Pt is paranoid, reported seeing and hearing people who were reported to be dead, and refused to elaborate on if he knew they were real or not. Pt was hostile and avoidant during intake, refusing to answer any direct questions.

Pt became distressed by visions of ‘Lucifer’ and refused to accept that hallucination wasn’t real - pt became violent and aggressive when removed from brother. Sedated at intake.

Patient admitted himself after a violent episode that led to his friend becoming injured. Patient claims that he needs to kill the Solider, though denies any suicidal ideation. During intake, patient was agitated, distressed, and required extensive de-escalation. Staff was injured while attempting to sedate patient. 

Recommended Immediate Interventions:

Upon admission, patient was compliant, manic, hyperactive. Pt requested access to his guitar or he would ‘blow the lid off the whole operation’.
