The Princess And The Frog
“This is not funny!”
Loki’s voice could be heard throughout the top floor of the tower, everyone stood around him attempting not to laugh….alright they were all laughing quite openly at the figure that stood before them.
“How exactly did this happen?” Tony inquired through a calmer fit of snickers.
“A spell I was attempting went wrong.” Loki huffed in response.
“Brother you are a frog!” Thor exclaimed.
“Thank you for pointing out the obvious Thor!” The green amphibian hissed.
“Any idea on how to fix this?” Clint asked, “Not that I mind the nuisance being a frog but he might be harder to manage in this smaller state.”
“Well we could always put him in a nice tank, maybe get him a couple female frogs to spend time with, the whole shebang.” Tony suggested.
“You are not putting me in another cage!”
“Calm down frogger, he was only joking.” Natasha remarked with her arms crossed.
“Do you have any idea how to fix this?” Bruce asked, repeating the earlier question.
“I have a theory based on one of your Midgardian tales.” Loki said with a sigh.
“Please tell me he’s not thinking what I think he’s thinking.” Tony said, staring between everyone around the frog Loki.
“It could work.” Steve commented with a shrug, “But there’s only one way to find out.”
“Well we all know who this theory should be tested on.” Tony said, clapping his hands together and preparing for a good show, “Now where is [n/n]?”
“To your six o’clock tin man.” A feminine voice said smoothly as a [h/c] haired woman joined the group, “Now what theory is it you want to test on me exactly?”
“Kiss this frog!” Thor ordered, holding out Loki, who thankfully remained silent through the ordeal, to her.
“You’re kidding me right?” [Y/N] sighed, “Thor, I don’t know what these idiots have been telling you,” She sent a quick glare in Tony and Clint’s direction, “but frogs do not turn into princes.”
“Humor him would ya?” Nat requested, raising an eyebrow.
“Fine.” The “lucky lady” said with a sigh as she took the frog, who seemed to be scowling, from the thunder God and gave it a kiss.
In a puff of green smoke the frog in her hands was replaced by a tall scowling mischievous God.
“I guess he can never deny that he loves her now.” Steve said with wide blue eyes.
“Wait, doesn’t this mean they’re supposed to live happily ever after?” Tony laughed.
“There’s nothing happy about having to deal with Loki.” Clint huffed.
“Wait, wait, wait!” [Y/N] exclaimed as she tried to make sense of the situation, “What the hell just happened?”
“You my sweet Midgardian, just became a princess.” Loki said then walked passed her.
“What?”
Cue everyone bursting into fits of uncontrollable laughter.
