Chapter 9
Harry caught Ginny in his arms and they fell over on the ground, Ginny straddling Harry's legs. She was peppering his face with kisses and crying so hard, but Harry didn't mind. He kissed her back and to be honest, he was crying as well. After so many years Voldemort was finally gone.
Everyone else was celebrating Voldemort's defeat and not paying attention to Harry and Ginny which they were extremely grateful for.
Even though they had just learned about Voldemort and everything that had happened, Ben, Rey and Luke joined in the celebration. Luke couldn't help but remember how they had celebrated when Palpatine had been defeated. It was similar in so many ways, except the fireworks that was being set off was due to magic.
Harry and Ginny had finally gotten off the ground, but Ginny was still clinging to Harry's hand as they approached the three Jedi. "Thank you for all your help" Harry said as he shook Luke's hand.
"You're most welcome Harry" Luke replied and smiled at Ginny. "Now that it's over, do you want me to bring him here?"
Harry knew he was talking about Sirius and he smiled. "No. I've actually been thinking. After everything that has happened, I would like a fresh start."
Ginny frowned. "What do you mean?"
"I mean Gin, that I want to go back to where Luke, Ben and Rey are from; but only if you will come with me."
"We would love to have you" Rey said. "Plus, Ginny would be able to help me learn some of those fighting techniques that she used during the battle."
Ben snorted. "You don't have a wand."
"You know" Luke began. "The force is similar when you stop and think about it. I'm sure that Ginny would be able to teach others defensive strategies. But why don't we let Ginny come for a visit and see if she would like to live there?"
"Can we come?" Fred asked as he and Hermione joined the five.
"Absolutely " Luke replied. "Anyone else would be more than welcome as well."
As it was the only ones that wanted to go was Fred, George; only because he didn't want to be separated from his twin, Hermione, Harry and Ginny. Ron decided to stay behind and help with the clean up and rebuilding. Remus and Tonks also wanted to go and Harry smiled to himself at the surprise that was waiting for Remus.
Once everyone was ready, McGonagall and Flitwick helped send them on their way.
Sirius Black was pacing the floor Infront of Leia and Han. They had given up on trying to keep him occupied and entertained after Harry's departure.
Han was sitting near the door and he heard a thud and several voices crying out in pain. He smirked recognizing his son's and brother-in-law's voices. One, Ben must have hit his head on the pole outside and Luke must have fell into a wall or something equally painful. He jumped to his feet and opened the door and started laughing at the sight.
Luke was on the floor and Ben had fallen on top of his uncle. Rey, Harry, two girls and two boys were standing and laughing at the sight. Luke kept trying to get up, but his legs were entangled with Ben's and Everytime one of them would try to get up, they fell over again.
"Well, well, well, what do we have here?" Han asked barely containing his laughter. Leia and Sirius had finally heard the commotion and came out to see what was going on.
"Sirius?" Remus whispered barely believing his eyes. Tonks mouth fell open as she looked at her cousin. "Sweet merlin" she exclaimed.
Sirius didn't pay attention to Remus or Tonks, his eyes was on his godson. "Harry."
Harry grinned and ran to his godfather. "It's over. He's gone."
"About time also" Remus added drawing Sirius' attention to his best friend. "Remus" Sirius cried as he rushed over to him. Tonks moved just in time, but she fell into a pile of boxes that Han had stacked up next to the wall for his next supply run. Ginny and Hermione fell into each other laughing hysterically.
"I see you're still clumsy" Sirius said.
"And I see you still need a haircut" Tonks replied.
"No one touches my hair" Sirius cried as Tonks produced some scissors and started chasing him around the room. George and Fred joined everyone in laughing as they watched Tonks jump on Sirius, tackling him to the floor. After what seemed like ages, she finally wrestled him into a chair that Leia had produced in record time and she was cutting his hair. She promised she wouldn't cut off to much.
While she worked, Sirius asked question after question on what happened. When Harry got to the part where Narcissa lied to Voldemort about him being dead, Sirius about fell off his chair.
Tonks was just about through when Fred noticed a strange gleam in Hermione's eyes and he glanced at George who noticed at the same time. They didn't have long to wait when Hermione reached into her beaded bag and pulled out a small bottle. "Tonks, I have some ointment here you can use" she said when Tonks made a statement she wished she had some moisturizer with her.
Remus noticed the bottle when Tonks took it and had to hit his lip to keep from laughing. Sirius was so oblivious about what was going on that he didn't know what Tonks was doing. As she rubbed the oil in, Tonks noticed it had a different smell to it and she glanced at the bottle that was given to her. Her eyes found Hermione's and the young girl grinned. "Just about done" Tonks said as she grabbed her wand.
Once she was completed, she cleaned Sirius' back off with the cloth that Leia had handed to her at the beginning. "You didn't style it" Fred said causing George to laugh.
"I'm not good at styling" Tonks said.
"No worries" Hermione added with a smirk. "I can do it."
By now Harry, Luke, Ben and Rey who had been describing the battle noticed Sirius' hair. Rey's mouth fell open while Luke's and Ben's eyes widened. Harry had to turn his face to hide his amusement as Hermione went to work. She whispered to Tonks on what to get from her bag as she started combing Sirius' hair. By the time she got done, Sirius' hair was bright pink with purple ribbons. Hermione had managed to put little braids around the top part of his head.
"Looking good, Siri" Remus said biting back a laugh.
"Thanks. Hate to admit it, but it does feel better."
"Leia, do you have a mirror?" Luke asked. Leia grinned and produced said mirror handing it to Sirius. Everyone sat forward as Sirius took the mirror and looked at his reflection. "GOOD GODRIC WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY HAIR?"
Hermione and Tonks fell over each other laughing hysterically as Sirius ran from the room. To Harry, it felt good to laugh after years of having to look over his shoulder.
