggressively smashing their faces together. Devi screamed (definitely turning a few heads), covering her eyes.
"Dios, you two! I'm tryna eat my chips over here! Get a room!"
Sirius looked up from Remus' face, and winked at her.
"Someone's jealous!"
"Oh fuck off, we've already very well established the fact that I'm a big fat lesbian."

Devi POV
Her alarm blared throughout the dorm room. Devi groaned, clicking the off button. Her head was pounding, but luckily (or not?) it wasn't a migraine. She was well and truly hungover. She probably threw up all over herself last night, because it stank. Atleast that was over with, she guessed.
She stood up and walked over to the kitchenette, where James was already cooking. The smell wafted through the air, slightly drowning out the stench of alcohol and bile.
Devi reached at James plate and stole his piece of bread, scarfing it down while he was too busy chatting to Sirius.
James gasped, swatting her hand away. "You bitch!" He yelled, causing Sirius to turn around and chuckle.
"You love me," Devi teased, finishing the last bite.
