Arcades
School's finally out now, and I've finished my last year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and honestly that makes me really upset, as I won't get to see Kellin next year, since he'll still be at school, and I won't be. He's still got one year to go, while I'm stuck at home, or working at some job that I pretty much now need to find.
Surprisingly Kellin's parents are okay with their son dating me, and even though I've only met them like, twice now that school's out, they've already started to like me, and approve of me. Thankfully his parents pretty much stopped talking with Oliver's parents altogether once they learnt of what Oliver did to Kellin. Though there's something that honestly pisses me off, and that's that Oliver's parents don't even seem to care about the fact that their son raped and abused someone. I mean, I know he's their son and all, but you'd at least think they'd have the decency to be mad at him for what he did to another person, but I guess not.
I knew this would happen before I even introduced Kellin to my parents, but my mother pretty much as soon as Kellin walked in the front door of the house, she liked him, telling me I've found the right guy, and that I better not do anything to lose him. Honestly, there's absolutely no way that I've ever do something to hurt or lose Kellin, I believe he's my soulmate, and I'm not giving him up for anything.
Currently, Kellin's staying at my place, and to say that I'm surprised that he hasn't been around a lot of muggle stuff for almost all of his life, would be a lie. He's been raised with little to no muggle stuff, and honestly that must suck, as there's a lot of cool stuff that he's missing out on, he hasn't even been to an arcade before, so that's where I'm planning on taking him later, out to the local arcade so he can experience what the muggle kids our age do for fun.
"Vic." Kellin sighs, rolling onto his side on my bed next to me. "I'm bored!" He whines. "Can we go do something?"
I look down at him to find him pretty much looking bored out of his mind with nothing really much to do right now. "Don't worry." I say. "I'm taking you out to the local arcade later." I promise him.
He looks confused at that, sitting up and looking at me with a face of confusion. "The arcade?" He asks. "What's that exactly?"
"Okay, I honestly thought you'd know at least what the arcade is." I say, shaking my head. I knew there's a few muggle stuff that he doesn't know what they are, but I didn't really think he'd not know what the arcade was. "It's where a lot of teenagers our age and younger go to hang out and play video games." I explain.
Yet after that, he still looks a little confused, not that I expected him to know straight away what I mean by that though, he's a pureblood wizard, and has lived knowing little to no muggle stuff.
"You've never read about them in any books?" I ask.
He shakes his head. "Honestly, I don't even know if I have or not." He admits. "I've never exactly read any books by muggle authors before."
"Alright." I decide, getting up off my bed, before walking over to my closet and grabbing out a jacket, slipping it on before looking over at Kellin. "I'm taking you out now." I say.
Honestly, I just want him to experience what all the muggle teenagers do for fun, and I don't even care how many questions he'll ask me about everything, I just want him to see what it's like for the non-magical folk round here.
Excitedly, he gets up off my bed, slipping on a jumper, before we leave the house once we've got everything we need, and we're walking down the streets into town, where he'll have his first experience with non-magic related stuff.

"So, how do these work exactly?" Kellin asks, standing in front of a Pacman machine, trying to figure out what he's meant to do. "Vic, this is confusing!" He whines.
I chuckle at him, before slipping a coin into the money slot on the side of the machine, showing him how to do it while I'm at it, but when the game starts playing music, he jumps back in fright, hiding his face in my shoulder.
"Hey, it's okay." I assure him. "It's just the music soundtrack to the game." I tell him, as he moves away from me, his cheeks red with embarrassment as he looks around us.
I then show him how to work the game, standing behind him, and guiding his hands along on the controller things, which helps him get the hang of things, and he seems to be enjoying himself, even though Pacman is kind of a boring game, but that doesn't seem to bother him.
After a few hours, we've both played tons of the other games in here, Kellin seemingly enjoying every minute of it, and we're now just walking down the street with an ice cream each as we make our way to the local park to just sit and hang before I take him to the bookstore.
"Vic." He starts, once we're sitting underneath the shade of a tree in the park. "I really like this." He says. "Thank you, for everything you've done for me."
I pull him closer to me carefully till he's sitting in my lap. "You're welcome, darling." I say. "I'd do anything for you."
This causes him to smile, and he turns round in my hold, and kisses me. I kiss him back, enjoying the feeling of his lips against mine. This boy is the sweetest, kindest boy I've ever met, and I'd do anything for him.
"I wish this day could last forever." He sighs, pulling away from me and resting his head on my shoulder. "This is the most fun I've ever had, and I'm glad I get to spend it with you."
I smile at that. "So am I." I say, kissing the top of his head. "I wish this day could last forever."
I'd live this day over and over if I could, just to spend time with the most amazing guy ever, Kellin Quinn Bostwick.
