In this universe, Tatsumi Port Island and Yokohama are the same place, It’s just Yokohama
Quirks, Abilities, and Personas are all different things
You can not have both a persona and a quirk, or a persona and an ability, or a quirk and ability
They don’t work
Persona 3 wise, this is set in a universe where Kotone and Makoto are twins
They both had two halves of the Nynx avatar in them.
Aigis split them on accident.
They merged into one being when they remember they were the Avatar and still died, and kotone ended up being the seal.
The triparty system is in fact the Quadparty system.
But that isn’t common knowledge
Mitsuru’s father had been there (So it’s mori fukuzawa and Kijrou)
Makoto is a Shadow Operative
The Shadow Operatives, although being a branch of the Yokohama government, had no direct involvement with the DOA arc (which never really happened cus like, Fyodor and Fukuchi died)

Makoto Yuki and Aegis had been called, with the duo Shin Soukoku, to go figure out what was happening with the hero society
(Basically think a stereotypical bsd x mha plot with persona)
All four of them live in the same apartment right near UA
It is a four bedroom two bath. Atsushi had first found it too much, but with both the Port Mafia and Kirijiro Group funding the mission, he quickly shut up.

Quirk: ‘Wild Card’
User can summon beings from seemingly thin air, pulling many versatile ‘creatures’, from myth to pop culture. These beings can do a multitude of things. Has to be under the assumption to face death, and uses a specialized ‘Evoker’ to summon by will.
Class: 1-A
Notes: Student is quiet and aloof, but great at most classes, although doesn’t like to follow simple rules they deem “unimportant.” Could be a set up to be rivals or friends with one ‘Shoto Todoroki.’
Entrance Exam: Had gotten an A- on the written portion, and had gotten 60 villain points and 18 rescue points, landing him in 2nd place.

Quirk: ‘Machination’
Quirk gives user the appearance of an android, with unique features
Class: 1-B
Notes: Has a friendship to class 1-A student ‘Makoto Yuki’, they seem to be friends. She is related to the Kirjirou group.
Entrance Exam: Had Full marks During Written portion, and had gained 55 villain points and 10 Rescue Points, placing her 5th and tying her with one ‘Itsuka Kendo’.

Quirk: ‘Rashomon’
Rashōmon enables the user to freely manipulate the shape and properties of their clothing.
Class: 1-A
Notes: Has a unique bond and trust with class 1-A Student ‘Atsushi Nakajima’. To others, he is cold and rude. Asked for modifications on school uniform to have a longer tail.
Entrance Exam: Had gained a high C in written portion of exam. And gained 85 villain points and zero rescue points, tying him for first place with one ‘Atsushi Nakajima.’

Quirk: ‘Beast Beneath the Moonlight.’
Beast Beneath the Moonlight gives Atsushi the ability to transform into a white tiger, while simultaneously giving him extreme regenerative powers.

Notes: Has a unique bond and trust with class 1-A student ‘Ryuunosuke Akutagawa’. Friendly and kind to most peers.
Entrance Exam: During Written portion of Exam, had gotten a low C. He gained 15 villain points and 70 Rescue Points, tying him for first place with one ‘Ryuunosuke Akutagawa’
