Chapter 5
The next few months were a mad rush around for Harry. The first thing he did was have a conversation with Death about this new world he would be traveling to so he could make sure all of his preparations were completed and he could settle down nicely into the new world he would be living in.
“So Death, does this new world use the same currency that we use here?”
“Hmmm well they use the same muggle currency that is used in that world and some places do use pure gold as a form of currency but they are on different planets kind of.”
“ Okay so I'm going to head to Gringotts today to convert say 80% of my money into muggle money then sell off all my properties to the goblins for let’s say 20% under market value and have that in muggle currency. I’m going to need to buy a whole lot of potion ingredients. Or should I grow my own? I don't plan on coming back here so if I leave anything behind I won’t be able to anymore. I’ll also need creatures then. Hmmm maybe i can take them with me any ideas Death?”
“I could always enchant an object like a trunk to be its own mini-dimension so you could adjust the temperatures and the environments to be optimal for the growth of the plants and make them ideal habitats for the creatures living there.”
“You can do that?”
“It would be very easy for me and then you can take them with you wherever you go and will have access to them constantly and they will live long happy lives.”
“ Okay yeah well do that i’ll take Buckbeak with me and we can take a trip around the world and take endangered species with us and we'll save animals from poachers and itll be so good well have our own little world full of the animals here and take them with us and ill be able to brew some amazing potions i'm so excited.”
A few months later
“So I have my own menagerie of animals and a greenhouse of plants Neville would be jealous of stored inside my trunk . I have had most of my money converted and placed into bottomless trunks and have left the Weasley’s and Hermione a 1000 Galleons each to do with as they please. I have also left Ron and Hermione Grimmauld's place to live together. Said my goodbyes to Remus and Sirius. Sold off all my other properties Kreacher, Dobby ,Winky and a few of the other elf's I found around the world without families are coming with me and are happy to look after the plants and animals.
I think I'm ready to go to Death.”
