He hushed in his Dorm in the hopes of some privacy, but Fred and Lee were already there. “Hey, Georgie! Lee and I are planning to prank Flint. We thought of a pair of Bunny ears, like in that muggle magazine. But in pink for that fag.”
There was a rumour going around that Marcus Flint, the Slytherin Quidditch Captain, was kissing a Boy in the Changing rooms after the Gryffindor Slytherin Match. George doesn’t think it was true. Not because he thinks Flint can’t be gay, but because he can’t be affectionate to anybody.
But Fred and kind of also Lee made Flint now the center of all their pranks and they are getting more and more hurtful. George never thought that his Twin can be that homophobic, since it is an open secret to them that Charlie is also gay.
Now George thinks his Nailpolish is a bad idea. He doesn’t know how Fred will react to it or what his other siblings at Hogwarts would say about it. What is when they assume he is also a queer? And suddenly George is not sure if he is not in fact a queer. He quickly got himself together to respond to Fred. “You mean the Playboy bunny? Then you should also give him the bow tie.” George hide his Hands in his pockets.
After they finished panning the prank on Flint George couldn’t bear it any longer hearing the hate comments of his brother, so he took his broom to fly some quick rounds on the pit. Why was Fred so homophobic? It’s true that their Mother made plans for the future of her children and there is no place for a queer relationship. He assumes that’s why Bill and Charlie both went in abroad countries. Molly also nearly disowned Charlie because he said he has no plans to marry a Woman in near time. George guessed that he is probably gay anyway, as for Bill he is not sure. He had at least one girlfriend but he don’t seem straight either. Why does Fred not see that? That his older Brothers are queer to, their idols. That his Twin is one to.
George stops, is he really a queer? He never had interest in any Girls jet, but he was only fourteen. Well Fred has already a Girlfriend but not everyone in their age has an interest at Dating. So that means nothing. But what if he really likes Boys? Would Fred also react that way when he knew that George is gay? There it is again, George thought of himself as gay. Was he really? He probably has at least some interest in Boys. Anderson from fifth year Ravenclaw was really good looking, but that was just objective, like Oliver is also good looking.
As he was thinking of Oliver, George spotted his Captain behind the Gryffindor stands with an other person with flaming read hair. Percy. Nothing unusual they are friends, but something feels off. Maybe it’s because they are standing really close, but again they are friends, never mind they are kissing now. So even Perce is queer. George flew away before the two had seen him.
Even Percy got his head out of his arse and admitted to himself that he likes Boys. He even got himself a Boyfriend as it seemed. Just George was sitting on his broom, knowing that he is gay but to scared to admit it because of his homophobic Twin and his most likely also homophobic Mother. Even if all his older brothers are queer and he is sure that Ginny has a crush on that blonde Ravenclaw Girl, Lovegood ore something.
So yes, George Weasley is gay.
