Chapter 11
The USWNT went to Rio and came back with gold around their necks. The NWSL was still going on the girls went back to there club teams to finish out the season. As well to help with the wedding planning of two engaged couples. That was most difficult thing to plan since the couples where not in the same city at the same time.
The USWNT was split in two one half helped Krashlyn and the other helped Talex. The team was divided up by who ever was closes to the brides to be.
Team Krashlyn: Christen, Julie, Whitney, Crystal, Becky, Moe, Kling, Alyssa
Team Talex: Kelley, Hope, Arod, Lauren,Syd, HAO, Carli, Pinoe
Each team had 8 of their teammates so 4 would go with one bride and the other 4 would go with the other. Since they where all on off season they got together in a neutral city to do all the shopping they needed to do as well for mortal support.
The city they choose was New York since it has the most fashion designers to choose from and the girls loved New York as well. They decided they would start on the opposite sides the city for each couple. Ali and Tobin were on one side and Ashlyn and Alex on the other end. The girls decided they would meet up for dinner at 6 to continue wedding planning.
Everyone thought Ali & Alex would the most undeceive when it came to choosing their dress and would spend hours and hours looking for THE ONE. However it wasn’t like they thought they walked into the a couple of stores tried on a 2-3 at each one and then choose the final dress it was quick and easy. So they went ahead and began to advance on the other wedding things.
Julie loved to see her girlfriend so excited about the wedding planing that they were assisting on. They stayed close during their whole time with Ali whispering things into each others ear loud enough for only Press or JJ to hear. Julie had decided not to wear her promise ring for the fact that if by any chance she took it off and someone grabbed it to look at it they would see the engraving. ~ C.P. #23 <3 ~ However Christen always wore her locket necklace since it didn’t look like a locket.
It turned out to be the longest day ever for the girls who went with Ashlyn and Tobin to pick out theirs tux. They were so picky about the style, the color and the fabric it was made out of. They hardest choice was choosing between tie and a bow tie for the wedding.
Their wasn’t much alone time for the couples who were not out yet. The most they had been able to do is cuddle up with each other when they had decided to make it a movie night.
That day had given the two couples that were dating a pre-view for of their wedding of their own in the future.
