“Casey, is it true you were her friend?” The munchkin asked. The question was out of left field. Nevertheless, Casey tried to keep her voice steady. “Yes,” the munchkin citizens gasped. “I mean I did know her. As in our paths did cross at Shiz university.

Casey screamed with joy as her boat pulled into Shiz harbor. She had worn her most terrific outfit for orientation day. A striped light pink blazer with a long skirt to match, and to top it off a pink beret. Her dads had pulled some strings to get her permission to wear a specialized uniform instead of the hideodious navy blue one. She had also packed nearly her entire wardrobe. The boat came to a stop. Casey stepped off the boat as a staff member unloaded her luggage to take to her room.
“Remember to write.” Isaac said, “And don’t get into any trouble,” Antonio advised. “Yes yes I will remember to do all that stuff.” Casey stated. “Alright,” they said as they hugged her. They made their way onto the boat as it departed. “They are gonna miss me” Casey said as soon as the boat was out of sight. Suddenly, a voice came from behind. She turned around, the voice belonging to a boy of tan complexion with a bowl cut.
“My father doesn’t even know I left.” He said sheepishly. He held out his hand for a hand shake. “Oh I haven’t introduced myself. Marvin Ellis, from Munchkinland.” Casey awkwardly shook his hand. “Well Martin, I hope you have a great orientation.” she said as she rushed away. Her inviting nature was both a blessing and a curse. Out of the corner she saw two familiar faces.
“Brooklyn! Tai!” even in the commotion of the corridor, she could recognize them anywhere. She ran and pulled them into a tight hug. “How have you two been?” Casey asked, having not seen them since graduating. “Good, what about you?” Brooklyn chatted. “Splendiferous,” Casey sang. “And you Tai?” “I’ve been through,” Tai professed. “I’m sorry to hear that.” she put a hand on her heart. Suddenly the crowd went silent and Tai and Brooklyn looked like they had seen a ghost. Casey turned around to see what everyone had been looking at where lo and behold, a girl with green skin, afro puffs, and glasses stood before her.
