I lost myself that night

I threw it all away

(First Name) had never seen another child near her age until she met Touya. 

“(First Name),this is Touya,” The old woman croaked out as she pointed at the child beside her. “You’re to be friends with him from now on,got it?”

“Yes ma’am.” The child told her,bowing to her. A hand flew across her face instantly,the force causing her to step back. 

“Now tell me where you went wrong!” The woman snarled angrily,grabbing the child’s throat and lifting her in the air when she didn’t reply immediately. “I told you to tell me where you went wrong!”

Little Touya watched in silent shock. While his father had always been violent,he’d never expected to see this level of aggression in another adult. He watched as the little girl was choked,the woman throwing her to the side of the room and kicking her in the side. 

“I ordered you to tell me what you did wrong,you brat!” The woman screamed. (First Name) just laid on the floor,letting out a little whimper when she was kicked once again. Before another kick could come,the door to the room was opened once again. Touya’s whole body felt like ice when he felt the overwhelming presence of the new guest in the room,though he didn’t dare to look at her.  

“Ichiyami,that’s enough,” The younger woman warned. “(First Name)’s a valuable asset. Even if she’ll heal up quickly,you don’t get to beat her.” 

“Forgive me,Ms.Miyagi!” Ichiyami said,bowing quickly. 

“Good girl. Now leave,” Miyagi ordered,her voice as cold as ice. She watched as the older woman hurried out,walking over to the fallen child calmly. “Ne,(First Name),do you want her dead for hurting you?” 

“N.. No,mother..” Little (First Name) whimpered out,still clutching her stomach as she stared up at the woman. 

“And why don’t you want her dead?” Miyagi asked with a smirk as she picked the girl up and put her on her feet,ignoring Touya’s presence. 

“Be.. Because she’s not mine to kill. You choose what’s best,mother,” Little (First Name) said,her eyes widening and lighting up when her ‘mother’ patted her head. “Did I do good…?” 

“No,you did pretty bad,” Miyagi told the girl,grabbing her hair suddenly. “Now what do bad girls get..?” 

“They.. they get cut,” (First Name) murmured,wincing when the grip on her hair got tighter. “I’m sorry,mother! I’m sorry! They get cut!” 

“Good girl..” Miyagi said,releasing her. “Since you have a new friend today,I’ll leave you be. Be good.” 

“Yes mother..” (First Name) told her,trembling a little as she watched the woman walk out of the room. 

“Are you alright?” Touya asked once the woman was gone,finally feeling like he was able to breathe again. 

“Yeah..” Little (First Name) muttered,before giving him a bright smile. “I’m (First Name),by the way! Your name is Touya,right? What’s your story?” 

“My story..?” Touya asked,raising an eyebrow as he walked over to her. 

“Like,why are you here?” (First Name) asked,sitting down with her back against the wall and patting the spot beside her. 

“My father,Endeavor,sold me to them after my little brother was born because my Quirk isn’t good enough for me to become a hero,” Touya said as he sat beside her calmly,looking around the mostly barren room. While his father had been abusive,he had still grown up with toys,so seeing a child’s room like this felt wrong. “What’s your story?” 

“I dunno,” (First Name) said,looking up at the black ceiling. “Mother just always tells me that I’m important ‘cause of my Quirk.” 

“How old are you,anyways? I’m eight.” Touya asked,clenching his jaw a little at how calmly the girl spoke about the abusive woman. When he saw the look of confusion on her face,he let out a sigh. “When is your birthday?”

“I’ve never had a birthday,” (First Name) said,staring at him in confusion. “But mother’s birthday is on May fifteenth!” 

“I didn’t ask about that lady’s birthday,you moron,” Touya said,sighing. “So what exactly is this place?” 

“It’s my bedroom.” (First Name) answered as if he was the dumbest person alive. 

“I know that it’s your bedroom,but where are your toys? And your bed?” Touya asked,sighing a little. 

“Ah,mother and father let me play with the doctors sometimes!” (First Name) said,grinning at him. “What’s your Quirk,anyways?” 

“I can make fire,” Touya said,making a tiny blue flame appear on his finger as he looked over at her. “What about you?” 

“My blood helps heal people,and it keeps me safe. I can’t use it for protection right now,though.” (First Name) told him,looking down quietly. 

“Does it heal you as well?” Touya asked,tilting his head to the side. While he resented Endeavor for selling him off,the man had taught him about the importance of knowing strong Quirks,and (First Name)’s Quirk sounded strong. “Can you control blood?”

“Yeah,and that’s what mother calls it,” (First Name) muttered,a shiver ripping through her when the air conditioner turned on. The already cold room was starting to turn freezing,the girl pressed into Touya’s side because he felt warm. “Mother’s angry..” 

“She makes the room cold when she’s angry?” Touya asked as he wrapped an arm around her,(First Name) nodding and burying her face in his side. 

“S.. Sorry about mother..” (First Name) muttered,curling closer. “And about using you like a blanket..” 

“Don’t worry about it,my little sister used to do it all the time,” Touya said,looking around the room for a way to make it warmer. The windows were too high for either of them to reach even if he held her up,and he knew the door was locked. He didn’t know what to do to help her. “No matter how cold it gets,I can keep us warm if I have to.” 

“Thanks,Touya!” (First Name) told him,smiling up at him. 

After that day,Touya threw away the Todoroki name.

Then I went and caved in

(First Name)’s world was changed once again when Keigo Takami was thrown into her room two weeks later. 

“What is this place..?” Keigo asked (First Name) and Touya when he saw them,walking over quickly. 

 “It’s my bedroom,” (First Name) said,looking at his wings and reaching out to touch them curiously. “What are those things? They’re bird wings,right..? Did you steal them?” 

“(First Name),don’t touch him!” Touya told her,grabbing her hand and pushing her behind himself as he glared at the expressionless stranger. “Don’t you dare think of hurting us.”

“Hurting you..? I’m not here to hurt anyone. They brought me here so I could train as a hero,” Keigo told them,keeping his distance. He was curious about their stories,but he could tell the boy would attack if he got too close,so he kept his distance. “What are your names? I’m Keigo Takami,but the old lady said I have to go by ‘Hawks’ from now on.” 

“I’m (First Name),and this is Touya!” (First Name) said,peering out from behind Touya with a grin. “If you’re here to be a hero as well,then we’ll all be training together!” 

“(First Name),why do you have to trust someone like him immediately?” Touya asked the girl with a frown. “Haven’t you been taught not to talk to strangers?” 

“Mother wouldn’t put someone dangerous in here,Touya.” (First Name) said,walking over and holding her hand out to Keigo. “It’s nice to meet you,Keigo!” 

“It’s nice to meet you too..” Keigo said,shaking her hand awkwardly. He half-expected Touya to want to shake his hand as well,but when he held his hand out,the boy scoffed and walked off. 

In the two weeks since Touya’s arrival in her room,(First Name)’s ‘mother’ had begun filling the large room with things a normal child’s room had in it. The first things to be added were three little beds with blankets,along with a crate of what Touya explained to be ‘proper toys’. While Touya had said he was too old to carry around toys,(First Name) had been overwhelmingly excited. 

“Ah,want a toy?” (First Name) asked,her eyes lighting up as she walked over to the crate excitedly. “Touya’s toy is the bat,and mine is the puppy,but there’s one that looks like a bird that you can have!” 

“A toy?” Keigo asked as he followed her,looking into the mostly empty crate curiously. There were only a few stuffed animals left in the crate,but (First Name) seemed absolutely giddy to show him the stuffed hawk she had found.

“Look! It’s got pretty wings like yours!” She said,grinning at him. When she heard the door click open once again,she snapped her attention to the door,Touya doing the same. 

“(First Name),it’s time to get your blood drawn,” Miyagi called into the room. “So you had better play nice with Hawks while you two are alone,got it Touya?” 

“Yes ma’am..” Touya said,keeping his head down. The woman’s presence was bone chilling for both Keigo and Touya,but (First Name) just shoved the stuffed hawk in Keigo’s arms and ran over to her bed. 

“Mother,may I bring my stuffed animal?” The little girl asked,Miyagi giving her a harsh glare. 

“(First Name),you have three seconds to be out this door.” The woman growled out,the coldness in the room increasing tenfold. (First Name) scrambled to the door quickly,Miyagi slamming it shut after the girl was in the hallway. 

Both boys collapsed to the floor after the door was shut,struggling to breathe properly. Keigo had it worse off than Touya since he had never experienced the overwhelming pressure of Miyagi’s presence,but Touya was still terrified of the woman. 

“She.. Is she gonna be okay..?” Keigo asked once he caught his breath,looking over at Touya. “Is that woman really her mother?” 

“She’ll be fine,but I don’t know if that woman is her mother..” Touya said,taking one last deep breath before he finished steadying his breathing. “They take her blood once every other day from what I’ve seen,but I’ve only been here for two weeks..” 

“What have they been making you guys do?” Keigo asked,Touya shrugging. 

“They’ve just been making sure we’ve eaten and drawing (First Name)’s blood.. They said they need to stock up for when we start training.” The fiery boy told him honestly. He still didn’t trust Keigo,but he knew the boy was just as helpless as he and (First Name) were. 

Keigo just nodded and sat down,his wings wrapping around himself to keep himself warm,starting to wait patiently for (First Name) to return. 

“Hey,we need to keep (First Name) warm when she comes back,so can you help using your wings?” Touya asked,walking over awkwardly. “Unlike me,she doesn’t have a fire Quirk,and she obviously doesn’t have wings like yours,so she’s always really cold in here,and that scary lady won’t turn up the heat unless (First Name) starts feeling sick.” 

“I guess so,but I don’t know if my wings will be much help..” Keigo admitted,peering out through his feathers. “Why are you so worried about protecting her?” 

“She reminds me of my little sister.” Was all Touya said as he sat beside Keigo so they could wait together. 

“Oh.” Keigo said quietly. He could sense that he shouldn’t ask anymore questions about Touya’s past,so he stayed silent after that. 

When (First Name) was shoved into the room nearly two hours later,both boys hurried over to her. She was covered in bruises and cuts,the girl letting out a sniffle as she wiped at her eyes. 

“(First Name),what happened?” Touya asked,wrapping his arms around her and rubbing his back as he tried to calm her down. She just started crying harder,letting out a loud wail as she struggled in Touya’s grasp. 

“Let go of her!” Keigo said,grabbing Touya’s shoulder and pulling him back. “When someone’s like that,you shouldn’t grab them like that. You have to keep your distance and talk calmly.” 

“How would you know anything!?” Touya snarled,struggling to get out of Keigo’s grip and get back to the girl. 

“You’ve clearly never seen her like this before either!” Keigo snapped at him,struggling to hold the other boy back. “If you get close to her right now,you can make her have a panic attack,which would make it worse.”

“I’ll use my Quirk on you if you don’t let go!” Touya yelled,struggling against Keigo’s grip angrily. “You bastard,let go!” 

“I won’t let go!” Keigo shouted at him angrily,wrapping his wings around Touya to keep him in place. “You’ll make it worse for her if I do!” 

“Plea.. Please.. Please stop!” (First Name) sobbed out,both boys freezing up at that. Keigo let go of Touya,who fell to his knees but kept his distance from the girl. 

“I’m sorry,I just wanted to help.” Touya told her,unsure of what to do. 

“We’re both sorry,(First Name).. Hey,calm down,yeah? Just take a few deep breaths,alright?” Keigo soothed,sitting down beside Touya as he watched (First Name)’s injuries start to heal. “You’re safe now,(First Name). We’re both right here.” 

“No matter what,we’re both here.” Touya told her,clenching his fists as he watched her cry. Endeavor had told him he’d be useless as a hero,but he’d never felt as useless as he did in that moment. 

After a while of crying and struggling to catch her breath,(First Name) finally calmed down,sniffling and wiping her eyes. She had finally healed up,the girl just crawling over to both of them and hugging them tightly. She was completely exhausted from crying,so she didn’t feel strong enough to stand right now. 

“We’re right here,(First Name).” Touya told her,Keigo nodding as he wrapped his wings around both of his new friends. 

After that day,Keigo and Touya both tried to keep the adults from taking (First Name) away,but they were eventually convinced to calm down after they were promised (First Name) would never be hurt by them again.

(First Name) and the others were anxious when they were suddenly treated better after a month. They were given a new,giant room to play in,as well as a puppy and a kitten. 

“What should we name it..?” (First Name) asked curiously as she stared down at the puppy. 

“Don’t worry about naming it,they’re up to something.” Touya told her,knowing they shouldn’t get attached to the animals. During the last month,he had seen how vicious the adults were. He had heard the screams from the other rooms,and felt the overwhelming presence of Ms.Miyagi. He wouldn’t fall for it,and he didn’t want her to fall for it either. 

“Buttercup is the cat,” Keigo said,picking the kitten up calmly. “And the dog is Endy.” 

“I like those names!” (First Name) said,grinning as she ignored Touya’s warning. 

A month passed by like nothing had changed,with the trio being completely spoiled. When Touya finally began to relax and enjoy the company of the animals,the adults finally made their move. 

“(First Name),tell me their names again.” Miyagi ordered as she watched the little girl play with the kitten and the puppy. 

“The-” (First Name) began to speak,Miyagi smirking as she activated her hypnosis Quirk. 

“(First Name),go sit in the corner,” The woman ordered before turning to Touya and Keigo,Touya and Keigo watching in tense silence as their friend did as told. “You’re not to move until I allow it. You two,use your Quirks.” 

“Our Quirks…?” Keigo asked,tensing up. “What for?”

“Do it or I’ll force you to.” Miyagi growled,looming over them threateningly. 

“Fu-” Touya started to say,his expression suddenly going blank. The boy’s entire hand caught fire suddenly,making Keigo jump back. 

“Tou-” Keigo started to say,his expression going blank as well. He plucked one of his feathers and turned it into a ‘sword’,internally screaming as he tried to make himself stop moving. 

Touya and Keigo were both struggling to stop themselves as they killed both the puppy and the kitten,Miyagi releasing the trio from her hypnosis afterwards. Keigo and Touya both collapsed as they stared at the corpses of the animals,both boys trembling and trying not to vomit as they realized what they’d just done. 

“This is just the first time you two will be killing things,so prepare yourselves,” Miyagi told them,turning her attention to (First Name). “(First Name),you had to sit this one out because you’re not made for it,but pay careful attention. These are your friends,Hawks and Hellfire. Their names aren’t ‘Touya’ and ‘Keigo’ anymore,got it?” 

“The.. They’re still Touya and Keigo!” (First Name) snapped,trembling as she stared at the corpses of the dead animals and her terrified friends. “They’ll always be Touya and Keigo!” 

Miyagi started to stomp towards her,Keigo’s feathers surrounding (First Name) protectively. Along with Keigo’s feathers,a blue fire was spread in front of (First Name) protectively,the girl looking at them with wide eyes. Instead of getting angry like they thought she would,Miyagi seemed intrigued,and then scarily happy. 

“So you boys will move to protect her?” The woman asked as she looked at the shaking boys. Keigo glared at her as he protected Touya with his remaining wing,not wanting either of his friends hurt. Miyagi just threw her head back and laughed,deciding to back down for now. “Good,this gives me a new idea.. I’ll send the cleaners in here soon enough to dispose of those corpses.” She added,walking out casually. 

Once Miyagi was gone,both boys stopped their Quirks as (First Name) scrambled over to them. 

“Are you guys okay..?” The little girl asked worriedly. She couldn’t look at the dead puppy and kitten,knowing she’d get sick if she did. 

“I.. No,we’ll both be okay soon..” Touya muttered,taking a few deep breaths. His palms were a little burnt from his Quirk,but he didn’t care right now. (First Name) cared,though,and the little girl grabbed the feather Keigo was still clutching. It cut into her palm,the girl shoving it in Touya’s face. 

“Drink some,quickly.” She said,Touya freaking out and shoving her back. 

“Are you crazy?!” Keigo asked her,(First Name) shaking her head. 

“My blood will make his palm heal,” (First Name) told the boy,who just stared at her in shocked silence. “Now stick your tongue out,Touya.” She demanded. The boy reluctantly did as told,flinching at the metallic flavor of the blood as he swallowed it. 

By the time the cleanup crew came in,both of them were fully healed,the trio hiding in the corner and glaring at the adults like feral animals. They all knew they couldn’t trust the adults ever again.

(First Name),Touya,and Keigo spent the years until they turned twelve,or thirteen in Touya’s case,subjected to the whims of the adults,all three of them slowly becoming desensitized to murder. 

Since the trio no longer cried over killing animals,Miyagi started making them kill people. Keigo would always use a feather,Touya would always use his fire,and (First Name) would always use her blood. After only six months of killing people,the trio hardly hesitated anymore.  

Since the trio had adjusted to killing people,Miyagi gave the order to make them start torturing one another. 

When Keigo hesitated to kill a woman that was begging him to let her live,Touya was forced to burn him and (First Name) was forced to heal him so he could be burned once again. 

When Touya hesitated to use his Quirk on a woman that looked similar to his mother,Keigo was forced to attack him,and (First Name) was forced to heal him so he could be cut once again. 

When (First Name) hesitated to use her Quirk on a man who couldn’t even move,Touya and Keigo were both forced to hurt her,and (First Name)’s blood only led to her injuries healing so the process could be repeated. 

Despite constantly being forced to hurt each-other,the trio continued to grow closer,which Miyagi loved. While they were allowed to hurt each-other,Miyagi quickly realized none of the adults were allowed to so much as touch (First Name) anymore. If she sent a worker in to fetch her,both boys would kill the worker without hesitation,which just gave Miyagi more ways to use (First Name) as leverage against both of the boys. 

When Touya turned 16,and (First Name) and Keigo turned 15,Miyagi decided against letting Touya become a hero after all. 

“(First Name),Touya’s Quirk is obsolete. After you two are finished with your mission today,kill him,” Miyagi ordered,smirking. “And remember that you’ll be monitored.” 

“Yes ma’am.” (First Name) said,her expression completely blank. After so many years,she could easily fake her emotions. 

“Good girl. Now,return to your room.” Miyagi ordered,(First Name) nodding and doing as told. 

“(First Name),what did she say?” Keigo asked when the girl returned to their shared room,seeing how pale she seemed.  

“Nothing important,just reminded me not to fail the mission today.. Where’s Hellfire?” (First Name) asked,looking over at the adjoining door. “Is he in the bathroom,or did he go to the lab again?” 

“The lab,but why?” Keigo asked,raising an eyebrow. (First Name) just ignored him and walked into the lab calmly,needing to speak with Touya. 

“Hey,Hellfire,Ms.Miyagi gave us new orders for the mission today. Instead of sparing the workers in the building,they’re to be burned down completely. We have to frame a prisoner for it,” (First Name) said,sneaking an empty vial into her pocket where she was sure the cameras wouldn’t see. “Are you ready to go?” 

“Of course,” Touya told her,knowing something was off about how she was acting. Since they were constantly monitored,he couldn’t bring it up. “We’re leaving now?” 

“Yeah. I wanna get there quickly,” (First Name) told him,walking back through the door calmly. “We’re leaving,Hawks. Hold down the fort.” 

“Of course,” Keigo said,chuckling a bit. “See you guys later,okay?” 

“See you,Hawks.” Touya told him,waving as he followed (First Name) out of the room. 

An hour later,they arrived at their destination; a giant prison full of prisoners deemed ‘too dangerous’ to be rehabilitated,but not dangerous enough for Tartarus. 

“(First Name),we’re still being tracked,but they can’t hear us,so speak up,” Touya said,looking at her as they walked. “Why are you acting weird?” 

“I.. They said I have to kill you today,” (First Name) said,taking a deep breath when she saw his eyes widen. “Touya,I need you to do me a favor,okay? I can’t kill you,so.. So I need you to overuse your Quirk today.. I know it’s horrible of me to ask you that because it burns your skin,but during the fight today I’m going to slip some of my blood into a vial I took from the lab,and then I’ll leave you on the ground after you’ve burnt yourself up,and.. And after that,you can choose what to do. Just play dead until I’m completely gone,and then drink my blood and leave,okay? Go into hiding,just.. Just protect yourself.” 

“Are you stupid..? You really think they won’t realize you helped me escape?” Touya asked,stopping and staring at her. 

“They’ve deemed you obsolete,Touya.. They said you’re a nuisance,and as the ‘dead’ son of the number two hero,and as a subject of their tests,you can’t be released..” (First Name) said,forcing her emotions down as she kept walking. “Keigo and I will be fine,but.. But you can’t stay with us right now.. We can all meet up again someday,but not until we find a way to escape..”

“They’ll fucking kill you,” Touya said,grabbing her arm and jerking her back. “You seriously fucking think I’ll just run away and leave you?” 

“They won’t kill me. They use my blood to heal heroes,Touya. I have type O blood,my Quirk helps people all over the place. I’m too precious of an asset to lose,” (First Name) said,looking at him. “Please,do it for me.. I don’t want to lose you,but I can’t kill you..” 

“I.. Fuck,(First Name)..” Touya said,taking a few deep breaths before he remembered they were being watched. He released her immediately and continued to walk,(First Name) following close behind him. “I’ll do it,but you’d better survive. After today,I’m dead,got it? Don’t tell Keigo I’m alive,either.. And do whatever you have to do to protect yourself and Keigo,alright?” He asked,wiping at his eyes slightly. He had no clue that would be the last time he’d ever be able to shed tears. 

“I promise,” (First Name) said,stopping and staring at the prison in front of them. “Are you ready?” 

“Of course,” Touya said,holding his hand out towards the building as his hand caught fire. “I’ll let a few of them attack me and make it seem like I had an awakening,but it’s gonna be fucking painful. Stay out from behind me.”

“As you wish.” (First Name) said. 

When (First Name) returned to their room alone that night and collapsed into a fit of tears in Keigo’s arms,Keigo thought he knew what had happened,and he shed a few tears for his ‘dead’ friend as well.

Running and running and running and running away

Years passed by slowly,every day feeling torturous for each member of the trio. 

Touya had once again thrown away his past,getting skin grafts to cover up the horrible burns he had received and going under the name of ‘Dabi’.

Keigo had made it to the number two spot on the hero billboards,though his past haunted him daily. He was still forced to do the commission’s dirty work,but he was allowed to see (First Name) whenever he wanted to in exchange for his work. 

(First Name) had become the commissioner's ‘pet’,the woman having a ‘soft spot’ for the (Hair Color) haired girl. She was allowed to live relatively ‘stress free’,in an unmonitored house of her own,but she still got her blood taken every other day so the commission could stock up on it. 

When the day came of Endeavor’s battle with High-End,(First Name) watched the whole thing on t.v. in shock. The second she saw Dabi,she knew it was Touya. She had known for a while that he was Touya,actually,but to see him about to attack Keigo terrified her. 

When Keigo visited her later that night and collapsed by her side,she bit back the words she wanted to say and just rubbed his back. 

“How was your day today?” Keigo muttered,looking up at her as he laid his head on her lap. “Did they draw blood today?” 

“Yeah,but you know how quickly I regain blood,” (First Name) said,sighing a little. “I saw the fight on t.v. today.. Did you get hurt?” 

“I’m fine,(First Name),” Keigo said,sighing a little bit. “I feel guilty for Endeavor’s injuries and everything,but that Dabi dude was a real badass..” 

“A badass,huh? I wonder if he’d be happy to hear that..” (First Name) muttered,Keigo sitting up and looking at her seriously. 

“Do you somehow know that guy? (First Name),he’s a villain,he’s dangerous,” The boy said,grabbing her shoulders and gripping them tightly so he could shout at her. He froze when he saw the distant expression on her face,taking a deep breath and sighing. “Why do you look so hurt?” 

“Of course I don’t know him,it’s just..” (First Name) sighed and looked away,trying to come up with something believable to say. “I was wondering if a villain like him has feelings.. I’m just tired,I guess.” 

“(First Name),are you sure you’re okay?” Keigo asked,letting go of her. “You know better than to sympathize with a bunch of villains.”

“I know.. Go take a shower and then we can cuddle tonight.” (First Name) said,Keigo perking up and nodding. 

“Go ahead and lay down,then. I’ll be up soon.” The blond told her,heading to his room and grabbing some clothes eagerly before going to take a shower. 

(First Name) didn’t have it in her to tell Keigo about Touya,and she knew that her Touya was dead. The person she had seen on the television wasn’t the person she’d grown up with. 

I know they'll catch me

When Keigo met up with Touya and spoke to him pretty often,everything went fine.. Up until he forgot his phone one day. He knew he could just get it back later,not too worried because it didn’t have anything confidential on it. 

Touya stared at the phone in his hand,staring at the lockscreen photo in silence. (First Name) was posing with Keigo,but her smile was tired and sad. He could tell it was a fake smile immediately; her eyes were never open like that when she was actually smiling. 

When Touya made the decision to see if he could call her,he knew he’d regret it. He knew it was for the best that he didn’t speak to her. He knew it would only fuel his hatred towards hero society. He knew all of it,but he also knew he couldn’t miss the opportunity to speak to her. He knew he couldn’t pretend she didn’t exist,because she meant everything to him. He had left her and Keigo behind,had joined the League,had attacked his own little brother.. All of it had been so he could destroy the people that had trapped the people he cared about most. 

Three rings was all it took before the phone was answered,and Touya suddenly felt his heart racing. 

“Kei..?” (First Name)’s sleepy voice asked as she picked up the phone,confusion evident in her voice. “Why are you calling me so late..?” 

“(First Name),” Touya said,taking a deep breath to calm himself. Her voice was like a beautiful symphony in his ears. “How have you been,kitten?” 

“To.. Touya..? Is.. Is that you?” The girl asked softly,her eyes widening as she sat up in bed. “How did you..? Are you.. Fuck..” 

“It’s been a while,” Touya said,chuckling a little. “I didn’t do anything to him,he just left his phone here and I wanted to call you. So tell me,how have you been?” 

“I.. I’ve been good.. Fuck,take my number down so we can talk later,okay? Just.. Just don’t hang up the phone,okay? I..” (First Name) felt like she was choking. She felt like she’d break apart,but she also felt unbelievably happy. “Fuck.. That’s really you,right,Touya..?” 

“I go by Dabi now,” Touya told her,shutting his eyes and leaning his head back against the wall. If he could cry,he would. Hearing her sound so happy just from hearing his voice made him overwhelmingly happy. “You’re still the only one who knows who I really am,you know that,kitten? You’re still the only one I’ve ever trusted enough to tell you my last name.”

“I’ve missed you so much.. So,so fucking much..” (First Name) whimpered out,shaking as she tried not to break down. She couldn’t see him as a villain,no matter how hard she tried. “Fuck,can we meet..? Please.. I won’t do anything,I just.. I need to see you..” 

“Is your place monitored?” Touya asked. He knew he shouldn’t,but he couldn’t deny her when she sounded so desperate. 

“No,but they monitor me when I leave,” (First Name) said,gripping the phone tighter. “I can try and sneak out,though..” 

“Don’t risk it. Give me your coordinates and I’ll get Kurogiri to open a portal.” Touya ordered. When (First Name) gave him her coordinates,Touya promised to see her soon and then hung up the phone,deleting the call out of the phone’s history and putting it down where he’d found it. 

Keigo arrived only minutes later,finding his phone and checking it over calmly. He was glad that nobody had messed with it,the boy heading back out in peaceful obliviousness. 

Running and running and running two opposite ways

Days passed before Touya convinced Kurogiri to open a warp gate to (First Name)’s place,relieved that they appeared in her basement. 

“Should I stay here or get you later?” Kurogiri asked. 

“Don’t say a word to anyone,but come pick me up when I call.” Touya ordered,waiting until Kurogiri disappeared before making his way upstairs. 

When he opened the door and looked around the house,he wasn’t surprised to see that it was just.. (First Name). He could tell the house belonged to her; everything on the first floor was overwhelmingly her. 

Walking upstairs,Touya looked around until he found (First Name)’s room,opening the door to find the girl fast asleep. Her bed had a few of Keigo’s old feathers on it,and he could see the indentation from where the boy usually laid,but he didn’t care about Keigo right now. 

“(First Name),wake up,” Touya said,walking over and shaking her shoulder gently. “I’m here to see you like I promised,kitten.” 

“Ke.. To.. No fightin’...” (First Name) muttered in her sleep,snuggling into her teddybear. She was still a deep sleeper,apparently,which made Touya chuckle. 

“(First Name),wake up.” Touya said,shaking her a bit harder. The girl finally woke up,in a bit of a daze at first. 

It took two minutes of staring at Touya for (First Name) to come to her senses,her eyes widening when she realized he was there. Without hesitation,she threw herself at him,Touya falling back as he caught her. 

“Oi,be a bit more careful. That would have hurt if I didn’t catch you,you know?” Touya scolded her,hugging her tightly regardless. “I’m glad to see you,though..” 

“Sorry,I just.. I’m just..” (First Name) trailed off,burying her face in his chest and breathing in his scent. “What happened to you..? After that day,I mean..” 

“After you left,I drank your blood. It healed me up pretty good,but it didn’t get rid of the burns well enough,so once I found help,I also found out I needed skin grafts,which ended up in the mess you see now,” Touya explained,gripping her tighter to his chest. “It was pretty rough for a while there,but I’m alive thanks to you.. What happened on your end?” 

“They bullied Keigo and I for a while after the cleanup team realized your body wasn’t there,and I got in big trouble.. It was horrible for a while,but it was worth it..” (First Name) said,looking up at him. She reached up and gently touched his cheek,Touya just staring down at her in silence as he pressed into her touch. 

“I’m sorry I left you to suffer,” Touya told her,wishing he had been there to protect her. “I shouldn’t have let you get hurt..” 

“Do you really think I regret what I did? For even a second?” (First Name) asked,shaking her head. “Touya,I am so happy that I helped you escape.. You being alive makes everything worth it..” 

“I promise that I’ll bring them down,(First Name),” Touya said,pressing a gentle kiss to her forehead. “I’ll free you and Keigo,and then all three of us can leave everything behind,alright?”

“How do you plan on doing that..?” (First Name) asked,looking up at him as she wiped the tears away from her eyes. 

“Give me some of your blood today,” Touya told her,looking down at her. “I need it for one of my comrades.” 

“Are they injured? Will they be okay?” (First Name) asked worriedly. 

“Of course they’ll be okay,so long as we have some of your blood to heal them..” Touya assured her,not wanting to see her looking so concerned. “Their wounds will heal up well enough.” 

 (First Name) stared at him for a second and then stood up,heading out of her room and heading over to her ‘lab’ with Touya close behind her. She grabbed a knife and cut into her arm in silence,the blood dripping into the vial slowly. Once she had two full vials,she passed them to Touya,who tucked them away calmly. 

“Thanks,kitten.. But why do you have a lab?” Touya asked,looking around the room. 

“I’ve been practicing on using my Quirks at the same time.. If I can manipulate my blood and use it to heal people in tandem,then I could actually help someone during a fight,” (First Name) said,wrapping her arm up. She knew the cut would heal within the next ten minutes,but she didn’t want to get blood anywhere for now. “I also use this room to get Keigo some of my blood.” 

“For what?” Touya asked,not really believing her. “When was the last time he got hurt?” 

“He uses it on the people the commission doesn’t care about,” (First Name) said,laughing a bit. “Even if I’m not on the frontlines,I feel like a hero when I hear about the people my blood has saved.” 

“You’re a true hero,” Touya said,patting her head with a slight smile. “You haven’t changed at all,(First Name).” He added,his eyes widening when the girl suddenly pulled him into a kiss. 

“I’ve changed a lot,so don’t keep treating me like a kid,” (First Name) said as she pulled back,winking cheekily with a blush on her cheeks. “I never would’ve kissed you back when we were just brats,Touya.” 

“I guess that’s true,” Touya told her,chuckling a little. “But aren’t you dating Keigo?” 

“Of course I’m not dating Keigo,” (First Name) said,giggling a little. “He doesn’t even like me.” 

“Are you an idiot? He’s liked you since forever ago,” Touya told her,not surprised that the dense woman hadn’t noticed. “The feathers in your bed are evidence enough of that.” 

“Keigo’s still just a kid.” (First Name) told him,wincing when Touya flicked her forehead. 

“You’re literally the same age as him,(First Name).” Touya reminded her,(First Name) rolling her eyes. 

“I meant mentally. Touya didn’t have anyone before he had us,remember? So of course he’d imprint on us,and he likes me because I was the only girl he grew up around,but that doesn’t make what he feels ‘love’.” She explained calmly. 

“Then couldn’t the same be said for your feelings for me?” Touya asked,smirking at her. “You do realize that it’s fine if you love both of us,right? I’m not opposed to both of us fucking your brains out.” 

“You idiot!” (First Name) snapped,punching his arm and puffing out her cheeks. “Don’t say dirty things!” 

“Dirty things,seriously? You’re more of a kid than Keigo is,at least he’d be able to say ‘sexual things’ instead of ‘dirty things’.” Touya said,chuckling a bit when he saw how angry she looked. 

“You’re such an ass!” (First Name) whined,waving her arms childishly. “I love both of you idiots,’kay? I just.. It’s weird,isn’t it? If I love more than one person,that means I’m dirty,right?” 

“It doesn’t make you dirty,you idiot. There’s a word for the kind of relationship we have,you know?” Touya asked,sighing a little. “It’s called polyamory. Keigo and I are friends,but both of us love you,and you love both of us,right?” 

“Well.. Yeah,I guess so..” (First Name) muttered,a bit confused still. 

“Once all of this is over,we can sort all of this out,alright?” Touya asked as he patted her head once again,(First Name) nodding slightly. “But don’t feel bad about your emotions.. I have to get going now,but I’ll stop by when I have time,okay?” 

“Okay..” (First Name) muttered,a little sad. 

After Touya had left,(First Name) crawled into bed and curled up,still unsure of how to feel. She loved both of them,but admitting it aloud felt weird. 

I can't let my past catch me now, me now

After Kurogiri’s capture,Touya could only call (First Name),having no way of getting to her safely. The phone calls were enough for both of them for now,though Touya was annoyed at his inability to see her. 

After the League teamed up with those bastards they all had to fight and turned into the Paranormal Liberation Front,Touya was glad to welcome Keigo officially to their group,knowing he’d betray them eventually. Touya knew from the start that Keigo was nothing but a traitor,but he didn’t care. 

Months passed before it all came crashing down when Touya realized Keigo was going to kill Twice. 

“Keigo Takami!” He screamed as loud as he could,hoping Keigo would hesitate and give Twice the time he needed to escape. He watched as Twice was killed,his temper suddenly exploding. Touya blasted his flames at his childhood friend,rage filling every part of his being. “You killed him.. How could you?!” He shouted,kicking his friend after blasting him with even hotter flames. This was no longer the Keigo he had known. “How dare you kill Twice like that?!” 

“Is that.. The face of a man who’s just watched a friend die?!” Keigo choked out,coughing a little bit. 

“Hey,now! That was rude! I haven’t cried since my tear ducts got all burned!” Touya shouted,pressing his foot into Keigo’s back. He hadn’t been able to shed a tear since the day he had ‘died’ for the second time. “With Twice around,my dream had a way better chance of coming true! So of course I’m sad he’s gone! So,soo sad!” He snarled out. He wanted to kill Keigo,but he still hesitated. He still wanted (First Name) to be happy after all of this. He still wanted to return to the days where they were all together,but he couldn’t let his dream die. 

“You and the League.. I looked into your backgrounds! But I came up with nothing..” Keigo shouted as best as he could even as his back was burnt. “On you and Shigaraki! Only you two! Who.. Who are you?!” 

“You still haven’t realized it,huh,Keigo? I’m Touya,” Touya told him,watching as his old friend’s eyes widened. “More than Twice.. More than anyone.. You should’ve kept both eyes on me. The League? Shigaraki? I never gave a crap about them. A single person.. With a single conviction.. Has the power to change the world. There are no true heroes. I..” Touya took a few deep breaths to catch his breath before continuing to speak,glaring down at Keigo. The only hero he cared about was (First Name). The Keigo that had killed Twice wasn’t the same Keigo he had grown up with. “Plan to make Stain’s will a reality. See ya,Hawks. Your life’s another thing I don’t care about.” 

Keigo no longer struggled,left in complete shock that the man about to kill him was Touya. He had too many questions for him,but he snapped out of his daze when he heard Tokoyami scream his name and saved him. 

“You’re one of those U.A. kids…They’re dragging kids into this mess? How tacky..” Touya muttered,wondering if his little brother was among the fighters. “Check it out,kid. Your man killed this guy. He was just running off to protect his pals,but in the end,he got stabbed in the back!” He added,pointing over at Twice’s body and glaring at the child in front of him. “Why’re you here,anyway? Came to do some saving? But saving who,exactly? These pros you look up to so much.. Their hands are dirtier than ours.”

“Toko.. Ya.. Mi..” Keigo wheezed out. He couldn’t die right here. He needed to get back to (First Name) and tell her everything. 

“I’m just.. Concerned about my mentor..” Tokoyami said as he grasped Keigo close. He needed to figure out a plan. 

“You’ve stopped thinking for yourself.” Touya said,blasting at them with his Quirk. He watched as the child managed to avoid most of the damage,realizing he should save up some of it because Keigo would come up with something. 

“He’ll.. Keep talking..” Keigo choked out as Tokoyami grasped him close. His mind was racing,but he needed to concentrate. He needed to figure out how to escape. 

“Think about it,you pair of roasted birds. Who is it who really needs saving?” Touya asked,storing up even more of his flames. He had already decided to spare them both,even though he was still enraged over Twice’s death. (First Name) wouldn’t forgive him if he killed Keigo. 

“Give me an order.” Tokoyami told Keigo,who waited until the perfect moment to order him to go. 

When they fell to the ground and hit it,Keigo barely had any consciousness left as he watched Touya jump down towards them with a blast prepared. 

“I kinda saw this coming,so I made those last two blasts weaker to save some gas in the tank.” Touya said as he grinned. He was telling the truth,but he wouldn’t kill them; he just wanted to make the bird kid take Keigo and leave. Ice suddenly hit him and knocked him back,just looking up to see Keigo getting carried off. He was glad that kid had shown up,and he was even happier about the ice knocking him back. He was praying Keigo would make it through,though he knew the man would be able to survive. 

Keigo just laid in Tokoyami’s arms as he was carried,feeling like he was floating in a sea of water. He felt numb,but also painfully aware of the pain his body was experiencing. He could see a light,but he ignored it and drifted back into the darkness,knowing he needed to talk to (First Name). 

I can't let my past drag me down, me down

When Keigo was brought to (First Name) in the rear guard,the woman immediately gave him some of her blood,Tokoyami freaking out at first when he saw her cut herself. 

“You need to get him the hell out of here,” (First Name) told Tokoyami to flee once she was sure she had given enough,passing him a vial full of her blood. She prayed it wasn’t Touya who had burnt Keigo,but she had a feeling it was. 

When (First Name) felt the ground start shaking because of Gigantomachia,her whole body trembled. She needed to escape,but she couldn’t. She had been forced to accompany the heroes and students as an emergency medic,but right now she had no clue what to do. She’d never been in a battle of this magnitude. 

Making it to the students,(First Name) asked them what the plan was,being told by the one who went by ‘Momo’. 

“Midnight told us to either put that giant to sleep or run,but we’ve all chosen to fight. You’re just a medic,so you should leave.” Momo said,her eyes widening when the lady shook her head. 

“You’re all just a bunch of kids.. Hey,you’re the electric boy who was sent to the frontlines earlier,right? I have an idea,” (First Name) told him. “I remember that you told them you can’t control the direction your electricity goes in,right? Use my blood as a conduit.” 

“Your blood..?!” The group asked,terrified that the mysterious woman that had been dumped among their ranks was saying such a thing. 

“Blood conducts electricity,” (First Name) said,gripping her knife tighter. “One of my Quirks lets me manipulate it,and the other lets me use it to heal. No matter how much we use,my body will create more within an hour.”

“Are you sure about this?” Momo asked,(First Name) nodding when she heard the monster getting closer. 

“I will stand and fight with you kids,” She told them,her entire expression going blank as she turned towards the direction the monster was coming from. “Just give me my orders,Creati.” 

After Momo told her the plan,(First Name) nodded and prepared herself to fight. While she had never fought a monster the size of Gigantomachia,she knew she couldn’t let these kids die. 

When Gigantomachi arrived,(First Name) was prepared to attack,but she froze when she saw Touya. The boy’s flames disappeared out from around him the second he saw (First Name),just staring at her in shock. 

“Dabi,why didn’t you blast them?” Mr.Compress asked,Touya clenching his fists. 

“The girl in (Favorite Color).. Nobody touches her. Kill the others if you want,” He told them,the others facing him in shock. “That girl must be kept alive.” 

“But why?” Toga asked,raising an eyebrow as she stared at him. 

“It doesn’t matter right now,but nobody had better touch her!” Touya snarled,the rest of his comrades reluctantly nodding. Machia tripped over a bunch of tape suddenly,sending the group flying off of his back. Blood wrapped around all of them,and then they were electrocuted,making all of them pass out. 

After discarding Touya’s group,(First Name) watched as the students fought to take out the giant monster,doing the best she could to help them. She wanted to save everyone,but by the time they finally administered enough poison to knock out Gigantomachia,the villains that had been following appeared. 

“Momo,what do we do?!” Kyoka called out to her friend,who was struggling to stay awake after creating so much poison. 

“Just leave them to me,” (First Name) said,the students watching in shocked terror when the woman’s blood seemed to turn into a monster. “I won’t let them pass.” 

“Wha.. What is that thing..?!” Minoru shouted,absolutely terrified. 

“Shut up and come help me restrain that monster.” Hnata told the boy. 

“She.. She’s killing them..” Mina told the others in disbelief,who all looked over to find that she really was. 

“She.. She’s just as bad as a villain..” Denk muttered,Momo watching in terror as the woman killed the villains that had been trailing Gigantomachia. 

Things suddenly went quiet after Juzo trapped Gigantomachia in the ground and (First Name) finished disposing of the villains,the students watching as she collapsed to the ground. They were too terrified to move towards her,worried she might attack them as well. 

Eijiro was the only one brave enough to step forward,though his eyes widened when a blast of blue flames came flying at him. Sero was the one to save him,pulling him out of the way before he could get hit. Touya came stumbling out of the woods,keeping the flames blocking the way as Compress grabbed (First Name) and turned her into a marble.  

Right before they would have been electrocuted,Compress had managed to turn Touya and Himiko into marbles and escape the blood using one of his usual tricks,before releasing them once the students were distracted. 

Once he was sure (First Name) was with Compress,Touya vanished into the trees,knowing the U.A. brats wouldn’t pursue them for stealing a killer. He didn’t care if all of this would make (First Name) seem like a member of their forces,he just wanted to protect her. 

After meeting up with Compress again,Touya gave him one of the vials of blood (First Name) had given him a while ago in exchange for having her,Compress gladly handing the marble over. Touya stuck it into the case he had and thanked him calmly,Himiko landing in front of him suddenly. 

“Ne,Dabi,why is that woman so important to you?” Himiko asked,Touya just shoving the case into his pocket. 

“Her name is (First Name),and you saw the extent of her powers right there,didn’t you? Her Quirks are strong enough to take out the entire army that had been behind us,and she can even heal an entire army if she wanted to,” Touya said,giving her a sharp glare. “We need to get to Shigaraki now,so let’s go.” 

“Ah,do you love her? Do you have a crush on her like I have a crush on Deku? She’s really pretty!” Himiko asked,her eyes sparkling as she walked next to the man. 

“I don’t love her,she’s just a valuable asset. Now shut up,Toga.” Touya growled,knowing fully well that he couldn’t let his comrades know of his plans. 

Compress reached out and grabbed the case suddenly,Touya turning around to snarl at him about it. Compress shrunk him down,doing the same to Touya,and tucked both of them away in the case as well. He had deduced that it was too dangerous to go to Shigaraki without Gigantomachia crushing the people in their way,so he decided to hide in the forest for now.

(First Name) was released from her marble two days later,after Shigaraki had almost lost. The boy had managed to escape death,apparently,and Compress had escaped with him. 

“(First Name),you have to eat!” Himiko whined as she looked at the girl. She and Touya had both been released the previous day,but Touya had ordered Compress to keep (First Name) compressed for an extra day while they made sure they were safe enough. The others had been captured,including Gigantomachia,but that didn’t matter much. 

“I said I’m not hungry,Toga,” (First Name) said,sighing as she looked at the girl. “Thank you,though.” 

“What’s your relationship with Dabi,anyways? How come he’s so nice to you? When did you even meet him?” Himiko asked,staring at her curiously. “Are you two dating?” 

“We’re not dating,but I do love him,” (First Name) told her,giggling a bit. For the first time in her entire life,she was completely free to do whatever she wanted,but she was still kinda scared. Touya had promised her that Keigo’s injuries weren’t too severe,and she prayed he was right. “Dabi and I have known one another since we were brats.” 

“Why are we keeping that woman around,Dabi?” Shigaraki asked the burnt man,who just sighed. “Didn’t she kill most of our comrades?”

“She has a strong healing Quirk,which all of us need after the fight. She killed a bunch of weaklings,anyways,and kept the strongest of us alive.” Touya told his ‘boss’ calmly before calling (First Name) over. 

“What is it,Dabi?” (First Name) asked curiously as she walked over to him,wincing when the man cut her arm. The wound healed almost instantly,Himiko watching excitedly. 

“Back when I was still a teenager,her blood was what saved me from dying. You don’t need to know anything else,” Touya told Shigaraki,who just nodded and sighed. “And if we give her back to the heroes,they’ll use her blood to heal up all of the heroes and brats that we fought,making everything useless. We need to keep her here.” 

“Fine,she can stay,” Shigaraki sighed,before giving the girl a sharp glare. “But if she betrays us,I’ll kill her.” 

“I’ll behave,sir!” (First Name) said,grinning at Shigaraki. “So long as I get to stay by Dabi’s side,and so long as I get freedom after all of this is over,I’ll do anything you want.”

“Good.” Was all Shigaraki said before he walked away. 

Since they were hiding out in an abandoned building for now,(First Name) decided it was best for her to clean the rooms everyone had chosen to sleep in. While the idea of not seeing Keigo again terrified her,she knew she couldn’t focus on him.

“Remember,(First Name),anything Hellfire does is on you,” Miyagi had told the girl the day they realized Touya had disappeared. (First Name) had been heavily beaten and cut up,though her body was already trying to heal itself. “And that includes how he’ll end up hurting both you and Hawks.” 

“He won’t.. Hurt us.. ‘Cause you have no way to force him now..” (First Name) choked out,struggling to keep herself conscious. 

“Hawks will become a hero,and you’ll become the commissioner’s pet. Hellfire has all of the knowledge of what we’ve done here,but nobody will believe him if he tries to report us,so what do you think will happen? Think he’ll just sit down like an innocent puppy while we have you and Hawks here?” Miyagi asked,(First Name) starting to tremble as the realization that Touya would do anything he could to get them out of the commission’s grasp. “Aww,you realized it? What a smart girl.” Miyagi said,smirking down at her. 

“T.. Touya’s a good person! He’s a good person,and you’re not!” She shouted,able to breathe now since her body was healing. “Touya will do anything he can to help us!” 

“And what then? He and Hawks will fight to the death,because Hawks is a good boy. He’ll kill Touya,and you’ll never see him again,” Miyagi told her,jumping back when (First Name)’s blood suddenly made a spiky shield around her. She turned to the guards quickly,who were watching in terror. “Call Hawks and Adelia,now!” 

“Yes ma’am!” They shouted,rushing out of the room. 

(First Name) gripped her head,letting out a loud scream as she pulled at her hair angrily. She was having a complete breakdown at the idea of her friends killing each-other,and the emotional distress had caused her Quirk to evolve. Before,she had only been able to use her blood when she had minor injuries,but now her Quirk was healing her and protecting her at the same time. 

“(First Name),that’s enough! You’d better stop right now!” Miyagi shouted,(First Name) just letting out another scream. (First Name)’s blood was starting to turn into a ‘monster’,rampaging around the room and breaking everything it came into contact with. (First Name) just wanted everything to disappear. 

“(First Name)!” Keigo shouted as he made it to the room,his eyes widening when he saw the ‘monster’ freeze. 

“Don’t get close to her,Hawks!” Miyagi ordered,the blond ignoring her. 

When Keigo walked over to her,(First Name) snapped out of her rampage,the ‘monster’ disappearing immediately when Keigo hugged her. She gripped onto him,burying her face in his chest as she wailed. 

“Shh,it’s alright.. You’re fine,(First Name),” Keigo said,picking her up bridal style. “I’m taking her back to our room so she’ll calm down.” 

“You’re not allowed to do that,Hawks,” Adelia,the commissioner,told the blond as she arrived on the scene. “(First Name)’s unstable,so you two can’t be together for a while. Set her down and return to your room.” 

“With all due respect,(First Name) only calmed down because I showed up. If she goes on another rampage,no matter what kind of Quirks you use against her,chances are that you guys will die,” Keigo said,gripping (First Name) closer as the girl sobbed into his shirt. “And if I can’t see (First Name),I won’t go on missions for you guys anymore.” 

“Come now,Keigo,you won’t really do that,will you? You’re a better boy than that,” Adelia told him,stepping into the room and glaring. “She just had a Quirk evolution,and her emotions are unstable,which makes her a danger for everyone. She needs to be in solitary confinement for a while.” 

“No she doesn’t! As long as I’m here,(First Name)’s gonna be fine!” Keigo shouted. 

(First Name) shot awake in bed screaming,clutching her head. Touya and Himiko came running into the room,both of them looking around for an enemy. When he realized there was nobody there,Touya just walked over to (First Name),grabbing her hands and pulling them away from her head. 

“(First Name),what’s wrong? What happened?” Touya asked,gripping her wrists tightly when she began to struggle. 

“Touya.. Don’t fight Keigo! No more! No more!” (First Name) wailed,not fully aware of what she was saying in her panicked state. “Don’t do what she said! You guys aren’t monsters! Why was I too late?! Why couldn’t I stop you guys?!” 

“(First Name)..?” Himiko asked,anxious over her behavior. “Who is Touya..? Did you have a bad dream?” She asked,stepping towards her. 

“(First Name),calm down. Take a few deep breaths,you’re not yourself right now. It was just a bad dream,” Touya told her,knowing she must’ve remembered something she’d rather have forgotten. His grip on her wrists just tightened when she tried to pull away,before he just wrapped her in a hug. He didn’t care if Himiko saw for now. “I’m right here,(First Name).” 

“Y.. You’ll.. You’ll hurt each-other..” (First Name) whimpered out into his chest as she started to snap out of her daze,Touya shaking his head and rubbing her back as he tried to calm her down. “I don’t wanna be alone again..” 

“You’re not alone,(First Name). Me,Dabi,Shiggy,and Compress are all right here!” Himiko said,trying her best to help out. She knew what it was like to be alone,and it made her sad to know (First Name) had experienced the same pain she’d gone through. 

“(First Name),both of us promised you,didn’t we? Even if the three of us can’t be together always,you’ll always have one of us. You’ll never be alone,” Touya told her,the girl clutching onto his shirt even tighter. “You’re no longer under their thumb,(First Name),you’re free..” 

When Touya told her she was free,(First Name) finally came back to her senses,the girl letting out a sniffle as she pulled back and wiped her eyes. “I’m.. I’m not alone..” (First Name) muttered,looking up at Touya and then over at Himiko. “Yeah,I’m not alone..” 

“We’re all here for you,(First Name)!” Himiko said,patting the girl’s back and giving her a grin. “We’re just back to being the League,I guess,but that’s fine because we’re all a family!” 

“A family..?” (First Name) asked,laying her head against Touya’s chest so she could listen to his heartbeat. “We’re a family..?” 

“Of course we’re a family!” Himiko told her,giggling. “If you’d ever met Kurogiri,you’d call him the ‘mama’,and All For One was pretty much Shiggy’s father,so he’s pretty much our father as well! And,’cause of all of that,we’re all like siblings!” 

“Siblings,huh..? That actually sounds nice..” (First Name) muttered,snuggling into Touya. She felt startlingly calm and tired after her earlier breakdown,Himiko starting to ramble until (First Name) fell asleep. 

“Is she out..?” Himiko asked after almost an hour of talking. Touya just nodded silently and laid (First Name) back down,tucking her in calmly. 

“Thanks,Toga.” The boy said calmly,glad that Himiko had shown up to help. 

“The word full of things I like definitely includes her,” Himiko muttered,looking down at (First Name) with a grin. “So who is Touya..?” 

“It’s the name I used to go by,back when I was running with the heroes as a brat. Don’t tell the others,alright?” Touya asked,Himiko nodding and following him out of the room.

It took Keigo three days to wake up in the hospital,and he woke up in a panic. His wings had barely been salvaged,(First Name)’s blood the only thing that had kept him alive. Tokoyami was sitting beside his bed,leaning against the wall as he slept. Dark Shadow woke him up by cheering,Keigo trying to climb out of bed. 

“Hawks,you have to stay in bed.” Tokoyami told his mentor,pushing him back down. 

“Let go! In the rear guard,there was a woman named (First Name)! Where is she?” Keigo asked,wildly looking around the room. Dark Shadow was strong enough to keep him pinned,but Keigo couldn’t relax. 

“The healer..? My classmates told me that she was taken by the few League members that had escaped,” Tokoyami said,not sure whether he should tell him about what had happened. Realizing Keigo calmed down at his words startled the boy,though he didn’t want to let it show. “Thanks to her actions,my classmates were able to survive and trap Gigantomachia.” 

“Her actions..?” Keigo asked,looking at him in confusion. “What did she do?” 

“She apparently killed the entire army that had been following Gigantomachia. She will surely be punished for it once she is rescued,” Tokoyami said,staring down at his mentor. The fact that Keigo seemed so calm now was concerning,but he couldn’t say that. “What’s your relationship with her?” 

“She’s a childhood friend of mine,” Keigo said,leaning his head back into his pillow. “She was the one who healed me,right? Did she leave anything?” 

“A vial,” Tokoyami said,digging in his pocket and pulling it out. “After she healed you,she ordered me to flee and make sure only you were to have it.” 

“It’s just a vial of her blood,huh?” Keigo asked,chuckling a little as he took the vial and held it up. “Thanks for saving me,and thanks for keeping this safe,you two.” 

“Of course.” Tokoyami said,Dark Shadow just happy over the praise it received. Keigo had always felt the burden of his responsibilities as a hero,but he had never felt the burden of his emotions as much as he did as he laid in that hospital bed.

When Keigo was released from the hospital only a week after the giant battle that had taken place,he completely disappeared. He had grown his feathers back,and he no longer cared about the commission. (First Name) was somewhere with Touya,and all he needed to do was find them. 

He had only found Touya’s number in (First Name)’s house after he had turned on her phone and called all of the random numbers she had been calling. It took nearly twenty numbers before he found Touya’s number. 

“I’m assuming it’s you,chicken?” Touya asked when he answered the phone. 

“Yeah,it’s me. You have (First Name),right? Listen,Touya,I’m sorry about everything that went down the other day,bu-” Keigo started to say. 

“I know,I know. (First Name) told me that the commission had been threatening to kill her if you didn’t infiltrate our group,so I get it,but that doesn’t mean the others will forgive you.” Touya cut him off,sighing as he spoke. 

“Just tell me where you guys are and I’ll be there immediately,okay? I’m serious this time. The commission can declare me a villain if they want to,but now that they don’t have (First Name),I can actually switch sides,” Keigo told him,gripping the phone tighter. “Please,Touya..” 

“She’s been having nightmares every night,you know? I left her behind because I thought you’d protect her,you moron,but she can’t even sleep..” Touya muttered,running a hand through his hair. “We’re on Kiruein Island. Hurry up.” 

“We can talk about everything later,alright? I’ll see you guys when I get there.” Keigo said,hanging up. 

He knew he’d be flying for a few days,but he didn’t care. Keigo Takami was fine with abandoning his past. Even when the commission’s lackeys showed up to try and chase him,he easily outsped them,keeping his eyes ahead. He needed to see (First Name) and Touya.

Keigo arrived at Kiruein Island three days later,and the boy came clean to Tomura about everything. He told him everything about the past,Tomura only allowing him to live after using a truth-telling Quirk on him and making him swear allegiance. Himiko was adamantly against Keigo joining their forces,but she gave in after talking to Compress about it for a while. 

(First Name) was fast asleep when Keigo walked into her room,her head on Touya’s lap. Touya was rubbing her back as she slept,trying to keep her asleep,though he looked up when he heard the door open. 

“Guess the three of us are back together,huh?” Keigo asked as he walked over,sitting on the edge of the bed. 

“I guess so,” Touya said,chuckling softly. “And this time,all three of us are free.”  

“It’s about damn time we are.” Keigo said,reaching out to touch (First Name)’s cheek. 

“I’ll set you on fire again if you touch her right now,” Touya told him seriously as he caught his wrist. “She needs to sleep for as long as possible. She didn’t sleep at all last night.” 

“Right,okay..” Keigo muttered,pulling his hand back. “Now then,shall we actually talk everything out,Touya?” 

“Call me.. Actually,keep calling me Touya. It was weird hearing you call me by Dabi anyways,” Touya told him,chuckling a little. “Go ahead and say what you want.” 

“I’m sorry.. For everything,I mean.. And for always being too weak to protect you and (First Name) back then.. I wasn’t good enough for them to send us all together that day,but I.. I just don’t know what the hell happened.. What did you two do? Why are you covered in scars?” Keigo asked,clenching his fists. “I can’t understand any of it..” 

“(First Name) was ordered to kill me,but she said she couldn’t,so we came up with a plan,” Touya said,sighing a little. “I was originally just going to fake my Quirk evolving,but then (First Name) ended up surrounded and I lost control.. I actually ended up killing everyone in the prison except for (First Name). She slipped me a vial full of her blood,and then left me as I pretended to play dead.” 

“So she didn’t even try to kill you..?” Keigo asked,Touya nodding. “Then why did she have such a bad breakdown back then?” 

“I have no clue,” Touya told him,sighing. “But I won’t apologize for what I did to you over Twice.”

“I didn’t expect you to apologize anyways.. I wanted to spare him,but his Quirk was too dangerous.. If he had released a bunch of clones into the battle,(First Name) could have gotten hurt,” Keigo said,looking down at his hands. “I know he was a good person,but when I thought of all the people he could kill,I couldn’t let him live.” 

“I would have done the same if I were in your shoes.” Touya said,frowning when (First Name) began to wake up. 

“T.. Touya..? Who are you talking to..?” She muttered out tiredly,sitting up and rubbing her eyes as she let out a yawn. When she saw Keigo,she rubbed her eyes once again,not quite believing he was there. 

“Hey,(First Name),” Keigo told her,chuckling when the girl launched herself at him. He hugged her close,patting her back and burying his face in her neck as he held her close. “So I assume you missed me?” 

“Of course I did,you idiot! But how’d you get here?” (First Name) snapped,looking up at him and letting out a laugh. “Fuck,we’re all back together after all,huh?” 

“You said we’d all meet again once you two found a way to escape,remember?” Touya pointed out,(First Name) nodding and grabbing Touya’s shirt,yanking him into the hug.

“Since we’re all back together again,we don’t have to be anxious at all,right?” (First Name) asked,gripping onto both of them as she leaned into Keigo’s chest and Touya leaned against her. 

“Of course we don’t need to be afraid right now,” Keigo said,wrapping his wings around both of them. “We’ll both protect you forever,(First Name).” 

“We won’t separate again either,(First Name). Nobody left behind.” Touya added,chuckling a bit at how happy she looked. 

Keigo and Touya were both happy to keep running forever if they needed to,so long as (First Name) was always there. 

I know they'll catch me

A couple of weeks passed in peace,the group growing closer as they waited for Tomura to come up with a plan. 

“Ne,(First Name),can you braid my hair?” Himiko asked,(First Name) looking over and nodding. 

“Of course,Miko,but are you sure you don’t want me to do it how you usually have it?” (First Name) asked,holding her hand out for the hair ties and the brush.

“I wanna see it in a braid today,but I’m bad at braiding it..” Himiko confessed as she sat down in front of her,pouting when (First Name) laughed at her. “It’s not funny!” 

“It’s perfectly normal for you to be bad at braiding your own hair,Miko. I’m just really happy that you trust me enough for me to braid your hair,” (First Name) said,starting to brush her hair for her gently. “I can teach you how to braid it later if you want.” 

“I’m happy when you do it..” Himiko said,looking down slightly. “It’s been forever since someone did my hair..” 

“Really? When was the last time,if you don’t mind me asking?” (First Name) asked,looking down at her with a slight frown. 

“Well when I was really little,’cause of my Quirk,my parents freaked out when they realized I really liked blood,so I used to act normal,” Himiko admitted,shivering with disgust at the memories of her parents screaming at her. “Since they were so afraid of me,my parents stopped doing my hair by the time I got into middle school,so having you do my hair is really fun!” 

“I’m really sorry about that,Miko,” (First Name) said,finishing up on the braid and hugging her. “I’ll be your big sis from now on,and I’ll do your hair whenever you want,okay?” 

“Really?! I bet big sis Magne would’ve loved you!” Himiko said as she pressed into the hug happily. “Thanks,(First Name)!” 

“Of course!” (First Name) said,smiling brightly at her. 

A few days after braiding Himiko’s hair for the first time,(First Name) and Compress began to bond. 

“Which type of tea do you like to drink,Compress?” (First Name) asked as she looked over at the man. Since Himiko had posed as one of the islanders and bought all sorts of things for their little group,they were all able to eat and drink whatever they wanted. 

“Can you make some sweet oolong tea?” Compress asked,(First Name) nodding. 

When she set the tea in front of him nearly half an hour later and he slipped his mask off so he could drink it,he was amazed at the flavor. 

“You properly brewed it?!” Compress asked,absolutely shocked. “Most of the time,people screw it up.” 

“I used to have to brew it for Ms.Adelia when she had a bad day,so I learned how to do it properly,” (First Name) said taking a sip from her own cup and smiling. “Shall I brew it for you again next time?” 

“That’d be delightful.” Compress said,smiling as he drank his. 

Tomura was the hardest one to talk to,but also the easiest. (First Name) could tell not to bug him too much,but he had a rather large tolerance for the idiotic actions of his comrades,so she trusted he wouldn’t get angry when she showed concern over his wellbeing. 

“Boss,are you going to eat today?” (First Name) asked as she walked into his room. 

“I’m not hungry.” Tomura told her,not even looking up from his spot. 

“Can you at least eat a few bites? You haven’t eaten since nearly a week ago..” (First Name) pleaded,the man sitting up and glaring at her. “I don’t mean to make you angry or anything,I just wanted to make sure you were taking care of yourself.” 

“You’ll keep pestering me until I eat,won’t you?” Tomura asked,sighing when (First Name) nodded. “Fine,I’ll eat. Bring me a plate.” 

“Really?!” (First Name) asked,her eyes sparkling. “That’s great,boss! I’ll be right back!” She told him,running out excitedly. 

As annoying as Tomura found the weak woman,she was a useful comrade,and having someone worry over his health didn’t feel too bad. 

Running and running and running two opposite ways

(First Name),Touya,and Keigo continued to improve their relationship,all three of them feeling ‘normal’ for once. 

“(First Name),you can’t just say we’re going on a date out of nowhere.” Touya told her as the girl dragged him out of bed one afternoon. 

“I can and I am,” (First Name) said,pointing at the stairs. “Now go wait at the door while I go bully Keigo into coming.” 

“Yeah,sure,like you’ve ever ‘bullied’ that brat.” Touya said,letting out a slight chuckle. Since Keigo had arrived at the island,(First Name) seemed to have cheered up,which made him happy. She had only woken up screaming a few times since then,but she was sleeping better now. 

“Of course I’ve bullied Keigo! When he annoys me,I just need to give him a kiss! He turns as tame as a puppy!” (First Name) bragged,smirking at him. 

“Oh really? And what happens when I kiss you,hm,kitten?” Touya taunted,(First Name)’s entire expression changed. She waved her arms around childishly and whined for him to shut up,Touya just letting out a laugh and ruffling her hair. 

“You ass! Pervert! Touya’s a pervert!” She whined childishly,Touya covering his mouth to  muffle his laughter.

 Keigo came out of his room to see what was happening,smirking when he saw how flustered (First Name) looked. “Are we playing the tease (First Name) game?” 

“She’s decided we have to go on a picnic,so we should be able to get something back from her,right? So yeah,we’re playing the tease (First Name) game,” Touya told him,smirking as he grabbed (First Name)’s chin. “And maybe we’ll play a few other types of games today..” 

“I’m down for that,” Keigo said,smirking. “Let’s be sure we show her a good time,Touya.” 

“There will be no perverted ‘good times’ today!” (First Name) snapped at them,her face burning from embarrassment. “I just wanna go on a date today,is that too much to ask..?” She asked,her eyes filling with tears. 

Touya and Keigo were going to keep teasing her,but when they saw her tears,both of them panicked. Keigo used a few of his feathers to fetch the picnic basket and a blanket,Touya picking her up bridal style. 

“Don’t cry,okay? We’re sorry..” They said in unison. (First Name) just looked up at them and covered her mouth,bursting into laughter. 

“You.. You guys haven’t changed at all from when we were brats!” She told them,giggling. 

“You were faking it?!” Keigo asked,huffing slightly as he held the picnic basket and the blanket. “That’s not funny,(First Name).” 

“You’re kidding me..” Touya muttered. “Be glad I don’t drop you,asshole.” 

“Sorry,sorry! I just wanted to see if you guys would still behave like that when I cry,” (First Name) said,grinning. “But now we can go on our date,right?” 

“Fine,let’s go.” Touya snapped,stomping towards the stairs as he kept carrying her. As much as Touya hated being ‘soft’,he didn’t like that she had even fake cried,so he didn’t plan on putting her down. 

“You still act like a little kid sometimes,(First Name).” Keigo chuckled as he followed them. Keigo was helplessly in love with (First Name),and he never wanted to see her even fake cry again. 

“I love you guys!” (First Name) said,grinning up at them. Both boys rolled their eyes and looked away,which just made her laugh. For (First Name),loving them was what she did best.

(First Name) and Himiko were out on a patrol a few days later when they noticed a couple of pro heroes in the forest. 

“Miko,head to the others,quickly.” (First Name) said,Himiko shaking her head. 

“No way,I’m not leaving you alone!” Himiko told her. After losing so many of her friends,she didn’t want to lose (First Name). 

“Miko,someone needs to tell Tomura,so go. I can handle these guys,alright?” (First Name) told her. “I know you want to help,but the best thing you can do for now is go tell the others and tell Tomura to ready a portal out of here.” 

“I… Stay safe,then!” Himiko told her quickly,running off towards the manor. 

Once Himiko was out of sight,(First Name) readied herself to us her Quirk. There were five of them,all of which seemed like easy targets,but she also needed to kill them quietly,which was what she was the worst at. 

(First Name) decided to hide on a treebranch for a bit,the first one getting close to her. When he let his guard down,she pointed her finger like a gun,firing a few drops of her blood at him in silence. She nearly fell out of the tree she was in when someone launched an attack at her,grabbing onto a lower branch and swinging herself back up. 

“Who are you people..?!” The man asked angrily as he grabbed her arm. “You’re a villain,aren’t you!?” 

“I’m not a villain! I was kidnapped!” (First Name) lied,wincing when the man’s grip tightened. 

“If that were true,then you wouldn’t have killed Theo!” The man snapped,hesitating when he saw her begin to cry. 

“I just.. I thought he was with him..” (First Name) whimpered out,the man letting go of her once he was sure she was steadied on the same branch as him. 

“Is that true..? Where’s their base at? Have they injured you in any way,or do you think you can still make it to town on your own?” The man asked,(First Name) continuing the ‘innocent girl’ act as she broke down into sobs. 

“I wanna go home! I wanna see mama and papa!” She wailed out,the man cursing and trying to calm her down. He picked her up and jumped down,making his way to his comrades quickly. 

“What do we do with her..? We’re here to catch those villains,but she said she was kidnapped by them..” The man asked his friends,who all froze up when they saw the girl. 

“Hey,what did they want with you?” One of them asked,(First Name) waiting until they were all close enough. Her blood turned into a spiky shield immediately,piercing all of them and killing them instantly as she wiped the tears. 

“Thank fuck for those lessons,” (First Name) muttered,smirking a little as she looked at their bodies. She felt bad,but she could flick her emotions off easily enough. “Now then,it’s time I return to the others.” She added,heading back towards the manor. 

Keigo came and fetched her when she was halfway back to the manor,carrying her back after scolding her for fighting alone. They would just have to change their location for now.

It took three days for them to find an island far enough away from the mainland that Tomura liked,and an extra day to find a place for them to stay on the island. (First Name) was in charge of keeping track of Himiko,who was eager to run off and explore the island. 

“Miko,you can’t run off yet. We need to capture someone for you to get blood from first,remember?” (First Name) asked as she held the girl back. 

“But I wanna go do it nowwww!” Himiko whined childishly,(First Name) just laughing at her friend’s childish behavior. 

“If you behave,I’ll capture someone tonight,okay?” (First Name) asked,Himiko thinking about it for a minute before nodding. 

“Alright,but only if you promise to let me stay out all day tomorrow!” Himiko told her,grinning. 

“Alright.. Now come help me with cleaning,yeah?” (First Name) asked,grabbing the broom Keigo had stolen for them earlier. “Can you dust off the tables while Keigo cleans the lights?” 

“Sure!” Himiko said,grabbing one of the wrags they had brought with them from their last base and starting to clean. 

“Keigo,can you make sure the chandelier up there is completely clean?” (First Name) called out to the winged boy,who gave a thumbs-up as he continued to clean the lights. “Compress,you grabbed a bunch of wooden planks,right? Once Keigo’s done in here,get him to start helping you with patching up the roof.” 

“As you wish,” Compress said with a slight chuckle. “But what is Dabi doing?” 

“Touya’s burning up everything useless outside,” (First Name) told him calmly as she began to sweep. “Tomura’s taking a nap in the cleanest room right now since he’s not quite adjusted to his new powers completely yet,so nobody but me is allowed in there right now.” 

“How come he has such a soft spot for you? It’s not fair.” Himiko whined,pouting as she kept cleaning. 

“It’s probably got something to do with the fact that I don’t really talk to him when I’m around him. He’s also really cute,you know? He’s been looking a lot happier since we left Kiruein Island.” (First Name) told her,grinning. “He’s a good person.” 

“I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone call the boss a good person..” Compress muttered,chuckling a little. 

“(First Name),don’t you dare go falling in love with Shigaraki!” Keigo said as he landed. “It’s bad enough sharing you with Touya!” 

“Oh shut up and get to helping Compress with the roof! You know I’m not gonna fall for the boss!” (First Name) snapped,laughing a little. “He’s a good person,but I only have room in my heart for your dumbass and for Touya.” 

“Promise?” Keigo asked,wrapping his arms around her childishly. After he had escaped the commission,he was able to relax. He was able to be happy for now. 

“I promise,” (First Name) said,leaning up and kissing his cheek. “Now go help Compress with the roof.” 

“Yes ma’am!” Keigo said,walking outside with Compress eagerly.

(First Name) and the others were able to live peacefully as Tomura adjusted to his powers,but Touya’s past still haunted him. 

Touya woke up late one night,sitting upright in a little bit of a panic. He still had nightmares about his time as the commission’s pet,but he knew he wasn’t alone. He just leaned his back against the headboard,looking down at the sleeping (First Name) beside him. 

Since there wasn’t enough room in the bed for all three of them,Keigo and Touya promised to do alternating cuddle days. Luckily,tonight was Touya’s night. 

“Hey,(First Name),you haven’t changed at all,you know?” He asked softly,knowing the girl was still fast asleep. “You’ve gotten prettier,but you haven’t gotten taller.. You’ve become more mature,but you’re also just as childish as you were back before I had to leave.. But I’m not the same,you know? I’ve got scars all over,I’ve grown even taller,and I’m no longer myself,so why..? Why are you so confident in your feelings for me? Why are you still the same while I’ve changed completely? I can’t even cry,you know..? If I was able to cry,I would have cried the first time I saw you again..” He told her softly,putting his hand on her head gently. (First Name) just snuggled into his touch as she slept,completely oblivious to his anxiety over his appearance. 

Despite Touya’s anxieties,he knew (First Name) would never leave him over it. He knew (First Name) would always be (First Name),no matter what happened,because she would never change. She would never leave him behind,and she would never hate him.

(First Name) woke up in the middle of the night a few days later,looking around in confusion. She rarely woke up during the night unless she heard a noise or had a nightmare,but she felt like she was being watched right now. 

She would have woken up Keigo. She should have woken up Keigo,but she didn’t. Instead of listening to her instincts and waking him up,she slipped out of bed and looked around the room in confusion,hoping she was just being crazy. 

(First Name) slowly made her way around the dark room,hardly able to see anything at all. When she saw something move in front of her,she prepared herself for a fight,but she was knocked out before she could do anything.

Keigo was fast asleep for the majority of the night,waking up around three in the morning. When he didn’t feel (First Name) beside him,he just assumed she’d gone to the bathroom,sighing a little as he leaned against the headboard. 

‘She’s always been the type to wake up for the bathroom in the middle of the night..’ Keigo thought to himself. ‘She really needs to tell me before she goes to the bathroom so late at night.. She really hasn’t changed at all after all these years,but I guess I can’t say the same for myself.. She doesn’t seem to mind much,though.’ He sighed and rolled over,trying to fall back to sleep. He passed out once again,curled up peacefully in bed.

When Keigo woke up the next morning to the realization that (First Name) wasn’t in bed,he sighed and crawled out of bed tiredly,going to try and figure out where she’d gone. 

“Toga,is (First Name) in the kitchen?” He asked as he passed her in the hallway. 

“No,I haven’t seen her all morning.. Check Dabi’s room,though.” Himiko muttered tiredly,yawning as she headed to her room. 

“Thanks,” Keigo said,heading over to Touya’s room. He opened the door and walked in calmly,sighing when he realized Touya was still asleep and (First Name) wasn’t in his bed. “Fuck.. She probably went to check on Shigaraki or Compress,then.” 

Keigo made his way around the building,stopping by Compress’s room next. “Hey,Compress,have you seen (First Name)?” 

“Not since dinner yesterday,but why?” Compress asked as he looked over at him. 

“She wasn’t in bed when I woke up,so I’m guessing she’s with Shigaraki. I’ll see you later,” Keigo told him,starting to have a bad feeling. He headed over to Tomura’s room and knocked on the door,the boy answering it a minute or two later. “Hey,Shigaraki,is (First Name) in your room?” 

“No,and why would she be?” Tomura asked,annoyed that he’d been woken up. 

“I can’t find her anywhere,” Keigo told him,clenching his fists. “You didn’t happen to send her on patrol today,didn you? Today was Compress’s day for a patrol,right?” 

“She probably went out for a walk,” Tomura told him,sighing. “Now leave me alone,you moron.” He added,shutting his door. 

“Fuck..” Keigo muttered,heading outside. He sent two of his feathers out to try and find (First Name),getting pissed off when he couldn’t find her. He went back inside and hurried to Touya’s room,flinging the door open. 

“What’s wrong..?!” Touya asked as he shot awake in a bit of a panic,sighing when he saw Keigo in the doorway. “What the fuck is wrong with you? Why are you in my room so early in the morning?” 

“(First Name)’s gone. I can’t find her anywhere,and my feathers can’t even sense her outside.’ Keigo told him,Touya freezing up. 

“What did you say?” The man asked,climbing out of bed immediately. 

“I said (First Name)’s missing,” Keigo said,clenching his fists. “Which means the commission probably knows where we are and grabbed her.” 

“Since when?” Touya asked,his entire expression darkening. 

“She wasn’t in bed last night,but I’m pretty sure she’d just gone to the bathroom,but I’ve only been awake for around fifteen minutes,” Keigo told him. “So from three to now,they could only be about six or seven hours away.” 

“Fuck! How did they find us?” Touya growled,running a hand through his hair. “Let’s go tell Shigaraki and he can open a portal for us..” 

“A portal to where?” Keigo asked,stressed out as well. 

“To her. He can open a portal to people and to places,remember?” Touya reminded him. Keigo nodded and headed to Tomura’s room with Touya,anxiety rolling off of him.   

“Shigaraki,we need your help!” Keigo said as he knocked on Tomura’s door. 

“What do you want now?” Tomura asked,sighing as he opened the door. 

“We need you to open a portal to (First Name),” Touya said,looking at him with a serious expression. “She’s seriously missing.” 

“How do you guys know she’s missing?” Tomura asked,sighing and pushing his hair back. “Creating a portal takes a lot of energy,you know?” 

“My feathers can’t sense her,Shigaraki,and you know she wouldn’t just leave,don’t you? Why are you trying to push it off?” Keigo asked,clenching his fists. 

“Wait until tomorrow and we can all go if she’s not back by then.” Tomura said,Touya holding Keigo back from trying to attack Tomura. 

“Calm down,Keigo. (First Name) can hold out for just a day.” Touya told him,the blond turning and jerking away. 

“If she’s fucking hurt,I’ll kill everyone around her.” Keigo spat out,stomping away angrily.

(First Name) woke up early the next morning,confusion and panic filling her as she looked around the white room she was in. She froze up when she saw Adelia through some glass,realizing what had happened. 

“(First Name),you were a very bad girl,you know? Running off with a bunch of villains and getting Keigo to betray us.. Very cruel of you,” Adelia said over the intercom,her voice filling the testing chamber the girl was in. “So we found a way to punish you.. I’m sure you remember that beast of Shigaraki’s,right? Well it turns out that he only reacts to Shigaraki’s voice..” 

“What’s that supposed to mean?” (First Name) asked,clenching her fists. She used her Quirk to cut the ropes around her legs and wrists,launching an attack at the glass. Her eyes widened when the glass didn’t even cut,realizing she wouldn’t be able to escape. 

“We used a device to emulate his voice giving the order to kill only you,” Adelia told her,smirking. “He happens to be really happy that his master gave him an order after he’s waited so long,so you’d better prepare yourself. Once he wakes up,you’re dead.” 

“And then what? You’ll lose your only source of hero-healing blood,” (First Name) said,glaring at her through the glass. “The others will be here soon,and they’ll kill you once they’re here.” 

“I’d like to see them try and find this place.” Adelia sneered,turning her back on the room and walking away. 

Two hours passed before Tomura and the others appeared in the room,(First Name) still pacing around the room,oblivious to their arrival. 

“Hey (First Name)!” Himiko said cheerfully,(First Name) freezing and looking over with wide eyes. 

“You guys really made it here?!” She asked,her eyes lighting up. “This is bad! They used a voice emulator and gave Gigantomachia an order using the boss’s voice!” 

“Then this will be really easy,” Tomura said,smirking. “You guys wanted to kill that woman up there,right?” He asked,nodding towards the window. Adelia was staring down at them,terror filling her eyes. 

“I want to do it,but the glass didn’t break when I used my full power on it.” (First Name) told him,Tomura just flying up and disintegrating the glass. 

“Have your fun with her,you three.” The man ordered the bloodthirsty trio. 

“Thanks,boss.” (First Name) and Keigo said in unison,Touya just silently preparing himself to burn Adelia.

“Touya,let’s have some fun with her first,yeah? I want to cover her in all sorts of cuts and burns before we kill her.” Keigo asked,his expression full of cruelty as he sent his feathers at the woman,pinning her against the wall. 

“Of course. She shouldn’t have messed with us,after all.” Touya said,sending a weak blast of his flames at her. He wanted to take his time making the woman scream. 

While the boys cut and burnt Adelia,(First Name) kept healing her eagerly,wanting to prolong the torture of the woman. Compress and Himiko watched them,shocked at the level of cruelty (First Name) could show. Tomura just went and gave Gigantomachia a new order calmly,telling him to kill everyone besides their comrades. 

That day,the hero public safety commission was destroyed. In a fit of dust,marbles,blood,feathers,and flames,the group destroyed their dark pasts.
