I'm a monster, Bruce
Bruce was relaxing with Loki. He was sitting and drinking some tea. Loki was occupied with a book. "What's your biggest fear," Bruce asked. Breaking the calm silence.
Loki looked up from his book and stared at Bruce. "You"
"Me?" Bruce felt his heart begin to sink. He was about to get up and go cry in his room. But Loki snapped him out of his negative thoughts.
"I'm scared that one day you'll look in the mirror and see yourself as I see you. You will realize just how amazing you are and that you deserve someone better than me..." Loki gave a sad smile.
"I'm terrified that you will see that I am a monster, Bruce. Then you will leave."
Bruce got up and quickly wrapped his arms around Loki.
"Loki, I love you for who you are. That was in the past. I will not leave you. Never forget that." Bruce pressed their lips together. Loki pulled away smiling and nodded.
