Marinette Dupain-Cheng One shots [DISCONTINUED]

summary: AU idea where Ladybug at an akuma battle is tied up by a love akuma, who's heartbroken because her crush on a boy have been exposed by her bully in front of her whole school. Said boy rejected her feelings.
Her mission is to make everyone feel the same as her. However, she forces people into confessing who are their secret crushes, and of course she wants to know Ladybug's dream boy.
Half of Paris expected Chat Noir to be said crush. But, to everyone's shock, Ladybug said 《 Todoroki Shoto 》 clear and loud.
Apparently, the both of them were dating for a long time.

                                                            PART 1: THE LOVE AKUMA

it started off as a nice, regular day. the weather called for a nice sunny day with no clouds. so you can imagine marinette's feelings when she woke up that morning to no akumas and people screaming for their lives. this is going to be a good day. ill make sure of it.

as she was getting ready, she decided to call her boyfriend. since he is 7 hours ahead of hers, it was 1 pm his time, so he was probably at home or at lunch. she wish she could visit him, but with him being all the way in japan and her here in paris, it wasn't possible, especially with akumas and school. 

on the third ring, he finally picked up. she was right, he was currently at lunch considering she could see him slurping his soba. he gave her a blank stare, but there was a tiny smile forming onto his face. "hello mari." he said after finishing up the noddles that he was slurping.

marinette gave him a huge smile, "hello shoto! i'm glad i called you at the right time. how are you?" she asked him. he put down his chop sticks and stared at his screen, "it's going good. just the usual with annoying classmates."

laughing at his statement, she shook her head, "oh shoto, don't deny that you like them." he just rolled his eyes and slurpped more of his noodles. he then looked up at the screen. "what are you doing?"

marinette grabbed two clothes that she designed the night before. one was a dark green dress with cat's imprinted everywhere. she had a black leather jacket with it and long, knee length boots. on her other hand was a red, polka dot jump suit. it was sleevless and had ended at her ankle. it was tight fitted as it hung loosely around her.

"so i stayed up all night designing these two dresses for summer. which one should i wear today?" she asked him, showing him the two. he inspected each of them. "why wear one when it isn't summer?"

she giggled and placed the two of them to the side, "because silly, today is going to be sunny weather and the highest will be 80! i really want to wear one of these but i can't choose." picking them back up, she put them in view so he can see. "hurry! pick!"

before he could answer, she could hear someone talk loudly in the back. "who is todoroki talking to?" a boys voice asked. 

another one cut in, "it isn't any of our business guys lets le-" 

"SHUT THE FUCK UP SHITTY HAIR!" a blond entered the screen as she snatched away todoroki's phone. "who the fuck are you?"

marinette dropped the clothes and rose an eyebrow at him, "qui es-tu putain?" after seeing his confused face, she sighed and spoke in japanese, well tried. "who the f-fuck are you?" she said again, in a heavy french accent. it's been a while since she spoke the language, she just hoped she didn't sound stupid.

"who the fuck am I? have you been living under a rock woman!? i am bakugou katsuki THE FUTURE NUMBER ONE HERO AND YOU BETTER REMEMBER THAT!"

marinette pulled back, ears hurting from his loud booming voice. she squinted her eyes and crossed her arms as three more people entered the camera view - a pink skin girl, a boy with blond hair with a black streak in it and a red haired male glaring at the blond dude.

"is it really necessary to yell, bakugou? your voice is irritating me." she glared harshly at the male. bakugou growled and shook the phone aorund, threatening to beat her "useless ass up"

she waited for him to finish as she rolled he eyes, "are you finished now? you may think you're scaring me, but ive dealt with worst. try me bitch." the three people in the back started to howl with laughter. bakugou wasn't happy and was about to hurtle insults at her but was shoved to side by todoroki. 

"im sorry about him. he has a very bad temper." he moved back to his seat and looked at the screen, trying to ignore the three behind him. 

"its ok shoto. i've dealt with one like him and it ain't easy." she spoke in french once again. the ones in the background started questioning him about who she was. he turned around and showed them the phone. 

"im talking to my girlfriend. her name is marinette and she is from france." 

the three of them froze, causing more people to gather around them. marinette noticed that it was most of his classmates. they all started shaking and going crazy. most surprised that shoto todoroki has a girlfriend. 

"well, it looks like you're going to be busy. i should get going, i got school." she smiled sweetly at the camcer, causing the people in the back to be in awe; todoroki turned away from them and gave her a tiny smile, "Ok, ill talk to you after. also, i say you should wear the jump suit. i don't want any males looking at your legs."

marinette laughed and nodded her head, "noted. ok, ill let you go. i love you!"

"love you too."

with that, the call ended, leaving marinette laughing in her tracks. he was right, his classmates are very loud and make a big deal over nothing. realizing the time, marinette quickly got ready. she was late but it wasn't like she wasn't use to this.

finally finishing up, she ran out of her bakery and down to her school. opening the door to her class, she caught the eyes of her classmates. her teacher turned to look at her and laughed, "it's ok marinette, you made it just in time."

marinette gave her a sheepish smile and quietly walked up to her seat. sitting next to alya, the girl waited for the teacher to turn around. once seeing her do so, alya looked to her friend, "girl i love your outfit! did you stay up making it?" she inspected the clothing. 

nodding her head, marinette smiled brightly. "yep! i also made another one and i was debating which one to wear."

"how did you decide? you can't decide anything when it comes to clothing." alya laughed. marinette had to agree with her. she can never make up her mind when it comes to fashion. "i was on face time with a friend of mine from japan."

alya's eyes widened, "you know someone from japan? thats so cool! i mean, i suspected especially since you went there for two months last summer."

as the two continued to talk about the heroes in japan, adrien and nino turned around to join in on the conversation. it was a free day today, so ms. bustier didn't mind. "how did you meet this mysterious person, mari?" adrien asked her.

marinette thought for a moment before telling them all about how they met. it was a villain attack that brought them close. she explained to them how he goes to UA and how he was the one who saved her from almost being killed. 

alya smirked when marinette accidentally revealed the gender of said 'friend' "oh~ so its a boy huh? have any feelings for him~" she wiggled her eye brows at her. marinette became very red and started to stutter. 

she rubbed the back of her neck and tilted her head to the side, "AHAHAHA of course not alya. he's just a friend." her eyes bulged out of her socket and she repeated the words that adrien would always say. she just pulled an agreste, as her and the others would say. 

alya and nino start laughing while adrien sat there confused. he stared at marinette. notcing she was covering her mouth as if she exposed a huge secret of hers. "what's so wrong? i dont get it. she says that he's just a friend, what's so wrong about that?"

the three of them gave him a blank stare. he can be the biggest idiot ever i swe-

BOOM!

a loud crash erupted their laughter as the students looked out the window to see smoke rising from a nearby building. ms. bustier ushered her students to take cover as they saw a figure flying close to the building. it crashed through the window.

running out just in time, marinette and adrien ran in opposite directions so they can transform. calling onto tiki, she became ladybug. she ran out of her closet she was in and met up with chat. "we need to get the akuma away from that class. i'm counting on you, kitty!"

he nodded his head and ran inside. extending his baton, he ran at the akum,a and pushed them both out of the window that she broke. they both fell onto the ground with ladybug coming over just in time. the akuma glanced at her and tossed chat to the side. teleporting in the air above them, the akuma gave them an eary smile.

"why h-hello there! look, i don't wanna get messy here so lets make it easy. give me your miraculous!" she extended her hand, waiting for them. she grew angry as time past by of them just standing there. "FINE CHOOSE THE HARD WAY."

chat noir smirked at her, tightly holding onto the baton, "mewo-za, someone is extra claw-y today. what is it this time?"

in between the akuma's hand was formed a long staff with a clear orb on top of it. "a stupid bully embrassed me OF ALL PEOPLE in front of my cruch! SHE TOLD HIM THAT I LIKED HIM AND YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT HE DID? HE REJECTED ME!"

she swung we staff at chat and hit him square in the shoulder, sending him back a few feet. "IT ISN'T FAIR! WHY ME? SO NOW I WANT THE SAME FOR EVERYONE!" she laughed and looked to ladybug, "i want everyone to feel the way i felt when their crush was exposed. i want to be rejected like i was! STARTING WITH YOU!"

pointing her staff at ladybug, a red beam escaped the ball and headed straight to her. she rushed to the side, blocking the beam. swinging her yoyo, she wrapped it around the lamp post, pulling her up ontop of a building. "look, I KNOW HOW IT FEELS BEING REJECTED. half of the time at school, i was rejected by the same boy. but i didn't allow that to make me mad. just stop this before you hurt more people!"

laughing at her attempt to make her stop, the akuma lowered her face. "AHAHAH YOU REALLY THINK I AM GOING TO STOP BECAUSE YOU SAID SO!? my name is briseur de coeur and i am here to cause hell!"

shooting more beams everywhere at random, she hit a few people. ladybug ran to meet up with chat noir. "do you have any plans m'lady?" he asked her, dodging incoming attacks from Briseur. ladybug tried thinking, but found it hard with the amount of attacks she was sending her way.

flying at Briseur, ladybug sent a punch to her face and tried kicking her staff away but to no avail. flying back, briseur regained her posture and smirked at ladybug. "here is the thing, bug. you can't take this out of my hand. it's attatched to me."

she directed another blast between ladybug and chat, cuasing them to fly apart from each other. not giving them any time to run anything, she sent more blast. when seeing chat distracted, briseur jumped ontop him. she kicked him to the ground and laid her foot ontop of his chest. 

looking to ladybug, she laughed. "make one more step, and i will blast him. not only will he confess who his crush is, he will also die a painful slow death." there was no way marinette could allow that. losing chat noir this early in a fight could make them both lose. unless she calls luka, but he's in gotham right now with jagged so she is out of luck.

she thought real careful of what she can do. "now, give me your miraculous, or else he gets it. time is ticking." marinette gulped down a huge spit. until she came up with an idea. placing her hands behind her back, she silently called out her lucky charm. when it fell in her hands, she became confused. it was two things; a cape and a boomerang. 

her eyes scanned everywhere, seeing what she could use it on. a lamp post, and another, the staff and the boomerang glowed red. another color, black, marked btiseur's face and the cape. she now had a plan. all she had to do was time it perfectly. 

"ok, you win. i'll give you my miraculous, if you hand me chat." she placed her hands behind her, taking in deep breaths and looking straight at the akuma. she then looked up into the sky, hoping that briseur would look up as well. "where the hell you looking at?"

she turned around, causing marinette to laugh. it was a stupid trick, something that marinette thought wouldn't work, but it did. quickly thwoing the boomerang, it hit one lamp and bounced to another. it then directed it's way to the staff and hit it directly on the ball. she let out a painful cry. taking her chance, marinette ran at her with the cape and pulled it over her face. chat noir escaped her grasp and ran back. 

this caused briseur to fall forward with ladybug. she was too focused on finding chat that she didn't notice the staff was directed at her. suddenly, a bright red light shot at her, making her stumble onto the ground.

her face was hot, it felt like it was on fire. she found it hard to breath as she tried catching her breath. her vision became cloudy and all she could hear was chat calling her name. trying to move, ladybug couldn't move from her spot. 

as her vision cleared up, she was no longer in control of her thoughts as she saw briseur in front of her with a smile. "look who i have caught." she smiled and placed her staff in front of her face. she tapped it and giggled, "you see this, ladybug? this is hooked to every device here in paris. say hi to everyonre!"

she then looked at the ball, "have you all been wondering who ladybug likes? well, let's see shall we!" she then looked deeply into ladybug's blue bell eyes. "tell me, ladybug, who do you like?"

chat noir stood to the side. he knows he should be helping, but he wanted to see who she really liked. everyone watching had a feeling they already knew who it was. it's kinda obvious. they saw as ladybug tilted her head to the side and coughed up a little blood. she felt dizzy. she then  looked at briseur and rose an eye brow. 

"i like shoto todoroki."

everyone, even briseur was shocked. she stared at ladybug with wide eyes and her mouth agap. she could've sworn it was going to be that mangy cat. on the other hand, chat noir felt is heart breaking. hearing her same some random name made him hurt. she doesn't like him. she likes shoto todoroki. 

"snap out of it, chat." he said to himself. he ran at briseur and yelled "cataclysm!" black formed around his hand. once is make contact with the staff, it shattered. having the akuma escape from it. chat noir caught it before it could fly off. 

he looked to ladybug and flicked her forehead, causing her to snap out of her trance. once seeing chat with the butterfly, she quickly cleansed it, sending hurtles of butterflies everywhere, restoring everything. she didn't remember anything that happened. so seeing the confused look on her partners face as she held out her fist for him to bump caused her to stop. "so, who is this shoto todoroki?"
