Marinette Dupain-Cheng One shots [DISCONTINUED]

                                               Part II: the aftermath

she was fucked. marinette knew it deep down when chat noir said her boyfriends name. she wouldn't have minded if she said it in her civilian form.  but she said it in her hero persona which can add a target on him- oh shit i totally forgot about that!

everyone gathered around her. some were clapping while others were still shocked. red started to gather onto her face as she walked backwards, only to bump into alya who had her phone out. "ladybug! can i get an interview? who is the shoto todoroki, who you disclosed as your crush? where is he from?"

ladybug held up her hands to stop her. trying to bolt the other way, marinette saw that she was trapped with many reporters, holding their microphones out while yelling at her, trying to get her attention. every emotion was whelming up in her; anger, sadness, dispair, regret and anxiety.

noticing her distress, chat noir stood in front of her, "everyone give her some space! as you can see she is trying to get out, but you're all in her way. leave her alone!" ladybug placed a hand onto his shoulder and gave him a smile. she felt more calmer knowing that her partner wasn't bugging her for questions.. 

"thank you chat. i'll take it from here," she then turns to the crowd, "i will not be answering any questions or talking about this til further notice. any true fan would know to stop once being told to. ill be off. bug out!"

she took her yoyo and threw it, wrapping it around the lamp post. she pulled her self up and started running off. looking behind her, ladybug noticed how chat noir wasn't following after her. finally arriving at her home, she quickly detransformed and flopped onto her bed. why did she get hit? 

"marinette, it's ok! there is nothing to worry about!" tiki flew close to marinette and tried giving her a smile. however, she was not having it. 

"no tiki, i messed up big time. i said my boyfriends name out loud in front of all of paris! what if hawkmoth finds him? how could i be to careless?" marinette cried out. tears were rushing down her face as she stood from her bed and sat on the chair of her desk. 

tiki followed after and sat on her shoulder, "i'm sure they will all forget about this by tomorrow morning. besides, we all make mistakes. my past holders made mistakes similar to this and not once did anything bad happen. no one is perfect. heck, i'm a god and sometimes ill make mistakes. all that matters is that we learn from them and try not to do it again."

that seemed to cheer marinette up as she started to calm down. she nodded her head, "you're right. i bet by tomorrow, everything will be back to normal." deciding to take a nap, she shut off her phone and closed her eyes.

                                                          With Shoto

it was a normal day for him. his classmates weren't annoying and everyone seemed to be more calmer today. for class, it was a free time so mr. aizawa allowed them to talk while he slept. todoroki didn't want to talk so he just sat there, on his phone. he texted marinette, but she hasn't responded to him.

"uh, what the hell is this?" mina asked out loud, looking at her phone with a confused expression. kaminari and kirishima stood behind her and looked as well, both also becoming confused. 

she then looked to the others, "paris has heroes? how come we never knew that?" bakugou shook his head and glared, "you stupid raccoon, everywhere there are heroes. HOW IS THAT NOT OBVIOUS??"

mina shook her head and showed him her phone, "i know. but, i never heard of these type of heroes. see," she past her phone around to the others, "they call themselves the miraculous team. they look our age."

"how did you find this?" jirou asked her, handing mina's phone back to her. the pink haired girl looked to todoroki, "well, it seems as though she's being shipped with todoroki."

everyone gasped and stared at the half-n-half male. he was even confused himself. shoto never knew there was a miraculous team in paris. marinette never told him. what surprised him even more was that he was trending all over twitter. 

"todoroki, are you dating a hero?" momo asked him, giving him a concerned look. there was no doubt that she grew feelings for him, so hearing that he might be dating someone broke her heart. (note; I DO NOT SHIP THEM)

"no, im not. i didn't even know about these heroes til now." he answered her, also taking out his phone to check twitter.

"does anyone know what they're saying? i don't speak french." uraraka turned to aoyama and gave him her phone so he can translate.

after translating it, everyone became even more confused. this was no mistake. ladybug did reveal her crush. "look everyone, there is a video of her!" 

mina ran to shoto, everyone following suit and placed her phone in the middle of his desk. she played it and gasp. on the video showed a girl, who looked to be a super hero, being shot in the face with a beam.

"omg, that looks really painful." kirishima cringed. they all saw how she revealed her crush, it being todoroki. "do you know her?" asked deku.

shoto shook his head. "well, you got to know her since she said your name out loud. look, you're being shipped with her and your account is growing." mina was right. his follwers went from 1k to 32k in matters of minutes. 

"guys i gathered more information of her. she is ladybug of course and her partner is named chat noir which translate to black cat. it's mostly them two but when fights get messy, they bring in back up." jirou read the article to them, telling them all about the miraculous team.

shoto felt a hand on his shoulder. looking over, he saw momo who gave him a sheepish smile, "so... is it true?"

he, once again, shook his head. "no, it isn't."

kaminari nudged his shoulder and gave him a smirk, "well, i wouldn't mind being shipped with a hot hero if i were you."

before todoroki could respond, he felt his phone ring. it was marinette requesting a face time. he answered the call. expecting to see her beautiful smile, he was faced with a distressed marinette. 

"OMGOMG TODOROKI I SCREWED UP I FUCKING SCREWED UP. YOU CAN TELL I SCREWED UP BC IM SPEAKING IN JAPANESE WHICH I RARELY DO. PLEASE DON'T BE MAD AHHH."

the whole class became quiet as they heard a girl screaming and cussing in french and japanese. "mari, it's ok. calm down and tell me what's wrong."

everyone in the classroom stood behind him, careful not to be in view of the camera. they saw the same girl from before who was outside with an anxious look. "ok. im calm. see, im calm." she then placed her phone down, letting her whole body be in view. "so i fucked up today AHAHAHA i really did. you may or may not laugh."

shoto shrugged his shoulders, "it's ok. just tell me."

she gave him a sheepish smile, "well, there was another akuma attack. this one was more deadly than usual AHAHAH idk why i'm laughing especially when more tham half of paris died. ANYWAYS SO THERE WAS LADYBUG RIGHT? AND SHE GOT HIT WITH A BLAST RIGHT? AND UHM SHE SAID SOMETHINGS THAT WEREN'T GOOD."

becoming confused, shoto rose an eyebrow, "mari, you're making no sense. you can tell me anything."

marinette slapped her forehead and nodded her head. "so, i'm pretty sure you checked twitter, huh?" she gave him a sheepish giggle. shoto nodded his head, so marinette continued, "well, you probably saw the whole hashtag with ladybug and you."

"yes. and i can assure you, i don't know her and have never met her." he said quickly. shoto was afraid that marinette was going to think he was cheating on her. 

she gave him a reassuring smile, "oh i know. it's because well AHAHAH i don't know how to say this. please, don't get made at me." 

"ok, i promise."

"ok so," she took another deep breath, "i know you aren't lying because well, i am ladybug AHAHAHA ik that i should've told you earlier, but i've been trying to keep my hero persona under wraps because no one can know. but you deserve to know especially with your name trending on twitter."

everyone in the room stopped working. they all froze when she exposed her identity. knowing for sure they weren't suppose to know, everyone began to panick inside. "look, i know your mad and im sorry. it's just, as ladybug, protector of paris i had to keep this underwraps because i didn't want you to be hawkmoths next target/ i love you too much to put you and your mom and siblings in danger. PLEASE PLEASE FORGIVE ME."

"im not mad," he started, "in fact, im happy. you're a hero that helps save people. i understand why you didn't tell me. but now im afraid you're going to get mad."

"OH THANK YOU SO MUCH SHOTO I LO- wait, what do you mean by that?" she gave him a confused look, nose scrunching as she went closer to the camera. "shoto, what's wrong?"

he tried showing no emotion on his face as he moved the camera to his classmates who were standing on the side which shocked faces. they all quickly tried squirming away, but there was no use because she already saw them. her face fell. she looked like she stopped breathing. 

"shoto," she called out to him with a shaky voice, "please tell me that you have your headphones in and no one else heard me."

when receiving no response, she started to groan. "omg, they all heard me blabber on about my identity WHEN NO ONE IS SUPPOSE TO KNOW FUCK. what am i going to do? i screwed up again and now imma die because i keep screwing up." 

she then hung up the phone, leaving shoto with his classmates. they all stared at him with wide eyes. none were expecting to hear that his girlfriend was a super hero. "dude, you're dating a hero. that's hot."

chaos ensued

                                              part III: Cute Moments

after the whole fiasco with marinette accidentally revealing her identity to her boyfriend's whole class, she became closer to them. they were really sweet and always knew how to make her laugh. the one that really reminded her of herself was the boy named Midoriya. he always stutters and becomes flustered too easily, which she does. 

her and bakugou even became friends surprsingly. she was the only person he rarely yells amd threatens. the whole shoto x ladybug thing died down after ladybug came forward saying that she didn't know what she was saying at the time. she made up a tiny tiny lie that she was immune to the akuma's power and said a random name, not knowing it was true.

while some believed her, there were some that saw through, but didn't push with that. her and shoto made plans for her to fly out during the summer so they could hang out and so that she can spend more time with his classmates. it was going to be her first time seeing his classmates in person so she became nervous. 

"are you ready for the flight? do you have everything blueberry?" shoto asked her. that was the new nickname he came up for her due to her hair to which marinette always finds herself becoming flustered over. 

looking around her room, marinette nodded her head, "yes, i have packed everything. i even brought kalki with me just in case there is an akuma." she smiled as she picked up her phone and gathered her suit cases. she walked downstairs and outside to the taxis that was waiting for her. 

"stay with me while im heading to the airport?" she asked him. he smiled at her and nodded his head. that was one thing marinette was most happy about. todoroki was finally showing more emotion. he would smile time to time and became more comfortable with PDA. 

they continued to talk with each other, joking around and playing some games on their phones. finally when it was time for marinette to board, she looked to the screem, "well, ill see you in a little. love you!"

"love you too."

she hung up the call and boarded the plane. sitting down next to the window, she looked out and let out a long sigh. after not seeing him for a year, marinette could finally hold him in her arms as long as she wants and share kisses with him. going onto spotify, marinette decided to play some music to past the time.

Good days - SZA

she closed her eyes and sat back to take a nice, long nap.

with shoto:

he decided to surprise his girlfriend by bringing his classmates along with him. they all grew very fond of herm especially bakugou. todoroki made a mental note to keep watch of him whenever he's around marinette.

things got a little awkward with yaoyorozu after she found out that he has a girlfriend. she was heartbroken. but after getting to know marinette, they became the best of friends. momo was so excited to meet her that she even bought flowers for her. "i would think todoroki would buy her some flowers, not yaomomo. it looks like they're dating if anything." kaminari joked around with shoto. 

everyone laughed and shoved kaminari away from shoto. "oh, im sorry. would you like to give these to her todoroki? it will be better coming from you." yaoyorozu held out the flowers to him but he shook his head. "no, it's alright."

she nodded her head and pulled the flowers toward her, protecting them with her life. they all grew even more excited when they saw that the flight that marinette was on has landed. they all waited around, some were glancing at shoto to see his expression which showed a tiny smile. 

finally coming into view was a tiny bluenette. she was holding a bag as she walked through the doors. her eyes locked with shoto. dropping her things, she ran toward him and hugged him. he picked up and she wrapped her legs around his torso. digging her face in his neck, she cried. "i missed you so much shoto."

he spun her around and held onto her tightly. "i missed you too." he then placed her down and gave her a small kiss on the lips to which she returned. looking to the others she gave them all huge hugs. when it was bakugou's turn, he just crossed his arms and looked the other way, saying that "hugs are for the weak"

marinette wiggled her eye brows and held out her arms. he looked at her from the corner of his eyes and sighed. dropping his hands he came to her and gave her a hug. "it's good to see you tiny woman."

pushing him away, marinette playfully glared at him. "i may be small. but i am not as small as him." shje pointed down to her foot where mineta was hugging her leg. he gave her a smile and stayed right where he was. the others tried taking him off of her, but to no avail. 

"it's alright guys, i can do it." she grabbed the back of his shirt and with full force, she yanked him off. mineta was sent flying back, but he didn't mind. he was just happy that he was touched by a beautiful moment. 

after hugging momo and smelling the flowers, they all guided her to the place where she can pick up her luggage. intertwining her and shoto's fingers together, she gave him a sweet smile. she grew even more happy when he smiled back at her. "i've been waiting for this moment, you know." he said to her. marinette smirked at him.

"oh really?"

nodding his head, he looked to the front, "of course. i know i don't say it with much emotion, but i do love you. hell, everyone here grew fond of you and this was their first time meeting you in person. you have some sort of magic on you that captivates others. how

do you do it?" 

marinette just laughed and shrugged her shoulders, "oh i don't know, maybe just luck." they shared another kiss and walked behind the rest of his classmates.
