Jay popped back into the room suddenly. "Sorry, the author made a change, so I'll be adding more people in and then we'll be gin viewing soon."
"What do you mean by author?" Hermione asked
"I'm just breaking the fourth wall, don't mind me. Alright, I'n adding the new people now." Three new people appeared into the room.
"Where are we?" asked Snape.
"You three are joining this lot to react to something. It might take a while, but I scheduled this purposefully, as to not affect studies etc."
"You said you'd bring us here to react, but who are you?" questioned Lupin.
"You can call me Jay. I've taken your wands, don't worry, you'll get them back after we've finished, I just don't want someone to die or something." Jay said before they could protest. "Please get yourselves situated, then we can begin."
Snape went to go sit with the other teachers, and Sirius and Lupin went to sit next to Harry and his friends.
The words Starting Now appeared on screen.
It was a bright, sunny day in Musutafa, and UA high school was busy. The teachers were preparing for something, but they didn't know what. "Staff meeting in my office please!" a voice called over the loudspeaker. Sat in the office was a rat (was he a rat, no one could tell) with a steaming cup of tea on the desk in front of him. Several people entered the room. "Ah, glad you could all make it on time. We have a few things to discuss. First thing, is the Civil War simulation test. We will be starting that as of today. Aizawa, Vlad, you will hand these packets to your students today. But before we get to the packets, we need to sort leaders. I already have a suggestion on the matter."
A black haired man with a grey scarf asked "What are your ideas, Principal Nedzu?"
"Ah, Shota, I'm glad you asked! I was thinking, since last year we had two 1b students be leaders, it would be 1a's turn. I suggest Bakugo as leader of the heroes, and Midoriya for the villains." Everyone looked at Nedzu, shocked.
"And sir, may I ask, what was your reasoning for this?" asked a thin man with blonde hair.
"Well, All Might, they have some issues to resolve, and they are the two leaders of 1a, so to speak. I would be looking forward to see how they tackle the situation. I also think this will help Midoriya come out of his shell a bit."
"Well, I certainly think that it would be interesting." said Aizawa.
"I'm on board with it as well." said Vlad.
"Well, since you are the teachers of their classes, I think that's settled then. Shota, this is the hero team leader packet, and this is the villain team leader packets. The rest are general rules for the other students. When you hand them out put them face down. After that, it is entirely their decision what they do with them. Classes for the next two weeks will be cancelled for them. If any of them recruit students from other classes, they won't be allowed to skip, however, their team leader can borrow them from a class. Is that all clear?"
"Yes Nedzu." the staff chorused
"Alright, take your packets and go to your classes. The bell's about to go."
In 1a's classroom ~
"Alright class, settle down." said Aizawa. "In one week, the yearly Civil War exercise will be starting. The staff have already chosen the leaders of each team. I will hand out packets containing the rules. Once you have them, do what you want with them. Your classes this week have been cancelled to allow you preparation time for the exercise. Use this time wisely." Aizawa started handing out the packets.
Izuku's POV
Aizawa has started handing out packets. I wonder if I'm going to be a team leader. I doubt it. Oh, he's already gotten to me. I'll save this to open in my dorm. I don't want people to see if I'm a leader. If I am I should keep it secret depending what team I'm on.
"Right, all the packets have been handed out. Go and do what you want with them. You and you alone are responsible for your choice starting now." Aizawa said. I got up and left the room, heading to the dorms. I ignored all the people staring at me as I left the room. I made it to the dorms and practically sprinted to my room, locking the door shut behind me. Then, I took the packet out of my bag and started to read.

"Well, that was certainly interesting." said Dumbledore.
"Yes, I wonder what the reason is for this Civil War exercise." stated McGonagall.
"They didn't seem to be carrying wands. And some of them didn't look like normal people. Some of them had extra limbs and stuff." said Ron.
"I wonder if they're also a magical school." Harry wondered.
"Well, I certainly haven't heard of this 'UA', I don't think it is a magical school." said Voldemort, who looked happy to be shooting down Harry's ideas.
"We'll just have to wait and see I suppose." Lupin sighed.
"Right everybody. I have refreshments, bathrooms, bedrooms, basically everything you might want or need, so make yourselves comfortable before the next chapter." Jay announced.
"After hearing this, everybody got up and started making themselves feel at home.
