"Mama, why was I born like this?'
{July 31st, 1987}
"Happy Birthday, Rosabel!" Petunia said with a smile on her face as she woke Rosabel up for the day, but then noticing that she was already awake and she was crying and looking out the window. Petunia instantly knew Vernon had something to do with it but what she heard her say next broke her heart.
"Mama, why was I born this way?" Rosabel asked, "Why can't I be normal like all the other kids..."
Rosabel had a birthday party the day before and had a strong burst of accidental magic that turned her friends blue, her being the only one unaffected. It had ended horribly and she lost a lot of her friends. She also wanted to dress more boyish and didn't like dresses or anything. Petunia was glad she had divorced Vernon years prior, because this would've ended badly for Rosabel. Petunia decided it was finally time she wrote to her dear friend Regulus, and introduced Rosabel to the Wizarding World, but first to comfort her.
"Its okay, Rose, your just unique, and thats okay. I'll always love you no matter what, okay?" Petunia hugged her and said to her with a soothing smile on her face.
"Okay, mama," Rosabel said wiping her eyes and sniffling a little.
"Good, now why don't you get dressed we're going somewhere special today," Petunia said before turning and walking out the door to her own room. She pulled out a piece of parchment and a quill with ink. She then started writing her letter to Regulus:
Dear Regulus,
It's been a while since we have last spoken. How are you? I would ask more, but there are more important matters to talk about. As I'm sure you know Rosabel, Lily and James' daughter is under my care. I think it's finally time I take her and Dudley to Diagon Alley and introduce them to magic and I was wondering if you could accompany us. I'd also like if you talked to Rose, she's been acting like you did when you were younger when it came to clothing and hair. I think she might also be trans like you, my dear friend. Also feel free to bring Sirius and Remus, I'm sure they'd love to see her. I heard how they reacted when they found out about Lily and James giving her away. That's all for now.

Petunia finished writing the letter and sent it off before leaning back in her chair and letting out a sigh, remebering all they had gone through together, and all Rosabel had to deal with already at such a young age.
{July 31st, 1984}
Petunia had just recieved the daily prophet for the day. It was Rosabel's birthday, but her parents Lily and James seemed to have forgotten that. Not even a letter was sent, but it seems that apparently they were too busy with Charlus, and palnning his extravagent 4th birthday. It was ridiculous really. She was still mad that Lily abandoned one of her kinds in favor of another. She was taken out of her train of thought when she heard Vernon yelling and Dudley and Rosabel screaming and she quickly went downstairs and froze in horror at the sight, Vernon was beating up Rosabel for no reason at all so Petunia told Dudley to call the police and hurry while she went and did her best to pull Vernon off of Rosabel. It was horrible. How could he do this to someone? A child none the less...
When the police arrived Petunia decieded to call her divorce lawyer and kicked Vernon out and sent him the divorce papers. She wouldnt tolerate this. It was her final straw with him.
{July 31st, 1987}
Rosabel got ready quite quickly and walked down the hall to Dudley's room to wake him up. She smiled and giggled and jumped on him saying, "Dudley! Wake up its my birthday!!"
She was always happy around her brother in situations like this and she was excited to see where Petunia was going to take them.
[With Petunia]
Petunia heard a slight scratching on the window and saw a barn owl on the window sill with a response to her letter to Regulus so took it from the owl and read it. It said:
Dear Petunia,
I'd love to accompany you on your trip, and Sirius and Remus want to, too. I'm so glad you reached out after so long, and I'll take to Rosabel about it if you want, and we must cath up on these past few years. I'm sure Sirius and Remus couild entertain the kids while we catch up. Remus is very excited to and I quote, "to see my pup again" those were his exact words. Also, I hope you don't mind is Narcissa's boy Draco and Evan and Barty tag along, they want to see you too, and I'm babysitting Draco.

Petunia was so glad he was okay with it, she set the letter down and went downstairs to wait for the kids.
[Dudley and Rosabel]
"Dudley! Moms, taking us out, wake up, and hurry up and get dressed," Rosabel said impatiently, she couldn't wait to see where their going.
"Okay, okay, Rose, I'll hurry up, but could you please leave so I can change?" Dudley asked.
Rosabel nodded before quickly leaving and going downstairs to meet up with Petunia and wait for Dudley.
{London, England}
Rosabel was holding Petunia's hand and looked up and saw a pub called the Leaky Caudron. Petunia led her and Dudley inside, it was very cool. Petunia led them to the back to a brick wall.
"Mama? Did we come here to just see a brick wall?" Rosabel asked Dudley nodding in agreement
"Don't worry we didn't just give me a moment," Petunia said before tapping the bricks in a certain sequence and the wall opened. Dudley and Rosabel were in shock at what they saw on the other side...
